I thought it was pretty clear that this is indeed a Ponzi scheme, but it seems like some people in this thread need it to be clear: YES. THIS IS A PONZI SCHEME. Early adopters are rewarded (if the game continues), and some people will get burned. This is why you should obviously not "invest" big amounts in the game. It's just plain stupid. I seriously couldn't believe my eyes when I saw 0.5 BTC and 0.1 BTC transactions coming in. I would never put in that huge amounts myself. You should treat the website as a fun thing to show your friends, and just enjoy the fact that this type of entertainment if actually possible within the Bitcoin community. I agree that the title of this thread is misleading though. I did not create this thread and would prefer if the author changed it. But obviously, there is absolutely no guarantee whatsoever that you will win 110% every time. Some people have been lucky though! Peace out! if you're an early adopter it's okay.. look at JustBeenPaid [ProfitClicking], it's lasted a year and a half I think if you invested a bunch of money in the beginning you would get everything back

perhaps they have a couple of wallets so there's no need to send them back? I highly doubt that people can be this dumb my faith in humanity is gone if this is true Why would they sent money themselves and make it look like scam? I can't see any good reason to do that. they wanted to make it look like people are depositing money but they were too stupid?

Problem is, poor people in the US still are way better than middle class elsewhere.
Middle class in US is not always better off than elsewhere. Consider Dubai and Qatar. Elsewhere here means everywhere beyond the US, so you should take an average income across the world to make comparison valid. If you take the average it may give other results and indicate that, but living standards in Qatar or Dubai are very different than say India. Their population is small and they had the luck to be born literally in oil. When the oil reservoirs are finally depleted, they will return to where they started from, that is to nomadism and camel breeding (the richest will obviously emigrate to Europe or America). And their ultra-modern high-scrapers cities of today will be slowly but surely devoured by sand and desert. if they're smart, they're going to use the oil money to develop an another source of income before they deplete the reservoirs They are not, and they are not used to working hard (like, say, the Chinese or Japanese) which could make up for it. If they were, they wouldn't build useless skyscrapers or meaningless islands, but rather build research centers and production facilities instead, that is anything which creates real wealth (cf. Israel or Iran to a degree). true, they're wasting money but islands attract tourists, skyscapers could too I get your point, they're wasting their money foolishly

oh my god ----- what if they actually sent the coins themselves to make it look more real? altough, according to their design, I don't think they took some time to make anything look real

The problem here is you assume the average person is smarter than a cat. Well they are not.
doesn't matter cats understand everything we say, they just don't obey [read it somewhere] humans understand something the authority says, we obey that's the difference people think what the authority wants them to think simply because they're uninterested in the subject

And their ultra-modern high-scrapers cities of today will be slowly but surely devoured by sand and desert. if they're smart, they're going to use the oil money to develop an another source of income before they deplete the reservoirs It is because culturally we (americans) feel that we must own a car, house, tvs, and other things for entertainment. As a result we borrow money. We all know what happens when we borrow money. Basically we made it culturally unacceptable to be poor so people would rather go further in debt than appear to be poor which they really are.
More and more we live in materialistic world where just money is important, not any more family, kids, friends etc. money pays for your sons health, money provides food for your wife, money pays for stuff you do with your friends money allows you to shape the world as you want it Seem somebody steal the productivity gain: one word inflation American wages have been stagnating in America for decades now, partly thanks to freemarket globalization, the erosion of workers rights and the lack of union membership.
it's because there is no world war so the USA has no one to sell weapons to and hand out loans the "american dream" is built on pain and suffering of other nations in 2 world wars USA just had a nice distant position from where they could exploit others There is a huge reason Americans are getting more poor.
We keep giving jobs to illegal immigrants who do the job for less than min. wage and are happy to do it.
The min. wage is a joke compared to what inflation says it should be, and thus all wages are slightly lowered due to this. College education is literally raping us, it costs so much to go to school that people need a full time job just in order to pay for school.
So many things need to change or America will go down the drain...
that's not just USA, that's most countries

