1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars Crypto Casino: Community with Exclusive Giveaways and Promos on: May 03, 2024, 03:28:58 PM

It's strange to me when a casino asks about the origin of money, I don't even know what kind of statements can be attached, or what names and data they are talking about. No casino has ever asked me for that, honestly, even their email confuses me.

Exactly this. They are purposely requesting something that is quite literally impossible hoping that I give up. Even then, like you, I am not even sure what they're asking for.

Unfortunately, for unaware customers, they have good reviews on several aggregate sites which tempted me in to playing there. 2 of those sites I have threads opened detailing what has happened and investigations are getting started. They've sometimes been taking a week to reply to me so it's just very very slow and frustrating.

Just to update on this if anyone cares. After all sorts of absurd requests they are now asking me to prove how I fund my crypto and bank accounts. Bare in mind all I did was deposit once from a crypto wallet, like every other customer, and now here we are 2 months later with yet another delay tactic. Added to that they take days and sometimes weeks to respond, to what you would assume is an urgent matter.

Please please stay away from these crooks.

Here is the email they wrote to me:

The risk team has checked your screenshot and is informing you that the information from the screenshot is not relevant enough.
We need to see all the data and names on how your crypto account was funded and all the statements about where the funds to your bank account have been coming from.
Without that information, it is not possible to conclude the case. Please be so kind and provide us with these.

Kind regards!

Sincerely,
Ana Taylor

It's now been 8 days since any reply from these guys. They are just totally ignoring the fact that they owe me 3k GBP.

I'll start formal complaint in next couple of days. People need to be protected from these crooks.

Still no response. Nothing at all. Hardly a surprise.
5  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it possible for Liverpool to qualify today? on: April 18, 2024, 03:56:12 PM
It is more possible than it may seem. Atalanta's legs have gone a little. They threw away a 2 goal lead to Verona on Monday. Liverpool have had more rest.

It is absolutely possible, but unlikely.

The risk department has requested new documents from you and will be taking the next steps when these documents have been received.
We appreciate your patience.

Yes. Out of the blue they're now asking for and I quote:

Quote
Crytpo exchange statement showing the account hold name who has transferred the money to your bank account
Crypto exchange statement showing how the funds have been accumulated

Neither of these things have anything to do with what's been going on whatsoever. So it is clearly just another small minded attempt at a delay.

Anyhow I have sent what they asked for and we will see how long it takes them to fix this priority issue.
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from Bets.io on: April 15, 2024, 10:40:30 PM
However you look at it, it's a silly move on their part. Now I will stay away from their site and they lose a lot of money from me, all over $35 and the inability to credit that money to me, whether I made a mistake or not.

None of it makes any good sense.

though it would have been a nice gesture to let it slide especially IF(big IF) the difference between the deposit you made and their minimum deposit is very very small.

Min deposit is 0.0005 BTC and i deposited 0.0041 BTC. So a small difference.

My point was that after spending so much on there that they couldn't fix this for me shows poor customer service imo.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from Bets.io on: April 15, 2024, 07:31:05 PM
So this site is a little petty. I have lost a couple of thousand dollars on here recently but when i make a tiny deposit ($35 ish) and it ends up being a fraction under their min deposit, which is in very tiny print on their deposit page, i am told the funds are void and there is nothing they can do. No manual adjustment nothing at all.

Quote
John: Hello, John is here.
Could you please send me a screenshot of your deposit?

Me: Oh my bad. It's below min amount
'Min Deposit, Without Network Fees is 0.0005 BTC.'
I'm hoping you can still credit?

John: Received a reply from our specialists. The amount of this transaction is less than the minimum limit. Funds are lost

Me: The funds are lost? And there's nothing you can do??
It's clear that money went to the correct addres.
I will not play here again if that is the case, and I have spent thousands here
The min deposit is in very small print
This is not a good way to deal with this...

John: This info is mentioned in our terms and conditions and on the deposit page.
I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do with it

Me: This is shocking...
All for just a very tiny deposit. And you lost a good customer
What are you thinking?

