Personally I set about 10% stop loss.
It's depend on what type of trading do you looking for.
For example, I'm doing long term investment, i'm using MA 100 & 200 to analysis the chart in order to predict next move

Imagine if you have business and you can compare between fiat and crypto's fee

You need to understand the risk of trading type that you choose.
For example :
Stock trading's risk : High
Crypto trading's risk : Very high
Even if you have learn in stock trading analysis do not guarantee that it can work on crypto because it's totally different league !

Personally I never really care for short term trading because I'm holding for long term.
IMO , crypto trading is the best way if you can trade in longer term for example I'm using TA with MA 100 & MA 200 to decide when I can do execution and usually only happen every 6 month or 1 year !

Usually when the odds is absolute, I never watch it.
For example Chealsea have higher odds rather than Swansea city.

It's endless question because human is greedy creature and they want to maximize their profit as much as possible.
So as long as possible.
But is it possible ?
Personally I won't take any risk, as long as I have at least 100% profit, I just take it out !

For international exchange
I recommend:
Poloniex and bittrex, exist over 5 years and never occur any single problem.
For me , I still prefer local exchange because it's easier and just make sure that they have legit trust !
