141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many projects is bad on: December 24, 2019, 04:59:57 AM
Like most people would agree, it's a free market and regulations might be difficult to take control over such market, one thing that will put these shit projects to check is when investors or probably bounty hunters begin to check these projects before venturing in. Many of them are really just not it. If you take your time to go through it, you wouldn't even venture into it
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are smart as well. on: December 22, 2019, 09:27:49 PM
Well it is true these scammers are around us and they have restrategized  but I think investors also should not give room to them. We should be very careful before dishing out our hard earned money. Do research on any project you want to invest on so you know if it is worth it or not
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do with a 1000$ and what would you do? on: December 22, 2019, 09:16:04 PM
I think your selections are good but if I were in your position, I would gladly invest the money in bitcoin, at least I wouldn't bother checking price unlike when it is invested in altcoin. The only altcoin I would invest some cash is Ethereum
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: No matter how successful a bounty project is...... on: November 27, 2019, 08:55:34 PM
This is so correct, when there are so many bounty hunters in a great project, the number or worth of reward tend to get so low. This is why most times I prefer bounties with with short duration  before so many would want to join the bounty it is already added. I believe duration of the bounty also have it's rule to play.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is NOW the time to get into Ethereum ? on: November 27, 2019, 08:49:13 PM
Presently all coins are facing the downward movement and  ethereum isn't left out, now one thing that is certain in crypto is uncertainty, you never can tell if it will dip more but then you need to do some research and follow the price movement to know when to get in. It is a coin with potentials.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: November 27, 2019, 08:38:19 PM
Everyone is responsible for his or her action. People should learn to play safe. Without thinking of safety then your funds is gone. Let's try to avoid phishing links and try as much as possible to protect our private keys and password. In instances where every wallet is hacked in the exchange , then the exchange is responsible  for the hack.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Listed exchange matters on: November 26, 2019, 10:20:47 PM
From your topic, you are very right, the exchange where a token is listed also have great effect on the token. When the volume in an exchange is low or there are no volume, what do you expect to be next? there will definitely be a great dump but that can be controlled when being listed in top exchanges.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How NOT To Get Scammed on: November 26, 2019, 10:07:05 PM
You indeed made your points explicit and it was quite explanatory. The major factor here is indeed greed, this has cause so many a bitter experience, in a bid to get more, they tend to loose all. People should do proper research before investing on Anything, you don't just invest because others are investing too

150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: November 25, 2019, 04:34:56 PM
First when I heard about crypto, i became interested because it has to do with lots of reward but along the line i found out it is just much more than the reward, it is a revolution that has come to change the finance sector and bring liberation to those who adopt it.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between ICO's and IEO's on: November 05, 2019, 01:13:18 PM
There are pretty same, but the only advantage the initial exchange offering has over initial coin offering is that it's sales are done in an exchange, and with that, listing is very sure . Also, I think another reason why initial exchange offering is better is because big exchanges do carry out some research on the project before endorsing them to carry out the sales.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: November 05, 2019, 01:07:08 PM
Funny as it may sound, the truth is that if many die, their asset will be gone and not transferred, this is because the first rule about wallet is keeping it safe and not disclosing it to a third party. It might surprise you that the one person who knows it might not be careful using your private keys, so, many people will only give out their private keys when they know they are about to die.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't complain for too long. on: November 04, 2019, 04:59:14 PM
Complaining will never be the way Forward, As long as you know you are holding coins with potential, just relax and watch how the market grows, also it is always advised to invest in a project with spare money, don't use money meant for other urgent things, it will get you worked up while waiting or you will rather sell at a loss. Gradually the market will recover.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: November 04, 2019, 04:40:49 PM
I really don't think there are are ways to earn Altcoin free. For you to earn Altcoin without spending money, you will have to spend your time. Some examples are (1) Air drops, here, you have to fill  forms, follow the projects on their social handle and when it is time for distribution  you will get their token. (2) Bounty: unlike Air drop, which is very small, here you get much of their token but depends on the effort you put in promoting the project. Promotion might range from 2 weeks to one month, sometimes more.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) on: November 04, 2019, 03:24:19 PM
My thoughts about initial exchange offering is that it will continue to excel and bring success to the crypto space. Unlike initial coin offering, where an investor will have to wait for a long time before trading his investment. There is also some sort of security because most big exchanges do their due diligence on a project before launching  it.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: November 03, 2019, 07:39:42 PM
You are absolutely right, most times it's actually greed that leads to scam, when some greedy investors see large reward as bonus they don't hesitate investing instead of them to carry out their personal research to know if the project is worth investing at the end they blame others for their carelessness
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My eth is hacked ........ on: November 03, 2019, 10:47:47 AM
This is so Painful I can imagine, but the truth right now is that there is really nothing anyone can do. The hacker can't be stopped because he has your private key, the best you can do now is to move on ,create a new one and act like the old wallet never existed. This time be careful of phishing sites, also keep your private key safe.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when a project fails you as abounty hunter or investor on: November 03, 2019, 10:38:36 AM
Well, it isn't a new thing to encounter failure as either an investor or a bounty hunter, though painful but one has to move on, trying knowing what wrong you did by choosing the project, so that next time you would do more research properly, also one should let others know of scam projects so that more people won't get involved.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think IEO is more legit if launch on big exchnages like Binance? on: November 02, 2019, 04:39:09 PM
I believe that if an initial exchange offering is launched on a big exchange like binance, gate.io ,Kucoin  and some other know big exchanges, there is every possibility of legitimacy in the project, this is because these exchanges would not want to fall the credibility they already have, also they do research on projects that apply for IEO, so they don't list any project that comes their way. Also most times why projects use smaller exchanges could be because of the huge fee these big exchanges take.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: November 02, 2019, 01:09:30 PM
Very far from it, crypto will never go to zero, moreover mass adoption is gradually setting in,more acceptance for Bitcoin and some Altcoin like ethereum ,but in the near future some of these plenty altcoins without use case will find themselves in extinction. I thinks these altcoins without use case are the ones getting to zero.
