I'm starting to regret selling at 5000-6000 sats.

If this coin is going to be more anonymous than DASH could it be as big or even bigger than DASH ? Are there any reasons why it couldn't ? put it that way.

Wallet Update

New non-mandatory PIVX v2.1.5.0 wallet has been released with tons of bug fixes, enhancements and new features.

Change Log (not in any particular order)
1. Rpi wallet now has Static Qt binary!
2. Autocombine feature - Automatically combines coins below thereshold via a tansaction. Great for dust control.
3. Network enhancements - Increase outbound connections.
4. BIP38 tool now supports more characters.
5. Icons changed to non-transparent icon for better visibility.
6. Multisend now can filter between staking and masternode rewards. Also some bugs addressed.
7. Wallet crashing with certain blockchain corruption has been prevented.
8. Lots of updates for OS X build.
9. In-Wallet Blockexplorer!
10. Added Seed Nodes - You no longer need to add initial addnodes lines to pivx.conf!
11. Lots more minor updates (readme, copyright etc) and bug fixes.

Big kudos to all the devs that made this happen!

when u look at Max's crypto history, well one off it could we brushed off as incompetence (but good profit and good timing on getting out for himself), but multiple times; well then its provable intent.

i was in maxcoin when it happen, so once bitten i wasn't about to go startcoin, (i came here as you know to give you guys the headsup on what i could see coming), however if i'd got suckered into startcoin where intent looks easier to prove i'd be looking at class action type approach or getting some regulators or authority to atleast look at his repeat actions.

perhaps the maxcoin amd startcoin communities look at working together on this?

Looks like Max has managed to successfully 'distribute' Startcoin to everyone afterall....

Here's some interesting fact about our upcoming PoS Phase for those that may not have known:

1. Current daily inflation is 18 x 1440 = 25920 PIV. This is shared amonst masternode and stake node owners.
2. In approx 2 weeks time, this will drop by 25% to 13.5 x 1440 = 19440 PIV per day of inflation.
3. We will then drop another 33% in mid-April. So 9 x 1440 = 12960 PIV per day of inflation.
4. Lastly, we will drop a whopping 50% in mid-May to a daily inflation of 7200 PIV.

Note: Values in 1,2,3 have the 10% of the block excluded as budgeting system is currently disabled. Value in 4 is inclusive.

So by mid-May, we will have 4 times less daily inflation than now. That's quite a difference.
Meaning each new minted or MN payment PIVs are going to become 4x more rarer than now!

Once we have the new website, a lot more will happen in terms of marketing etc.

It's just a list of stuff as I see it. I tried to stick with facts only. Hopefully it's useful to some.

What sets apart PIVX from other digital currencies? (or just good in general)

01. PIVX is a open source crypto currrency based on DASH so it inherited its core technologies such as Masternodes, Private transactions and Instant Transactions.
02. PIVX uses Blackcoin's improved Proof of Stake 2.0 protocol instead of Proof of Work. So it is more efficient in keeping the network secure than PoW.
03. PIVX had no ICO nor existing pre-mine as it was publicly burnt.
04. PIVX is based on Bitcoin 0.10.x core (and currently going to 0.13.2) which means it is more up to date than most other PoS digital currencies that commonly use a lower Bitcoin core version.

Heh I have a shitload of pepe coins I mined at cryptopia back in I think it was 2014 then I just kinda forgot about them until recently.The Coin never really did anything and was on no exchanges except cryptopia at like 1000 0f them for 1 doge coin DOH!!! (Homer Simpson) and didn't seem like it was going anywhere anytime soon.So now I have just over 88000 of them stuck in a dead wallet just like so many others.I have no idea what to do with them as I checked around and didnt see anything about a swap or anything so I guess i'm stuck out.I noticed they're call memetic now and a different wallet.Is it the same coin?It seems so so what to do?A bunch of diferent threads about it just adds to more confusion.
