1  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: November 06, 2014, 11:42:26 AM
Apparently, because I didn't actively sit on this thread for months, my 762 shares were voided because they went unclaimed.

I hope Ken wastes whatever remaining years he has in his life in legal chaos.  Pathetic scumbag.  Rot in hell.

How did you contact that scumbag? I really like to know, what he did with my shares.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Find Trendon Shavers in person thread... [BTCST, BTS&T, pirateat40] on: November 06, 2014, 11:40:13 AM
It sounds like not a single cent will be paid back to those who got screwed.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GnuCash support for alternative/non-ISO currencies on: November 06, 2014, 11:37:30 AM
I gave up on doing accounting in LTC or BTC and moved everything to EUR while cryptocoins are held/accounted as investments - like stock. Problem solved!
It is completely pointless to use LTC or BTC because of absurdly high volatility and 99.999% of good (or equipment, materials, what ever) you buy or sell, are still fiat based even if you quote it in any of the cryptocoins.
4  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: September 14, 2014, 07:18:53 PM
So, what is the current status with this train wreck?
5  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 10:26:17 PM
Looks like we got bigger problems guys.  Good bye bitcoin. edit:  overly dramatic

http://www.coindesk.com/massive-concerted-attack-launched-bitcoin-exchanges/

"It turns out that a small number of these bad transactions have been broadcast in the background of the bitcoin network for some time now, but after Mt. Gox went public with its problems, someone cranked up the volume. “Some joker is rewriting thousands of bitcoin transactions and rebroadcasting them,” says Jeff Garzik, a core developer on the bitcoin software. “It’s not a “massive and concerted” attack, probably just a bored teenager with one computer.”"

What a load of shit.  If one bored teenager with one computer can cause a shitstorms like this, we are in even bigger trouble.
6  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: MtGox's DEATH - Bitcoin headed towards darkness? on: February 11, 2014, 10:12:00 PM
The Bitcoin devs have already come out to say Gox is full of it, and the problem is 100% on their end for not fixing a gaping hole in their infrastructure that has been known for years.

No matter, the damage is already done, as soon as people can get their coins out (if ever), the exchange will be deserted.

I guess they are crawling back to under that rock they like so much.

Bitcoin Exchanges Under ‘Massive and Concerted Attack
Looks like IT IS a problem.

7  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitstamp halted BTC withdrawal on: February 11, 2014, 10:08:04 PM
I recall two guys (developers) who were overly confident that this "bug" is bull shit and has no affect blaa blaa blaa.

Self-anointed Masters Of Bitcoin  (aka Bitcoin Foundation) is stepping from one pile of s** to another at alarming rate.

Bitcoin Foundation, how do you comment the situation now?
8  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 10, 2014, 05:00:31 PM
Ken,
You obviously can not write few lines of code to make that "automagical" verification form to materialize. (btw, if you started manual verification,  you be done with it a month ago)

I have an idea for you:

Install WP - 5-10 min
install forms plugin - 1 min
build a form - 5-10 min
publish the web address for the form - 10 sec
and be done with this.

For fuck sake Ken, if this is something you can not handle, delegate it to someone who can. Put up a 0.5 BTC bounty and have someone program it for you in a day. All your excuses so far are steaming pile of BS. Stop throwing that shit at us.

Thank you.

PS! Please buy a book... Management for dummies... or something similar and look up what "delegating" means and how it's used in every day life.
9  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: MtGox's DEATH - Bitcoin headed towards darkness? on: February 08, 2014, 07:09:29 PM
MtGox became a epic joke long time ago and only greed and stupidity forced people to trade there or send any coin/fiat into this black hole.
MtGox has been operating as one big mixer - closed system with no exit for fiat or BTC.

Interesting where did the coin go and if coin is really gone, how did they manage to lose it?
10  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-02-06] Now official: using Bitcoins is completely illegal in Russia on: February 08, 2014, 10:10:20 AM
Some of you say it's banned, some of you say it is not.
Do any of you have a  link to reliable source  to clear this up?

BTW, how is this going to affect http://btc-e.com operations? If I recall, they are operating form Ukraine.

One more thing, China did not ban BTC. Only bank/fin institutions can not invest or trade BTC and for the rest, they can do what ever they want but have no protection from their gov. if get ripped off or lose their coin.
11  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 07, 2014, 09:28:44 AM
Mr KSlaughter, when are you going to enlighten us of ActM fiancial situation by publishing PL statement and proper balance sheet?
Please publish one for the year of 2013 (as of 31 December) and give us a deadline for a proper January statement. You have jerked us (investors) around for way too long.

Excuses are unacceptable.
12  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 03, 2014, 07:23:03 AM
LOL
Let me ask this. How many shareholders ActM has?
100?
300?
500?
10000?

I am sure i's not 10000.  If he started requesting e-mail addresses manually a week ago, he had probably 90% of them by now and had spent a lot less time on manual processing than writing (how many lines have you written?) "automagical processing" script.

Someone, who visited ActM office,  told that you had some chicks hanging around the office, bored to death. Put them to work!
If they can read, they can match e-mail address to BTC account numbers.