I currently have 8 miners hosted with them and they work great.
Easy, simple dashboard (kinda too simple if you're used to GPU mining and such) and payouts work well.
They usually have your rigs stood up within 24 hours (I think the longest any of mine took was 6-7 hours).
nice! when did you purchase? I preordered, so waiting for August 8th so I start mining

Wow I definitely just learned something. Never knew of this before today.
Same here, it's quite interesting. Is there any way to determine how many units of evil are associated with your account without a receiving payment prompt (therefore, either 0 or at least below 1)? I couldn't find it on my profile, and I'm curious. there are no units associated with your account if you didn't get the payment prompt so yes, from 0-1 Don't worry - Tor wont be evil any more once Mike "Bitcoin Judas" Hearn is done adding blacklists to it.
So no more accounts can be registered with Tor in the future, right? What about using Tor to log in an existing account? you can create any number of accounts using Tor, you just have to pay a small fee so you start posting it's usually some sum around 0.6$ I think The forum actually earns quite a lot using this method, they should use the money so we get avatars back

I'm old enough to remember what US manufacturing was like until the jobs were sent overseas. The made in America was never as good as people claimed it to be. I'm referring to those Zenith televisions that would always break! Zenith doesn't even exist anymore. Now a more contemporary reminder are all those recalls in the US automobile manufacturers. As much as people say made in China is junk - my clothes made in China haven't exploded on me yet, neither has my Ipod or the computer parts I bought over the years that came from China. I haven't had a TV made overseas die on me yet, even though I witnessed multiple Zenith and other American brands die. Let's face it the stuff made in East Asia is better than the stuff that was ever made in America. Interestingly enough I was going through the history books and found out this has always been the case with American manufacturing. Americans back in the 1860s, 1890s and the 1900s were calling for tariffs and the main argument was that American products (due to being inferior) couldn't compete with oversea products hence we needed a tariff to save our industry. For all the argument of the WASP work ethic - it doesn't seem to have materialized much in US history outside of the armaments industry. Make in US used to be something to be proud of and people used to avoid "make in Japan". Guess time have changed. that was in back to the future, right? when the Doc said the DeLorean was crap because it was made in Japan and Marty told him that everything good is made in Japan or it was the other way around Compared to MOST other places, the US is still better in terms of quality of life and "freedom." However I do agree it is much harder to make a good living in the US than it used to be.
Regarding the government, I also agree it is mostly interested in preserving its own power. That's why I rarely vote for an incumbent and I think people need to wake up and vote for candidates who are not in the major parties. I wouldn't vote for a radical but just someone who thinks more outside the box. Our founding fathers also spoke of not letting 1 person stay in power too long.
Politicians and diapers must be changed often, and for the same reason.

hey I just bought an antminer s3 on gawminers Since they're so cheap, I'm afraid they're going to run out of stock and I'm looking to buy another one but since I had only 1.47 BTC , paid the first one 0.75 BTCNow I have 0.72 BTC and the other one costs 0.75 BTCI'm 0.03 BTC short for the other miner I can only start mining at 8th August since this is a preorder 2 of them will produce 0.0257 BTC daily according to http://www.bitcoinx.com/profit/So I would be able to pay the loan back in 2 days I don't want the loan right away since I'm going to try to acquire the funds any other way I'm just wondering how big would the interest be? Thanks

I'm also wondering, what's it in for them
Where do they earn money?
Well do you mean the pool's like nicehash, coinking etc or do you mean gawminers/zencloud? The pools charge fees. Gawminers gets your payment for the gear then after the free hosting they get a hosting fee. ZenCloud must have a contract with both the pool and with gawminers --- just a guess don't really know. I mean about ZenCloud yeah, I know about their fee but the fee is supposed to cover their electricity costs, and the gear isn't expensive it seems like they're doing charity I mean I don't mind
