Will crypto really go to zero?

I think it is too far to think about, just like you say the apocalypse. Basically, all altcoin and crypto have good potential in the market if the developer tries to continue to improve. If there is no progress, I think it will make him dead and forgotten in no time.

You have a point probably some altcoins could become totally zero but for Bitcoin I doubt it will happen unless there will be new digital currency that is more efficient in Bitcoin. On the other hand, Blockchain technology is gradually becoming a trend as a matter of fact big countries such as China is already promoting this technology and even taught in education in France, thus I have huge faith that crypto will not turn into zero but rather become more promising.

But once the coin gets delisted from the major exchanges, we can consider them as either dead or dormant. I think only shitcoins that have no value can go to zero because these are coins that do not help much in making a profit and are often very risky if you choose to invest. In my opinion if you choose Bitcoin or other top Altcoins, these are very good investments in long-term holding. This market is creating a lot of new investment opportunities for everyone so it will definitely never go to zero because I trust the crypto market and will choose to invest more.

It's just that the coin intended by the OP has bad criteria, especially the product doesn't work and the coin is difficult to develop.

the use of bitcoin and ethereum is now very extensive, and developments have been made, so I also doubt that these two coins have a low price in the future. maybe zero price can occur if it's an altcoin, especially for an altcoin that is not so famous. but, for coins that can be developed such as bitcoin, or ehtereum, for example, the use of making ERC20, of course it requires ethereum. so far I have not seen that potential, and I think the price will get better.

Very far from it, crypto will never go to zero, moreover mass adoption is gradually setting in,more acceptance for Bitcoin and some Altcoin like ethereum ,but in the near future some of these plenty altcoins without use case will find themselves in extinction. many altcoin will gone from cryptocurrency market,most of them was projects that has no own ecosystem and has no function at all in crypto world.if market already start its selection maybe only 10% coins left in market and 90% die slowly .bitcoin, ethereum and many main altcoin will get positive impact.its price will moved due switching moneyx.from shitcoin to these coins.

First I don't remember when Buterin sold his amount of eth, and I don't remember he said that crypto is going to zero. Charlie Lee sold his amount of Litecoin at the top, saying he doesn't wish to be in conflict of interest.
Crypto is far away from zero, maybe some alts will go there, but top coins will stay on top where they are. Charlie Lee, Vitalik Buterin are famous persons in crypto, there's a lot of fud around them, same like we have a lot fo fud around Justin from Tron and CZ from binance. I don't necessary believe in everything around them, first I check it on few places and only then I can believe!

I think crypto might go to zero in the future, but not in the nearest 5-10 years for sure. A new better technology have to be invented to make crypto unnecessary and dump the prices of cryptocurrencies to the zero level.

But really, it's kinda hard to imagine that it will drop to zero.
Even with countries that tries to ban them entirely, there's always a way for everything. With how popular cryptocurrency now, I think in the future we will be using crypto payment for daily needs.

Cryptocurrency never failed to surprised us. More countries has come to accept them, and that's what makes cryptocurrency more known. It grows every time. Be it in its value and adoption.

No, like the theory behind Crypto, the buyers and sellers are very decentralised and massive holders aren't playing with the market as much as fiat currencies.
It may go down for a while and be volatile but this is expected. But not completely crash. It may take time but evolution of payment process and underlying currencies is occurring in front of us driving a future need for bitcoin or its successors.

Crypto could only go to zero if everyone sold. That won't happen. Most HODlers have multiplied their dollars by many times by not selling. hence it depends to who is asking. If you are broke then Crypto is already worthless. But to investors, it is an opportunity, a good buy at something almost worthless and sell when it becomes full of worth to global some, however i am sure some altcoins and shitcoins will die definitely, simply because most of them have no real world usage.

The price of cryptocurrencies depends on the success of the project. If the project has a good financial cushion then it will be able to survive with any results. Yes the price will fall a little but it will be uncritical. Most important to various updates were implemented then the community will believe in the project and will not sell their investments. Hence the price will hold. And when the cryptocurrency is even more strongly introduced into society, the price of cryptocurrencies will soar.
