321  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Extra Income / Sideline & Other Opportunities ...pa Share naman :) on: June 30, 2016, 08:27:48 AM
sa 8share mabilis lang kumita

Sabi hassle daw po diyan at ang tagal daw ma rereceive yung payout mo. Diba via PP OR BDO lang payment method?

your own car.. and you drive for them... ayun po yun.. parang grab taxi.. hawak mo pa oras mo dun...

Ahh. Ganun ba yun. Uber pala tawag diyan?

Yes Uber and there's another one Grab.

You can apply on those to be registered.

I think there are forums also on the internet that shares experience and application processes.

Make sure to do your research first and think about it very well before you actually go for it. Smiley
322  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Other sections for this forum? on: June 30, 2016, 08:11:38 AM
Grin

Hi and welcome!

That's a great idea coming from you!

You mean like some sort of a dictionary, right?

Hope more experienced people would see this and actually do it because I am not so good at explaining things. LOL

You can fill up the form online - just search for it, it's not very hard to find. Smiley

Claiming it is also fast, so no worries.
325  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Let's talk about Gambling on: June 29, 2016, 11:30:40 AM
Or napanalunan?

not chasing it anymore.. hahaha un lang malaki lng talaga ang talo

LOL you don't even have to think about chasing that amount - it's not only difficult, it's impossible!

It's good that you aren't attempting to.

That really hurts, but just like a breakup you have to move on and 'don't try to find it where you lost it' LOL.

Meaning, when you lost money from gambling you better stop and just find other ways to earn back that same amount, like investing.

true...just have fun...dont chase loses... tamang chill lang Smiley

Yes don't ever try to recover what you lost.

In the first place you should have decided in yourself that it is okay to lose whatever amount you will bet.

That means you should only gamble when you have the EXTRA money.
327  Local / Pamilihan / Re: BDO, BPI and Metrobank: Your thoughts? on: June 29, 2016, 11:09:45 AM

Ako merong account sa BDO, and planning to open another in BPI. Ano sa tingin nyo?

Yes it's good to choose BPI.

They are the best when it comes to customer service, including online transactions.

All other branches, especially BDO and Metrobank really fails when it comes to service.

You will regret BDO and Metrobank sooner or later.
I think I may have to agree with you for BDO really fails their service with me and including close my bank account without informing me first until I find out that I was not able to use the card anymore. Well its sad that I because I trusted BDO for a very long time including work abroad which is so bad. I dont like also the issue of bank tellers in BDO stealing money from their clients this was place in news like twice and its not really good for them. Now I am thinking of not opening a bank with BDO because of this and the service they provided.

I really can't encourage anyone to do business with BDO.

The only plus point I see from them is that they have more banks and ATM's in malls.

But their service is really bad and they've even got extra fees that would make you feel like you're being robbed, really.

When it comes to reputation in every aspect BPI is so far the best.

Kahit lagi nya yan ginagawa yung trabaho nya?

Ilang beses din nagpabalik balik sa banko yung complainant bago narelease yung pera nya.

Haven't heard of that story but it's not surprising.

And that's a very frustrating and lame excuse to tell the customer.

Well what can you expect it's owned by a greedy businessman.
328  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Gambling Lugi on: June 29, 2016, 10:49:53 AM

I agree gambling IS fun, but you have to master self-control to keep it fun.

What I do to avoid being addicted is think of all the loses I've had from previous gambles, and ask myself if I can really afford to lose even more.

Because the chances are like 90-10 you will lose, so yeah that trick is pretty effective.

Don't convince yourself you can get back all that you've lost.
I felt pretty normal because I went to a relatively small school so I knew every student and every teacher.

I also felt a little less in the mood to study because it's the last year!
The ones who have been around for 20 years, they are not scams. And there are new people who join and conduct business ethically, without being pushy, and become successful.

But the pareto principle applies here as well. Only the top 20% do 80% of the business and earn the money.

Ang pinaka gusto kong compensation plan are the stair step break away plans. The rest don't make sense to me, especially the binary ones or the left and right, A and B, or whatever they call it.

However, while I am still involved with one, I am not actively doing it now. I'm too busy studying something else. I made some money, I can probably make more, but for now I am doing something else.

Nice to know there are legitimate and good ones.

Sorry for generalizing, it's just that I haven't met anyone or even heard of anyone connected with a good networking company.

I once considered it as a sideline but I wasn't able to see a nice organization so I really thought all of them were just bogus.

332  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: summer na! san kayu magbabakasyon? on: June 28, 2016, 11:01:01 AM
We spent our summer in Hong Kong and it was a very memorable experience. We went to Disneyland and Ocean Park ; I was very amused when i saw a Panda at Ocean Park!!! It was one of my dreams! Smiley
Ang saya naman nyan. gusto ko rin makapag out of the country trip kasama pamilya. nasa magkano kaya ang package papunta hongkong kung mga 2 to 3 days stay lang. any idea?

Look out for airline promos, they frequently sell seats at great discounts.

I took a vacation there two years ago for six days and my overall expenses reached around 30k.

That includes a one day visit to Macau already. Smiley

So a HongKong trip is really affordable just be patient looking for discounts and promos.

It's not a trip for the rich because I'm not rich haha - it took months of saving up and careful planning for a "one time big time" trip.

As much as possible we used promos for the expenses, to maximise our budget and the experience!

Yes 30k was for each person BUT considering it was a 6-day trip with lots of spending for food transpo pasalubong etc, it's a good deal.

But again if you're looking at a 2-3 day vacation only you can definitely afford it for the whole family for sure.

