i think by the time they get the asic's scrypt-n will be no more part of the game at all.

someone is dominating the POW Part with a optimized Miner quite hard. The 4 BTC Dump @BTER is the Evidence for that.
Is the Algo switch an thing which can be achived quite easy? If we stay with this algo, i think the price evolution will be quite dramatic due to the large dump's we will see from that one Person.

wow the diff is so high! did not find a POW Block in one Day with 50 Digital Ocean Instances.

just curious, how much is tt in terms of hash power?

honestly spoken not that much, 10-12 KH/s per instance.

I too now have installed a123's version and it's running fine, without a single crash since 3 days, with about 1 GB of memory. Great job!

I've just posted in the Coinmarketcap thread if they want to add it. I hope we don't attract the wrong people ... although some pumpin' and dumpin' perhaps also would get more devs on board Wink

PS: Price evolution on BTER looks very good, too.

yep it looks like finaly this coin moves in the right Direction, there so much potential!

1320  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Hacking BFL Monarchs to.... Well, I have no idea..... :-) on: September 06, 2014, 07:52:58 AM
At this point, that could be tricky :-) Has BFL ever posted a picture of their chip anywhere?

Someone buy me a unit and I'll "unbox" it in real time. Then try to put it back together again :-)

Meantime I got some of the temp numbers from Og. I'll look at them tonight, post some of the highlights tomorrow. First glance though is that the heat is being taken off the chips very efficiently with those water blocks.

Mr. Teal, will you build up an own Board for that chips, like the habanero?
