65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.0 (Windows/Linux) on: September 22, 2016, 04:57:31 AM
Guys I am trying to set up the following rig:

Asrock H81 pro btc
16 gb ram DDR3
6 x XFX RX480 8gb
6 x PCI 1x 16
SSD external memory
Intel Pentium G3260
1200 w PSU
WIN 10 64 bit

I would like to install the latest version of Claymore's dual miner on it, the problem is that the PC can not even run the 6 GPU's all the same time apparently, without anything installed on it yet, but Windows (I am helping which is setting it up and we are about 2000 miles far from each other, so this doesn't help).

Windows starts normally if only 3 GPUs are connected, but a black screen will come off if we try to connect all the 6 GPU's.

Any idea?

Also which drivers would you recommend for the XFX RX480 8gb? Is the latest crimson driver ok?

Any help would be deeply appreciated, thank you!

And those funds pay at team of 13 people. With out any other source of funding like an ICO its absolutely foolish to try and fud them for it..... Traditional companies create stocks to sell for capital all the time.

If the situation was as you describe it, could be very good. The stocks here are not the mined coins, its the actual development, the outer investments(not traders at exchanges) and partnerships. Otherwise only the traders ,who invest in the EXP devs to produce any stocks which will bring profit to everyone, are feeding the team.

What are the real results until now and what did bring this to the community. Now again we are waiting for something and no one knows for what!  Huh

I'm EXP supporter, but this doesn't mean I'm not gonna ask. I want answers and results, that's all!

Everything is transparent. Always, the entire amount is spent on buying gold. No expenses. So if you do the math and see that there was  3,318.18 g newly purchased gold, you just multiply grams of gold with the price of 1gram gold bar - which is around 55-58usd/1g 999.9 . Do not forget to calculate that there was also a market buy for 27.156 BTC (around 16500usd). So the mint was higher than 200k usd.

      Correct! Awesome!!   Smiley Cool

Where is a wallet windows?

But it's only in chinese language

There is no use of this wallet right now, since the ANS are still not distributed among investors.

Hello

I built a rig with 6x XFX RX480 GTR
Has any one settings for 6x 27MH/s and low Power consumption? I get 6x 27MH/s but by 1100 Watt at the wall. Goal is around 900 Watt
Thank you very much.

try lowering your pow limit to -25%  drops mine from 110 gpuz to 82.  might get you where you want to be.

those of you discussing the 1x - 3x splitters they dont work. I couldnt get any card to post in them.  or recognize in win 10..   even my 7 slot msi will only do 6 gpu for some reason. when i put it in the 2nd pcie 1x next to the middle 16x slot it wont post.  may have to look into it again.  (slot pci_e4)

Eliovp. Thanks for the advice ill check into wolf0 miner.

BR

Yeap, mostly the problems comes from the in front of the keyboard. Keep research, the right settings are out there! Cool

Xaurum Gold Verification

We've set up a mailing list as verification of the Xaurum commonwealth gold reserves stored at Loomis, Turkey. Anyone that would like to participate and help us audit, can subscribe to get the updates of our gold reserves on email, by going to our Google Group. Note that there should be currently 33023.06776715328 (total gold) minus 7371 g (local storage), minus whatever the ammount Nadir has before 1 kg is reached and stored at Loomis currently (152 g).

Very good, thank you very much. Smiley

I don't know what most of you've done that have some issues, for a regular noob miner this should be easy cheazy.

         My simple steps:
  • Download the miner from the link in the op
  • EDIT: start.bat with the pools where mine and the relevant user/pass, adding timeout 30 in the very beginning, for LBRY: -dcoin lbc in the end of the .bat
  • Set the Afterburner again to the relevant settings depends on your cards model(ex.280x-1100/1500/85%fan)
  • START the .bat file

I run it on many rigs all 5x or 6x cards 7950/280x/480, all cards is heating around 60-65°C,

      great dev
      great work
      great miner

Nope. Sold out of EXP and moved into another coin.

An insider who has many years of crypto experience also whispered in my ear. I have no faith in EXP.

You might not have understood what it means then, but the upgrading smart contracts are a big deal for what is coming. (People that get it are pretty excited)

Do you understand the problem with your statement?

Your newsletter should be a marketing tool. It should be a place where you can explain stuff in an easy to understand manner.

Sure, but "Pathetic" is also a bit harsh, there is a lot of work going on and we are very proud of it. Smart contracts *are* complicated, but I thought Franko explained it as simply as he possibly could, and after that, multiple blogs were published going into even more detail with it.

We have been very transparent and have been sharing a vast amount of information while trying to keep it as simple as possible. Most of the criticism we receive is that we are not being technical enough with our explanations, so, regardless of the simplicity of complexity, people will FUD if they don't like the price. That is the truth.

Yes, there is always room for improvement, and if you read the earlier Newsletters I think we have been improving the format and quality all the time. Try reading up on it more and see if it makes sense, and if it doesn't feel free to ask questions and we can try to help you understand it more. Thanks for your input regardless. Smiley

It would be better that you call your project "Element" instead of Elementrem. And the coin would be "Element coin". Sounds great, right ?
Cause current name sounds not so good, I would even say ugly. And considering a fact that the name of the coin plays a big role in the project development, it's better to change it now on earlier stage. It's just my opinion.
I'm mining and supporting this coin.. And hope it will have some luck in near future.

Right. I regret that it is not doing so at present. I agree with you.
However, changing the name is consider symbolically important. Name is subject to change with significant updates.
POS or POW 2.0 is expected to be released in six months to a year.
Around that time, By registering as a Element holder voter, you can vote for the new name of elementrem and will vote by Mist Wallet.
Thank you, Sir.

For me Elementrem sounds great as all dev surprises until now, I guess is not the same for the people who tomorrow gonna want pink trucks on the logo and etc.
The real work behind the coin and the development of it makes the name to sounds "ugly" or "beautiful". I would vote for something more substantially.

    P.S.
One of the best thing in Elementrem is his name i.e. his uniqueness, just guess what could give better results in google "Element" or "Elementrem"?

any roadmap dev

There were three categories in the BlockChain.
1. Public-net / 2. Private-net / 3. Consortium-net
The hyperledger https://github.com/hyperledger  is typical of Consortium-net.
From Public-network to Consortium-network, a total of three technology categories of elementrem will be presented.
All of these are available to bridge between the (Public,Private,Consortium-net) blockchain & Elementrem smart contracts. like this : https://github.com/ethereum/btcrelay
yes, this is the ethereum function.
But Elementrem does already have many of the features (Blockchain, Mist wallet, Meteor-dapp, Solidity, Partially it features of C ++ client, Deploy Smart Contracts) of the Ethereum. Of course Elementrem is fully independent from Ethereum.
you can see it from Github source code & release https://github.com/elementrem In addition to this, I will add more features in the future. Relay function is very interesting aspects. It'll take time but you'll get over it.
It will take lots of time to solve this technology categories. This is only a part of the whole story.
I advocates taking a more long-term view. sir.

Thank you dev for the explanation again, obviously it looks  Elementrem slowly and nicely goes forward, so take your time to code and manage it best as you can.

A quick update:

We apologize for the low activity in the past days, most of our team is currenlty abroad on a buisness trip. Once we return, we'll set up a way for the users to verify our gold supply, that will be updated daily (Loomis storage verification). We're also relocating the RICO web to a better server, so expect some down-time or delays in transfers during this time. We'll post a larger update about our journey after we return.

Great, the cool things just come. Thank you dev. Smiley
