I disagree. Once a long time ago I after watching train and heyitsjoe place limits on their accounts by asking their hosts, I thought I might do the same. I was never allowed because I was told this wasnt possible. So either the top paid partners of stake are full of crap or someone is lying to me.

There's more unethical crap going on also, they are limiting almost everyone who is on .us and due to "security" updates. It has nothing to do with financial crimes prevention as the TOS says. They even confiscated and prevented me from claiming other bonuses that I was entitled to from my month of losses. I absolutely refuse to reverify any more of my accounts after being so undervalued and mistreated.

I even had to point out that TVCodeCompiler, whom stole $360,000 from me, was banned on an account named CodeCompilerAZ on live stream isnt banned. Even when I reported the fraud nothing was done even though there are very strict AML laws in place, they flatly ignore their own policies so long as Eddie is making a few bucks. This is after more than 2 years of partnerships. Then my partner manager tells me to be civil as if being civil will hurt my ass any less from the massive shaft I've been getting. Then stake gives a fill deal to SchneckyIRL who is part of the scam against me.

When I sent eddie a message about it-he tells me to talk with support about these issues. Why don't I talk with the international banking authorities instead - its your company Ed, you know better and I have given you many opportunities to make it right. Do you really think I havent tried contacting support? JFC.

That is not true, it does say YOU must post YOUR bet not that the bet made has to be made by you. However, why do they go around banning players for stuff to begin with and allow others to do whatever they wish. I literally didnt even break the rule they banned me for, if i did so did alphastorm and that guy isnt banned. Doxxing is fairly serious, far more than me asking staff to message me privately.

Well, here we are with the great scam known as Stake VIP Promotion. Because Im banned for something I didnt do, I had my friend post my bets into the promotion, which eligibility requirements are 1. Be a bronze VIP or higher 2. Hit a minimum of 100x on any 3rd party slot 3. Post your bet ID within 48 hours of the bet. The Promotions dont say that you cannot have someone else post the bet for you, nor does it say that only 1 player may enter per post.

This is the email from support to my friend, again making up a reason to not pay out the clearly advertised promotion. Regardless if you are able to post on the forum or not, should be a way for users to enter their qualifying bets into advertised promotions. What kind of scam is this? That is not in the eligibility requirements. The users are eligible for the promotion if they are a VIP and their bet IDs are submitted.

I'm a gamer/streamer and been building a pretty fucking wicked setup for a while now I think im over 8,000 USD into my setup. I had added some things and uploaded the picture to discord (because this removes EXIF and other data from the photo) then shared the link to the photo ONLY in stake chat. Didn't think anything was wrong with this because I wasn't inviting anyone to a channel or anything, just a picture when you open the link that's all it shows is the pic.

A few minutes later I got a notification that I had been muted, and there was no mention of me anywhere in the chat from any staff or mod not to do what I had done.

Ive been thru this whole situation before by AlphaStorm for self promotion which at the time I wasn't aware of and I actually did that time break the rules, but if you notice when you register the Terms of Service (ToS) don't say a friggin word about these rules and I had pointed that out that the notice was insufficient, but they don't give a shit so I served my 30 day ban, whatever.

I opened support chat and Andrija started this routine again "sorry go post appeal, don't care, blah blah blah" basically a nice way of saying "fuck you" to me. So yep, I called him some pretty mean things, because I was pissed that this guy I'd never seen before decided to mute me and not say "hey don't do that" then give me some bullshit run around.

So I posted on the forum appeal and told them, hey your rules don't say anything about photos only invitations to communicate and suspicious links.


Immediately I could see that they had the biggest hard on ever for me based on my interaction in support chat and the following misleading accusations of posting promotion and personal information - which I never did, HOWEVER, AlphaStorm sure as hell did post every one of my social links in a photo.


So I showed him an example of someone actually self promoting and breaking the rules, and to this day this person and MANY others are still not in any sticky situation. Eddie refuses to intervene and I think its a really shitty way for the staff to treat a player who only wants what's best for everyone and would never actually break the rules with knowledge or malice. But, I am a person like all other players, and one of my many flaws is I have a low tolerance for bullshit and toxicity and this certainly hit the spot.


After being lied to about "security" in my EXIF data from my image (which I specifically chose to upload on discord for this reason), I waited a few days. I finally gave up went and asked in the same thread for Andrija to add my on Telegram and left my username, so I could have a personal conversation with him, apologize and hopefully make amends. Within minutes of my post, I was PERMANENTLY BANNED for "sharing personal information" in a staff only thread, that had already posted all of my info anyways.

So, I've been unmuted in the casino chat thankfully, however the staff refuses to unlock my forum privileges which for me is a dogshit excuse for banning me to begin with, but also because of the VIP promotions I cant even enter in now because it requires you to post in the various promotional threads.
