They answered today, and said verification was unseccesful and they refund my btc. Waiting on refund now. Tu all for answers. Ill close thread.

I contacted with forum support and he said need wait. I created this thread after only two weeks of waiting, because I feel uncomfortable for 2 weeks already. Dont know what to do now.

Hello, I am writing here in the hope that the Bitcoin community or representatives of bitcasino will pay attention to the problem. They blocked my account with 1.6 bts on the account, asked to go through verification, passed successfully and there is no answer for more than 2 weeks. Bitcasino should take this issue seriously and give an explanation as soon as possible if they wanted to prove that their site is safe to play with any amount.
No update, dont know what to do, start think they wana scam me. In addition, according to general statistics, I'm in the red in their casino. Red means you are banned there? Asked about this in their ANN? If still no response then its time to visit scam accusation section I guess. Not ban, when i try withdraw me its write need wait 48 hours, and still waiting 2 weeks. |

You are free to open a thread if you wanted but it is not going to make any changes I guess because representative on bitcointalk said that they are taking your account for security reason with no further explanation but it maybe in their terms of service I guess. So you have no choice other than waiting or you will be making it more complicated. Sad but that's true. Maybe another players, who play on big amounts, see my thread and stop use bitcasino, after those issues. Ill waiting 3-4 working days more. |

I mean, the investigation can be done in less than 24 hours, and OP has already complied with the requirements I think there is no reason for them to hold the balance. If its considered big and needs investigation, so this site does not usually have high rollers? From the precious cases I have seen, your account will also be checked if you violated the following: - Money laundering
- Multi-accounting
- Playing from prohibited jurisdictions
- Using false documents (related to no. 3)
They cannot send you a reply until they are done. If everything is clear, you'll get a response and your payment. Im okey, but 10+ days? How much need wait for check? Weeks ? Months? Why cant answer on email? |

I hope you can wait until Bitcasino finish to check and verify your account. As @masulum said, it needs time, and I think the verification needs up to 3 days, and it could be 7 days. Or you can visit on their thread and ask in there.
