41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Official Tournamentcoin(Tourc) on: May 05, 2015, 01:46:19 PM
Get someone to proofread and translate the ANN into readable English that's formatted properly, people would take it more seriously if you did.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoChatter.Info Crypto Market Sentiment Determined by Data Mining on: May 05, 2015, 01:43:40 PM
Interesting site but cryptrader has a coin chatter section on their enlarged charts which does a similar thing barring the frequency counter but it'd be easy to exploit that counter by spamming a coin name right?
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] PlatinumCoin [100% PoW] on: May 05, 2015, 01:27:09 PM
What makes this coin any different than all the other SHA-256 coins? It just seems cookie cutter.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Luxurycoin LXY The first rare cryptocurrency used for large transactions !!!.... on: May 04, 2015, 10:45:41 PM
if you look at coinmarketcap.com and check Xaurum coin, it has 1000 coins and a price of 0.56 btc.
LXY total coins are 500 coins with only 387.5 ICO coins , that means 1 LXY will be worth more than 1 btc (current price 200 satoshi)

In the real world it doesn't work like that, see Paycoin for a real world example. Sure you can make a coin insanely over valued like that for a very short period of time but the market will always correct it, like how the Paycoin market cap went from around $200 million to $2 million in months and even at that it's still way over valued in my opinion.

What happened to the extravagant goat logo? ;(

I did not want people getting confused and think it's a relaunch.
Fair enough, good luck with less extravagant goat though Cheesy

community will join when they see the price go up X10-X100 , that's the human nature, but it's ok

Homero, is that you in there? Will there be a floor?
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Virocoin (VIRO) Crypto Currency on: May 04, 2015, 10:05:03 PM
People will have forgotten that this exists by launch, why do you need to announce it so far in advance?
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [16BIT COIN] [ALGO - NIST5 -] [16M COINS] [IN-WALLET GAMES] on: May 04, 2015, 10:03:47 PM
Nice graphics, NIST5 is also a good choice but the ICO kind of kills it
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ANONDOLLAR | Masternodes | ANON | SHA256 on: May 03, 2015, 03:22:22 PM
It's pushing it to call this an ANN. I assume as much effort will be put into the development of this coin as has gone into the ANN  Cheesy
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PreAnn] Goat [HerdNodes][IGoat][DPoS] on: May 03, 2015, 03:09:23 PM

Goat is ok I guess.... but what about Most Extravagant Goat?

This is the best, MEG shall live on!
52  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion. Paycoin XPY CoinStand Mineral. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 29, 2015, 10:50:30 AM
These guys just keep digging a deeper hole for themselves. It's like they think that if they can dig deep enough then they'll eventually come out the other side of the earth in some homero paradise. The reality is that they're just heading for a molten core...
53  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion. Paycoin XPY CoinStand Mineral. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 27, 2015, 04:31:54 PM
I kind of expected Cryptsy to have resolved the whole prime controller disaster by now but it seems they're in a masochistic mood currently and are screwing around with a poll that will obviously be tampered with instead, things are not looking good Cheesy
54  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptsy Prime Controller Destroy or Distribute on: April 27, 2015, 03:48:18 PM
I am taking a poll to decide the fate of the Cryptsy Prime Controller. Why a poll? Because though a few outspoken forum members wish us to destroy it we would like to be sure that the majority feel this should be the fate.

Some members felt that we should also de-list the coin due to Mr Garza's involvement. At this point it is my opinion that the only people affected by such a move would be the current stakeholders who would lose a large amount of value in their holdings. So at this time a de-listing is unlikely.

To reiterate the only dealings Cryptsy has had with Mr Garza was as a customer. There was no formal relationship. I can assure you all legal steps taken in regard to that situation have been taken. Most of you realize we cannot release more information than that for legal reasons.

We will leave the poll up for a week or two. Thanks for your participation.

Thanks for posting the Pool. You are correct, Delisting will only hurt only those who are already hurting and stilol have some hope on XPY getting somewhere. On top of that, those who want the coin delisted could care less for XPY holders. They have no stake in it. Its like voting for another countries government. They should have no say in what does not affect them.

They will say,its a scam, I hate GAW, Josh is the devil, etc etc. They need to understand that even if it was a coin originated via a scam. (I honestly think it was not a scam, I believe it was delivered by a dreamer without the means or the ability to execute.) It is already a crypto currency in the wild that although low still has a value.