John: I'm sorry, but such rules. You can see a min. deposit requirements on our website and on deposit page. We're not hiding this information

Me: But you cannot be kind to customers and help resolve such a situation?
Do you think that helping customers after such a mistake might be a good idea?
I will post now on all forums about this and you will end up with bad press. Just for a $30 deposit that you are stealing
So stupid..

So rather than manual adjust and help a customer out they are just going to stick with the funds as being lost and doing nothing to help me. More than anything this is just abysmal customer service and they have absolutely lost a good customer. Ridiculous.

Hiya,

Another update on this..... They are once again asking for a notarized passport. Aboslutely absurd.

Tomorrow I will start posting on all the other forums about this issue to see if we can get some logical thinking into them.
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars Crypto Casino: Community with Exclusive Giveaways and Promos on: April 14, 2024, 10:43:57 AM
So about 5 days ago I spoke to their support and they said they had withdrawal problems due to some API and it would be sorted the next day. Well, nothing has happened at all and no communication again.

It's been so long now. I will give it a few more days and then I will make threads on all the other betting review sites.
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars Crypto Casino: Community with Exclusive Giveaways and Promos on: April 10, 2024, 09:20:55 AM
Still nothing from these guys wrt to the money owed. Not even an email to update on the situation. Nothing whatsoever.

All of this from just one afternoon of degeneracy.

Be very wary using this site in the future.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 04, 2024, 03:25:45 PM
Ok. I will try and wait patiently now that some logic has finally manifested. Thanks for the reply.
14  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 03, 2024, 08:13:44 PM
Here is a list of every transaction I've ever made on Chipstars. It was one short afternoon of degenerate betting which I happened to win, and then all of this has happened.

15  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 03, 2024, 07:58:51 PM
Hiya,

There is nothing suspicious about my betting whatsoever and I will happily post every single bet I made if it helps to make sure that this is perfectly clear. I am currently screenshotting every singe bet right now.

The notarization request is the biggest flag however. No one in the industry has ever requested such a thing. This is a betting site, of which I used perfectly honestly and I will prove that without question, so why are they asking for things like notarization which is normally within the jurisdiction of such things as immigration authorities.

I will be going through every avenue possible to make sure this is dealt with fairly so let me state vehemently that you should not continue nefariously.

Crypto betting is a growing industry and you need to be doing things with integrity if you don't want to mess everything up. 5 days of radio silence, and then all of a sudden a request for notarized documentation? Don't be so utterly absurd. Nobody is going to believe that...

So you need to do the right thing and stop messing me about.

EDIT: Oh and btw, I did win around 2k GBP from a 1k approx deposit. I won 990 GBP on ROULETTE. Can you explain what could even be slightly suspicious about that roulette win?? I will post every single bet I made too. There is nothing suspicious about my play and I am now worried that you are just straight up trying to scam me.
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 03, 2024, 04:13:02 PM
The problem is they have supposedly good scores at Trustpilot and Askgamblers etc.

This is not a kyc issue at this point imo. This is just a delay or scam tactic only. Notarising a document means I need to contact a solicitor/lawyer and pay a fee to have the document notarised. Absolutely and utterly outragous and clearly nothing more than a nefarious action.

All this just for a simple first withdrawal.
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 03, 2024, 04:04:04 PM
Scrap that. Here is the current issue. They are asking for my passport to be notarized which is outrageously excessive just for a simple withdrawal.

Here is the message they sent me:

'Hello,

The provided document is not notarized, therefore we are unable to process the withdrawal. Please note that you are required to send us a notarized document. This involves visiting a notary to obtain a copy of your ID document and having it notarized.'
18  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 03, 2024, 03:50:48 PM
I just had a reply asking for a copy of my passport again. So hopefully this will all be cleared up pretty soon and the delay can just be put down to Easter.
19  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 03, 2024, 01:33:43 PM
Still radio silence, and the Chipstars account has been on today. We wait in vain.
20  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - €2.3 Million Non-Stop Drop Tournament on: April 02, 2024, 05:34:07 PM
I am waiting for 5 days now just to be verified so I can make my first withdrawal. I would not bother to make the thread but I need to see some movement as I have not had any communication at all. I understand that it's been easter so there might be a delay but almost radio silence for 5 days is very worrying. Please can you try and address this. Username is brassnuts.

Thanks
