Really, there is no way to fully prevent them from keeping the photo. The user just has to take a screenshot...
222  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Got ROI in 40 days with my Antminer S3+ on: March 04, 2015, 02:34:16 PM
i guess if you buy an antminer s1 second hand for $20 with free electric you'll roi even faster.

Not neccessarily. With the adjustment of difficulty every 2 weeks, you would probably roi within 55 days.
223  Economy / Speculation / Re: Happy Days Are Here Again, BTC UP, UP, UP ... on: March 04, 2015, 02:30:10 PM
I would prefer to see a slow but gradual increase. Never mind if it takes a long period of time to achieve a certain price level but as long as it can sustain the uptrend and growth, this should be good enough. Much better than seeing it grow too fast and then take the plunge the next following day.

It is great to see it grow fast, but then when it plunges, everybody cries...

Converting bitcoin to fiat?  No thanks.

That is a good point. I think the OP should point out how he / she will be doing this.

I'll be using a long trusted contact to convert the BTC to USD and physically mail it to MrDove.

Converting bitcoin to fiat?  No thanks.

So we will walk around handing homeless people bitcoin. They cant go to mcdonalds and buy food with it, it is useless to them...

228  Economy / Services / Re: [US/Canada]PapaJohns Pizza Services (50% OFF) (Escrow accepted) on: March 04, 2015, 01:37:00 AM
How much is delivery?

It's usually $4. $2 goes to the delivery man, and I think if it's under a certain amount (~$50?), you have pay another $2 as a tip.

Thank you for the advice. I now have another question. I will be sending this as a PM to the OP, but I will ask prior customers if they know.

How does this work? Do I pay you, then you order the pizza, then I tip the delivery man? If I could have a step by step walkthrough, that would be great...

You pay him. He then most likely buy's a card, then cards the pizza. That's how he gets it cheap. Then your pizza comes and pay your $4 or so.

I can teach you how to do it, it's easy. You can get $4 + $4 = $8 pizza shipped whenever you want, but it's highly illegal.

Whats this "card"?

Congratulations! Rarely do us home miners turn a profit. For me, it was the other way Sad. When will you upgrade to a newer miner? Just wondering.
231  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best Cloud mining Site? on: March 04, 2015, 01:09:49 AM
I think on terms of being legit, CEX.IO wins. But cloud mining rarely turns a profit. You make more money trading it than mining Tongue
232  Economy / Speculation / Re: Happy Days Are Here Again, BTC UP, UP, UP ... on: March 04, 2015, 01:08:14 AM
I definitely don't want things to go up too fast.  I mean that would just bring about another crash.  I'd like the slow steady rise.  That'd be perfect.

Yes, we need it to have a steady increase. When it was around $400, it finally seemed like things were getting stabilized. Even if it goes up very slowing, the stability would be a nice change.
233  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Would you buy a bitcoin candle? on: March 04, 2015, 01:04:46 AM
how much is it? if it is ok you should put the pics here.

Still in beta, no photos are available yet.

With the list of post asking about it, this only means you have a market for it. And yes the variety of color and scent makes the selling point.

Yes, we are certain we have the market for it. We will be offering a variety of colors/scents, so hopefully people like this.
234  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Would you buy a bitcoin candle? on: March 04, 2015, 01:03:26 AM

236  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Turning off miners on: March 04, 2015, 12:41:22 AM
It's funny seeing some people thinking that free electricity = profit. When you take into consideration deflation of the mining equipment, you most of the time end up losing, unless you have a way you can sell the equipment fast.
237  Economy / Economics / Re: POLL: In the US, is a $250,000 household income middle class? on: March 04, 2015, 12:38:40 AM
Like spazzdla said, middle class should be the what the average household earns. Silicon Valley average houshold income is $90,000, Average for the US is $69,000. So when you look at it that way, 250K anywhere in the US is above average.