...
@EskimoBob When I said  "to get the 55nm chip" it was not to go there a put a 55nm chip in my hand.  It was to negotiate a deal to buy the assets of a start up company.  You need to do that face to face.

OK, now I am really scared. What are those assets, we are buying from a start up company?
13  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 02, 2014, 10:43:54 PM
I almost forgot... fuck you, JoTheKhan and your useless apologies. Fuck your "I think Ken is..." drivel.
We have 300+ pages of this useless carp. When one apologist gets tired, next one pops up and takes over. F'n mind readers.

I'm not a Ken apologist though. I've stated that I think 3 Months for share access is completely unheard of. It's retarded, I've stated that I hate the website. I've stated that I do not think we should sell chips. I stated that Ken needs to be more communicative and he needs to audit the company and he needs to hire an actual PR person and he needs to stop coming on here when hes drunk going into useless banter with some of the shareholders.

Just because I don't throw around curse words, insult Ken and scream failure everytime I hear something I don't want to doesn't make me an apologist. It makes me a mature realist who isn't expecting this company to strike it rich. Just because I'm a levelheaded person who stepped into this investment with the right risk/reward assessment and because I haven't been crying my self to sleep every night; because I didn't invest more than I could afford to lose doesn't mean I am some apologist. It means I'm the one of the only people here who used some god damn common sense.

You were probably one of the idiots sceaming "It's the new AsicMiner" and now your bent out of shape because it's not. Boo Hoo. Go cry somewhere else. Leave your emotions at the door and next time you won't be burned as bad.

for a level headed dipshit you sure do assume a lot. Now, go back to bed and start crying. LOL.
fkn endless amateur hour.
14  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 02, 2014, 10:37:57 PM
Enough of this circle jerking, meaningless side projects and useless weekly "reports" with 0 actual value.

Eskimo - a 3 month plan adds zero value to the balance sheet too. Plans are speculative, wafer orders are not.

Ken just got us slotted into UMC's February run (at what sounds very short notice) and will be getting wafers in April. So how is a report going to change that? I've put up projections and they were shot down. Ken could do the same, they will equallt be shot down. So it's not worth the effort - is it??

Can you read? Let me write it again. "What adds value to a Co is it's fkn product, team and management who knows wtf they are doing. None of those listed, can be said about this particular cluster fuck of ours. "
Blink faster or stop for a moment. You miss too much.

If you have no plan, you do not know, are you on schedule or not. I know, this is really hard to comprehend. Give it a try.
15  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 02, 2014, 10:29:26 PM
It's irrelevant, where ActM shares trade or not. This adds 0 value to the Actm balance sheet (still have not see one, btw)
What adds value to a Co is it's fkn product, team and management who knows wtf they are doing. None of those listed, can be said about this particular cluster fuck of ours.

I recall when he wasted time "programming Actm's own exchange", now he is programming a fkn "send me your e-mail address" page.
I am not going to comment on that web shop of ours.. yes ours.  None of this shit helps to complete the main task - working chip and miners.

Ken, Instead of writing useless web apps, write me (us) a fkn 3 month plan, how are you going to accomplish what matters. With deadlines, cost and time calculations and so on. If you have no idea how to write this stuff, let me know and I can do it for you.

Enough of this circle jerking, meaningless side projects and useless weekly "reports" with 0 actual value.

... After the program verifies your shares, we will send a list of verified shareholders to CT, where they will create the account if not already created and add the verified number of shares to the account.

So you haven't even started the process yet?

Yes, I have been working on it for awhile; however, the trip to the west coast to get the 55nm chip, working with eASIC to change to a custom 28nm chip, getting us on the February run at UMC so that we could have chips in mid april has been my priority this month.

Do you know what UPS stands for? They ship shit around the globe. Fast. I guess you just cant resist travelling with investors coin? First class perhaps?

What you bolded has to do with the meeting Ken had in January on the west coast when Bargraphics made his visit to Ken's place of business and Ken was MIA. Please stop just digging up old stuff to throw dirt at and see if it sticks.
I stand corrected. I thought it's a new trip. But guess what, as of today we have no chip in any size.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Throw Charlie under the bus and wash your hands clean of your biggest advocate on: February 02, 2014, 08:27:41 PM
This is amazing, how fast you guys can turn every f'n thread in this forum to a off topic and utterly pointless blabbering.
Truly amazing.
Carry on and keep typing nonsense to that "Post reply" box on your screen. Faster!

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: February 01, 2014, 10:25:00 PM
https://litecointalk.org/ is where you need to be, if you understand why LTC is a bit superior to BTC (but you do not have to agree)
20  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 01, 2014, 03:16:31 PM
Just a heads up. If you want answers from Ken, your best bet is to PM him. If you would like to have him answer on the form it might be better to

@Anyone has Ken said that we should start emailing/pming with our information or.. ?

No and No.
Last thing Ken needs is 600 pm's how is he going to read all of them?

You will get an email at your specified email address and that will tell you how to register to claim back your shares.

We can't send emails to shareholders as we don't have all shareholders emails from Bitfunder.  We will make an announcement and shareholders will enter their email address in the verification program.  See my previous post on the procedure.

What? How did anyone managed to sign up to Bitfunder without an e-mail?
