1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are some long term projects for holding? on: June 30, 2021, 11:38:16 PM
I've been holding onto my crypto for some years and have unloaded some of them due to lack of faith in the project.
Over time I've come to narrow down to a select few which I've seen to have faired pretty well over this last run up in the market
ADA ETH DIVI VET LINK are my longer term picks - still have some others I'd like to lighten up on, - and everyone has some picks they missed out on too - wished I got into MATIC when I first heard about it at a cent
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency has best future? on: June 30, 2021, 11:27:23 PM
To pick the best would be impossible - but know that crypto will have a place in the future. I would say look at the problem a project is working on solving and whether it makes sense from what you see is needed. Some of my picks for real world applications are ETH ADA DIVI VET
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth investing in coins you believe in? on: June 30, 2021, 11:15:44 PM
Absolutely, I believe if you follow a good strategic plan and do your research into projects that are consistently building and have the stability background staying power and resilience, we will be in a life changing position looking forward.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: May you and I be blessed with many rockets. on: March 23, 2021, 08:51:00 PM
I currently stake my Divi which allows me the chance to participate in the weekly lotteries which can greatly increase your ROR. I have won a few of the smaller ones  and looking forward to the big one hitting my wallet one day. The new wallet app is even more exciting though as i can see how the simplicity and features will onboard many users and especially newcomers into entering crypto with ease
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Divi Project: Divi's Notorious Battle towards Mass Adoption of Crypto on: March 23, 2021, 08:41:31 PM
I like the ecosystem the creators are building around Divi they are very motivated toward making crypto easy for users and newcomers together with creating use cases around Divi so it can be used in everyday life. The new wallet app certainly is groundbreaking and will onboard a lot of users and newcomers with the features it has.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: The Divi Project: The Bright Future of Divi Coin on: March 23, 2021, 08:32:32 PM
I think we need the simple easy access into crypto so newcomers are able to look into entering the space with ease and understanding - Hoping projects like Divi will make a difference by offering these solutions
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm wondering if miners will go away in the next few years ??? on: March 16, 2021, 12:27:19 AM
I cant answer whether miners will disappear it would seem that some are trying to implement PoS algo to their chains but I like the PoS concept and ease of which it can produce good rewards without the expensive hardware required with PoS - i'm currently staking various coins and producing some handy rewards and over time these will amount to significant gains
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold or Bitcoin on: March 05, 2021, 09:05:43 AM
I would put some money in both Bitcoin and Gold to have some exposure to both assets - I would also look at property and keep some in cash as well for those times when cash is king during times of market downturns.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Still market not show bear signals on: March 03, 2021, 10:34:19 PM
I agree with you there - It's gonna be hard to call this one and know when the top is in - but I can tell you it's gonna be one hell of a ride - there's so much more happening this time around and with the new SEC chairman we could see the first Bitcoin ETF - fingers crossed on this one but if it happens this could get crazy
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance as the third largest coin on: March 03, 2021, 10:27:21 PM
I think the addition of the BSC "Binance Smart Chain" has certainly boosted the Binance ecosystem, with the high fees associated with trading on the Etherium ecosystem people have seemingly moved across and are making the most of the lowers fees. And even though the Etherium network would be more decentralised - I dont think people care - It's more about saving on fees to them that matters. And even with all of this I would like to add that if you look back - BNB has been one of the best performing assets in the cryptocurrency space - CZ is a smart guy who sees opportunity and pounces, that's why he's so successful.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Just won $7560 by Staking my DIVI. I'm speechless! WOW on: March 01, 2021, 08:27:51 PM
Congrats OP but  I don't see any reason in creating a thread for this. The DIVI lottery reward was just to attract more people to the network and I don't see any reason whatsoever anyone will join the staking since it required operating the Divi core blockchain wallet 24/7 and 100,000 DIVI~ $3000.
It better to stake other coins that doesn't require operating node through computer or VPS 24/7.

[Hi just read your post and thought i might respond to the staking amount. I believe you only need 10,000 Divi to be able to stake and earn which also qualifies you for the weekly lottery draw of 1 single winner x 252,000 and 10 secondary winners x 25,200 - a mere investment of under $400 at current Divi price. Also Divi is currently testing and on the verge of releasing it's new mobile wallet app which will allow you to stake and launch a masternode within the app, so you'll be able to securely earn / send / transfer / atomics swaps feature / payments etc and much more as extra features are added no need for a computer or VPS.   ]
Thanks for the I formation but according to what I know about the project since the year 2018 100,000 is needed to stake or participant the minimum master node. I went on there site and ANN thread to confirm the information you provided about the 10,000Divi but I couldn't see anything there and on check their medium it said this about wallet used to stake "Just keep it running and connected to the internet."
Possibly, there's a need of VPS. Do you join the stake and do you have a link to the information you just provide?

Hi again if you go to the following link click on FAQ/Trouble shooting and scroll down to - Staking FAQ's - it will give you all the info on requirements for staking - also forgot to mention you can also staking with less on WhatsApp through DiviGo, all you need is any amount of Divi in there and it's also great for sending and receiving fast and secure as well but the link is  https://wiki.diviproject.org/#introduction - cheers all the best

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Risk on: February 23, 2021, 09:34:30 PM
It's better to divide our portfolio into more parts instead of sticking with one crypto. Also, it's safe to keep our trading or hodling with BTC and ETH. TBH, alts are good to profit in alt season, but it's more risky when BTC or whole market is in correction like now. Correction is needed for a bullish rally as well and it's the best time to buy more potential alts for next rebound.
I have my long term bags packed so i just play around with a trading account. And everything i can earn a little extra on the side - i stake it
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Makes DIVI Unique and Exceptional? on: February 22, 2021, 08:21:17 PM
A summary would also be: The following:

It is possible to send and receive any amount of money instantly anywhere in the world, without borders, without holidays, without limits, etc. DIVI allows users to have maximum control of their money.
"Be Your Own Bank" has a nice ring to it.  Smiley
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DIVI Speculation/Discussion Thread on: February 19, 2021, 09:24:50 AM
Divi entering into DeFi would definitely be a plus in my view - BNB has exploded since Binance chain launched
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DIVI Speculation/Discussion Thread on: February 18, 2021, 09:19:54 PM
You know, I actually tried setting up a DASH masternode way back in the day and gave up because I just couldn't figure it out. The idea of having some (mostly) passive income was really attractive to me, and when I found out about Divi, I decided to give their "one-click masternodes" a try. It actually was SO simple to set up and I still have my first node running that I set up over 16 months ago. I can't get enough of these DIVI rewards. Every time one hits my wallet I get so excited.

Highly recommend anyone interested in easy passive income to check it out.
[I have been looking at masternode projects since i entered the crypto space 3yrs ago i've decided to take the staking route for now but i also hold and stake Divi among others but the ease of which you can launch a Divi masternode is the reason i'm looking at accumulating to the point where i'll launch one of their nodes. This is my 2nd yr with staking Divi and been following the project and feel good about where it's heading and the team behind it, if i decide to launch a masternode it'll be with them.
