What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
People like me more tend to hold because we believed that even the price of bitcoin is not stable and its fall right now time will come that it will be pump. Holding bitcoin for a long time was always worth it. It was proven already thats why we are still holding for it. I can say that even though the price of bitcoin is unstable, sometimes it really gets low and sometimes it gets really high. People are willing to hold their coins because they are waiting for bitcoin price to pump. Everyone believes that time will come the price will rise up and the bitcoin users will benefit from it. I do not think long term holders hold based on a belief I think they are convinced that bitcoin is going to keep going higher, in fact even if the demand remained static, the inflation of fiat will push the price higher by itself, when you factor the growing demand then it is not really surprising to see the big prices that we see today. of course, they hold based on belief in bitcoin, if are not believe they will not hold bitcoin. bitcoin demand will continue to increase from year to year because the number of users continues to increase so that the price will continue to increase in the future. like that bitcoin, it will take the confidence to use it if it does not believe in bitcoin only fears are felt and then will not get anything from bitcoin ,, and for bitcoin every year the demand will always increase then the price will continue to rise Yeah that's is the main reason from many reason, why people are holding bitcoin because we must believe first before made an investment on something if we're not believe on that's investment, im sure we will do something bad like will sell the investment on the cheap price and also i think all investor should be know about it. |

Well, i think every person have their own choose. it's true both investment are profitable investment but there is some people who not believe with bitcoin and there is some people who not believe with gold too or other reason for who has know bitcoin will choose invest their money in bitcoin because by invest in bitcoin, they can get a lot of profit. |

I feel very exited and happy when i win at gambling. I mostly gamble for fun. Of course i want to win money, but fun comes first because it's one of my favorite activities.

That's true. Casinos and gambling sites have tricks of their own which they apply on their customers to keep their interest in gambling. In order to hunt something down, you need to bait something attractive. It's a common sense thing. We must have control on ourselves while we gamble. Well this happened with a friend of mine twice, he is just a one lucky fellow. He is one of those yolo gamblers. He mostly gambles on sports, anyway first time it happened was in South Africa vs Pakistan series where Pakistan was out of the match and they won in the last 2 overs, one by Junaid khan and another with saeed ajmal. His bet was around 2000 dollars on that match and Pakistan won that series. Same kind of stuff happened in the srilanka vs Pakistan t20 match, Pakistan won when they were i think 40/5.
He has won too many bets in these situations, my question is have anyone else experienced this kind of luck while they were gambling?

It depends on where the casino operates if they operate in a country that allows gambling there will be rules for it. i mean they have to give their earnings report so they will be taxed from gov but for crypto currency gambling, honestly i still do not know if there is a rule to pay taxes or not. maybe is not because most of the countries that has been legalized bitcoin, not allow if bitcoin used for gambling or criminal act. |

No, isn't because china banned the ICO. the price fall because some people has sell their coin for take a profit, no more reason for it. Maybe you always see bitcoin price on china market always below from other market but it can not be used as a reference to make a prediction. |

I don't like to gamble on casino games as it is dependent only on luck so I prefer to go for sports gambling where you always have an chance of making some money if you have a good knowledge of the game and the players so I generally prefer to gamble on cricket, soccer and tennis.

Not sure about the "illegal trading" part, but money laundering obviously is a crime and must be processed or government think since they have $9 million worth of the crypto-currency, some of the coins must came from criminal/illegal activity or has tainted and in blacklist.

There were barter system in the past wherein people used to exchange one commodity for another one. Why would any casino offer a 50/50 game without taking a piece of the pie?
Even when players are playing against eachother, the casino wants to make some money for hosting the game right?
Well, someone has to win, if you toss coin against another player both of you have 50% chance to win. Casino will take rake(1% or so) but whatever rake casino takes you will always have 50% chance to win. OP PvP coin toss isn't popular, I don't think you will find such site with lots of players on. Actually the gambler like to play pvp game but the problem is only a little site provide this service may be the reason for the casino doesn't want to provide this service is because they only get a little profit. like you said they only take a rake 1% for every game/bet, that's not enough for pay their maintance cost or other cost. |