Bottom line is it's all about sourcing for really good deals, traveling today is not as impossible as it was back then anymore really.

Now I'm not very knowledgeable with promo timings, but just visit their sites every now and then you'll see they give promos quite often.
333  Local / Pilipinas / Re: real talk! mining! on: June 28, 2016, 10:40:53 AM
guys real talk tayo,... may kikitain ka ba tlaga sa manual mining? i mean pag bumili ka ng ant or asic's miner, electricity + maintainance? kung gagastusan mo sabhn mo mga 200k pesos makaka compete ka na ba sa farming? if oo mga ilang days para mabawi ung 200k na gastos?

if ever nmn saan nmn makakabili ng miners? ung legit and trusted,...

 Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

Magkano magiging per day mo sa 200k start up mining mo?

I think YouTube has some Bitcoin mining documentaries or interviews where you can learn about operations from really dedicated miners.

Good for you, you have solar power then maybe you have a good chance with mining.

Let us know what happens if you do decide to try it!
334  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Anong Trabaho mo ngayon? Related ba sa course niyo? on: June 28, 2016, 10:37:30 AM
im a registered nurse...3yrs din ako ngwork sa hospital... tapos ngayon under PNP-NUP na ako..too far sa profession ko pero okay na yung may financial stability at permanent job:)

It's hard to get a decent living being a nurse here in the Philippines, right?

I have quite a few relatives who are registered nurses too, but working a different job.

But they're happy too just like you. Smiley What do you do in PNP-NUP BTW?

PNP-NUP ,, non-uniformed personnel under PHIL.NAT.POLICE 😃

Have you thought about working abroad kasi kung tutuusin mas maganda ang oppotunity sa labas compared dito you will underpaid and stress about expenses. If ever you will ask my sister din ako nurse nandito sya ng work kaya lang clinic unlike you work in a hospital mas ok yun. I actually push so hard for her na mag abroad kaya lang kasi due to work sa ganun nature nagkaroon sya ng sakit which makes her not confident na makakapasa sya sa medical sa lungs eh and I feel so sorry for her pero sana gumaling na sya agad kasi mas ok work abroad compare dito I've been there 3 years pero I still want to proceed and go for that goal then settled.

as much as gusto ko sana bumalik ulit mgwork sa hospital eh hindi na muna ngyon,,a year ago i was diagnosed having gallbladder stones,,which ofcourse dhil nrin sa lifestyle and laging nalilipasan ng gutom ,,di kumakain on time...so now medyo pahinga muna sa stress and sleepless nights 😃
Ah ok lang naman pala kasi you are thinking of that akala ko kasi ayaw mo talaga kaya nalulungkot ako sa part mo.

Ah I see you still want to go back to nursing, but you're definitely not fit to hehe.

My mom is a registered nurse, too, and I've heard how toxic it can be being a nurse.

So if you decide to finally go back, you should definitely try applying abroad where the work load is more just and financially rewarding.

You can't risk your health being a nurse here LOL
335  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Buhay sa ibang bansa on: June 28, 2016, 10:17:45 AM
I think it all depends on your situation if it's a good or bad idea.

It depends on your needs, but one thing is for sure - earning money abroad is just as the same in the Philippines.

It's not easier - you have to hustle and struggle to really get the relief in life that you want.

Whether you think being away from your family would be worth it or not is just another factor you have to think about.

Nope, Its not the same as the Philippines..

Ate ako nagtrabaho bilang Head Nurse dito sa Pinas at kinikita niya lang per month is around 7K+ napaka daming responsibilities pero noong nag abroad siya at nasa UK minimum sa sahod niya is 100k/month maganda pa is naka assign sila sa iisang department hdi sila all around.

Well yes, I agree that a nursing career in the Philippines is hopeless.

My mom is a registered nurse, too, who used to work abroad and she's told stories about the difference in patient to nurse ratio in the Philippines and other countries.

Nursing sure is more just and rewarding outside the Philippines, though from what I know a UK nurse's salary (or any other job in the UK) is like that because the cost of living in that place is unbelievably high as well.

It may be a bit more financially rewarding but as I was trying to say working abroad - in general - comes with a lot of risks and sacrifices that you have to think about.

336  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Hiker/Mountaineer using bitcoin on: June 28, 2016, 09:55:38 AM
Ayon meron pala.

Thanks for letting us know of your FB page!

Will definitely look into it since it's easier to arrange and join hiking activities on FB versus here on bitcointalk LOL.

Agree - mining isn't for everyone anymore.

Try searching on YouTube about how people are mining right now - it takes a LOT to profit from it!
338  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Shop Online (Bitcoin as Nature of Payment) on: June 28, 2016, 09:40:34 AM

https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.cashcashpinoy.com

https://web.facebook.com/CashCashPinoy-Reviews-129636720482270/

Yes you have to be confident with the site your buying items from.

I've had two experiences with Lazada, for example, and both products that they delivered were broken and low quality.

I tried to ask for a replacement but none of the two items I ordered got a replacement.

I don't know if Lazada accepts Bitcoins, but my point is you should be more vigilant especially if you're buying with Bitcoins.

It's more painful to lose Bitcoins.

I really admire young people like you who get themselves busy by trying to make their lives better.

It's very rare and you should influence all your friends to do what you do.

It's a good and simple way to make a positive impact in this country.

Cheers to you!

Yup, Habang ako puro wasay ang grades at happy go lucky noong Estudyante pa ako haha

LOL I have to admit I've been that kind of student, too, which is why I admire PHS for being wise.

I used to just go out with friends after school, spend money, and only care about my grades only during finals.

Now regrets are creeping in. Haha
