Bitcasino.io blocked account with 1.6 btc.

Hello, I am writing here in the hope that the Bitcoin community or representatives of bitcasino will pay attention to the problem. They blocked my account with 1.6 bts on the account, asked to go through verification, passed successfully and there is no answer for more than 2 weeks.
I created a topic in the Discussion Service, but since the problem is not solved, I created a topic here.

have you tried contacting their forum representative again or address on their thread that the issue is still ongoing and 2 weeks have passed since the issue arrised? Karl(Bitcasino.io Support) is active at responding to issues against their gambling site. he might be able to help update you about the progress of the issue you are currently experiencing. good luck I hope your issue can be solved soon.

I’m not sure what’s taking so long but feel assured that you are not going to get scammed. Bitcasino.io are a hugely successful operation. These security checks & investigations are known to take a while sometimes. Only you will know if you are in breach of any of the below.



Karl is a fair, honest man & Bitcasino.io do not scam people. With all due respect to the OP, I understand it’s significant money to you but Bitcasino.io are a huge operation & 1.6BTC is nothing to them.

I know it’s tough to be patient because it s a lot of money but it will get resolved. If you’re a genuine player & haven’t broken any rules, you will get paid out.

1.6 BTC is a lot of money.
If they come up that you have violated the terms and confiscate the funds, then they should give you the deposit back.
Since I read you are in red on the site, it would be a better solution to pay out the full amount.
Although I do not know what happened exactly on the site, let's see what bitcasino will reply and then judge from there.

Hopefully that is what OP did because I know Karl is an active user in this forum, replied to some of his threads in the Gambling Discussion and hopefully that this issue can be resolved.

To OP, I think that you should understand that there is a bureaucracy behind so it is taking slow. They might want to properly review your complaint or they are receiving a lot that they can't process everything at a timely manner and in your case, I think that they might be prioritizing it because the amount that you are being locked out of is a lot of money.

I have played and trust bitcasino to be fair but waiting 20 days without an update makes me feel like 1.6 BTC are more important to bitcasino then it is to the player.

If the price dropped to 1k suddenly will bitcasino compensate the user for the loss, in case he is cleared?

I contacted with forum support and he said need wait. I created this thread after only two weeks of waiting, because I feel uncomfortable for 2 weeks already. Dont know what to do now.

They answered today, and said verification was unseccesful and they refund my btc. Waiting on refund now. Tu all for answers. Ill close thread.