My humble opinion. I will now logout of BCT, I do not enjoy bad language Smiley

I believe that delisting of a coin should be based on its demand as with any other coin. Not because of obvious hate campaigns.

While keeping it listed gives a false sense of legitimacy to it in my opinion and leaves the door open for more people to fall into the same trap that you're currently in. I understand however that the only way in which you and the other bag holders can 'recover' from your bad investment is by other people making terrible investments and suffering heavy losses by buying this coin. I personally don't think it is ethical to make even more people suffer and damage a scene just because you made some bad investment decisions but I guess that's more a case of morals. I mean if I make a bad trade I don't go crying to my forex/stock broker for special treatment, that's just not the way the real world works. My risk management strategies should have killed my involvement long before pain (as they did when I traded XPY) and if I didn't have any then I shouldn't be trading anyway. If Crypsty is willing to hold all your hands and throw their reputation away in the process then that's their choice but don't expect the rest of the scene to look kindly on it and not shun you for it.

People make bad trades and lose money, learn from it and move on like every other trader in the world has to. Let your profitable trades run and cut your losses early, don't cling onto a sinking ship hoping for a miracle because that's how you lose everything.
55  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptsy Prime Controller Destroy or Distribute on: April 27, 2015, 01:28:49 PM
Destroy the controller, delist XPY, sever all ties to GAW (make this clear publicly as it looks like cryptsy and GAW are in bed with each other at the moment even if that's not true) and apologize to the cryptocurrency community for giving legitimacy to this pile of shit. If you're lucky you may be able to save your position in the community but I'm certainly never going to trade on cryptsy ever again. I suggest doing this soon because the longer you let it drag on the more damage is being done to your image, it's not like there isn't other good exchanges who could fill your position in a heartbeat.

TL;DR Don't attach a toxic brand and coin to your business and alienate your customer base, it's not good for business.
56  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion. Paycoin XPY CoinStand Mineral. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 26, 2015, 12:28:12 AM
Wow Cryptsy fucked up big time by getting further involved with this shitcoin. Who would think getting involved with a toxic coin and toxic brand that is largely hated in the cryptocurrency space would be a good business decision for a business operating in that space? Cryptsy may as well say that they're planning on partnering with MtGox at this rate...
57  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion. Paycoin XPY CoinStand Mineral. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 24, 2015, 10:37:14 PM
So I wonder what new news stories are laying in the weeds waiting to see the light of day? It seems too quiet. Something is about to happen. I can feel it!

Agreed, it's been too long since they fucked something up, it's long over due!
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BITTREX VICTIMS APPEAL on: April 24, 2015, 08:28:54 PM
The FUD is strong in this one. You should pay closer attention to your investments, leaving all your coins in an exchange wallet for extended periods of time is bad practice anyway, plus trex give plenty of warning for delisting coins. If the coins were that important to you then you'd actually be following them closely instead of forgetting about them.
59  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 12, 2015, 09:50:26 AM
Nice to see that this shitstain on crypto is dying with a bang. GAW and Paycoin have been nothing but an embarrassment to cryptocurrency and have served only to drag us backwards. The sweetest part is that the team seems to be destroying it quickly, maybe they realize how much of a cancer Paycoin is and wish to treat it for us.
60  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 03, 2015, 11:33:37 AM
I see they are busy deleting 'difficult' questions about Mineral International Ltd not actually being a Hong Kong incorporated company over on hashtalk. All this talk about how, supposedly, the servers hosting mineral.com being in Hong Kong, they are granted various 'rights' to protect their customer's identity etc. they seem to miss the rather important fact that the UK, where Mineral International Ltd is actually registered, still has corporate AML, KYC and Due Dil requirements, irrespective of where your servers might be.

As for your question, cryptojumper, the simple answer is most likely, "Because they won't stop until they cannot continue any further in their fraud".

This is the GAW style of doing things though. Plow straight ahead without a clue what they're doing, make lots of promises and claims which always fail because the real world is different to a GAW fantasy world. Then come up with some bullshit excuses as to why everyone lost their money but how Homero will save them if they just invest another massive chunk of money. The cycle repeats until the victim is bankrupt.
