Click Settings and do you have an option which says "Change passphrase" which is active? if it does, you may have created a passpharse which you forgot about! On the other hand, if you have "Encrypt Wallet" there, try and create encryption and then check. If not raise the issue with OP!

Thank you for trying to help, but I am in this scene for over 5 years now, and I know when I encrypt a wallet or put a password on it. I also know that It has to be unlocked in order to mint, yet, it is locked now and there is no way to unlock it... I downloaded it from the website, maybe its an older version? I am really battled here.

Latium strives to make payments daily, however, some circumstances may cause a delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Your coins are eligible for stake (earning interest) if your wallet is open, unlocked and connected to the network. This process can be lengthy. The more coins you have, the better chance you have that your coins will earn interest. Although it is not going to happen in a prescribed time-frame, your coins are guaranteed to stake as long as your wallet is open and connected. The coins must also be in excess of your reserve balance if you have one set. This setting is not default.
