Banned on Stake after being doxxed for doxxing - Be nice To support staff

So I've waited a few weeks to let the situation cool down some but looks like Stake isnt going to budge on this so here it goes. Just so you know I'm not a complete idiot and was sly enough to record this thread before I was banned and who said what:

I'm a gamer/streamer and been building a pretty fucking wicked setup for a while now I think im over 8,000 USD into my setup. I had added some things and uploaded the picture to discord (because this removes EXIF and other data from the photo) then shared the link to the photo ONLY in stake chat. Didn't think anything was wrong with this because I wasn't inviting anyone to a channel or anything, just a picture when you open the link that's all it shows is the pic.

A few minutes later I got a notification that I had been muted, and there was no mention of me anywhere in the chat from any staff or mod not to do what I had done.

Ive been thru this whole situation before by AlphaStorm for self promotion which at the time I wasn't aware of and I actually did that time break the rules, but if you notice when you register the Terms of Service (ToS) don't say a friggin word about these rules and I had pointed that out that the notice was insufficient, but they don't give a shit so I served my 30 day ban, whatever.

I opened support chat and Andrija started this routine again "sorry go post appeal, don't care, blah blah blah" basically a nice way of saying "fuck you" to me. So yep, I called him some pretty mean things, because I was pissed that this guy I'd never seen before decided to mute me and not say "hey don't do that" then give me some bullshit run around.

So I posted on the forum appeal and told them, hey your rules don't say anything about photos only invitations to communicate and suspicious links.

Immediately I could see that they had the biggest hard on ever for me based on my interaction in support chat and the following misleading accusations of posting promotion and personal information - which I never did, HOWEVER, AlphaStorm sure as hell did post every one of my social links in a photo.

So I showed him an example of someone actually self promoting and breaking the rules, and to this day this person and MANY others are still not in any sticky situation. Eddie refuses to intervene and I think its a really shitty way for the staff to treat a player who only wants what's best for everyone and would never actually break the rules with knowledge or malice. But, I am a person like all other players, and one of my many flaws is I have a low tolerance for bullshit and toxicity and this certainly hit the spot.

After being lied to about "security" in my EXIF data from my image (which I specifically chose to upload on discord for this reason), I waited a few days. I finally gave up went and asked in the same thread for Andrija to add my on Telegram and left my username, so I could have a personal conversation with him, apologize and hopefully make amends. Within minutes of my post, I was PERMANENTLY BANNED for "sharing personal information" in a staff only thread, that had already posted all of my info anyways.

So, I've been unmuted in the casino chat thankfully, however the staff refuses to unlock my forum privileges which for me is a dogshit excuse for banning me to begin with, but also because of the VIP promotions I cant even enter in now because it requires you to post in the various promotional threads.

Well, here we are with the great scam known as Stake VIP Promotion. Because Im banned for something I didnt do, I had my friend post my bets into the promotion, which eligibility requirements are 1. Be a bronze VIP or higher 2. Hit a minimum of 100x on any 3rd party slot 3. Post your bet ID within 48 hours of the bet. The Promotions dont say that you cannot have someone else post the bet for you, nor does it say that only 1 player may enter per post.

This is the email from support to my friend, again making up a reason to not pay out the clearly advertised promotion. Regardless if you are able to post on the forum or not, should be a way for users to enter their qualifying bets into advertised promotions. What kind of scam is this? The requirements you posted literally say you have to post your (own) bet. I've never seen any promotion in which you can post someone else's bets.

That is not true, it does say YOU must post YOUR bet not that the bet made has to be made by you. However, why do they go around banning players for stuff to begin with and allow others to do whatever they wish. I literally didnt even break the rule they banned me for, if i did so did alphastorm and that guy isnt banned. Doxxing is fairly serious, far more than me asking staff to message me privately.

There's nothing confusing about this, so I'm not sure why you think it means something else.
Google shows this from Oxford Languages:

If you think "your bet" can also be "someone else's bet", you're not going to find much support for that.

As for your ban: you may get an answer if you post in Stake.com's official thread.
