Can you post the TX or your BTC address? You can't boost the speed. But not getting a confirmation even it was broadcasted for 1 month which is very weird. Usually, transactions like this stop being bradcasted. Can you tell me the wallet you are using?

If your transactions need to be send quickly you should add some optional fees on them, which can be set in the options of bitcoin-qt (if that is your wallet). |

Why not, windows isn't really safe considering its bugs but is a really user friendly OS, I like it.
True, windows have so many bugs and it's less secure. Microsoft does fix the bugs, they just call it a new version and make people pay for the 'upgrade'. They make sure they have plenty of new bugs so they can repeat the process in a few months |

I am using linux because I think it's much better and safer compared to windows. The problem with windows is this: it constantly runs a ton of tasks and old problems with DNS thread and such were never fixed, they never fix any bugs! and current version of windows 7/8 runs 4x to 5x as many tasks as an XP... it's a useless shit.

IMHO, this is a very good opportunity to get in BTC, anything at these prices are a buy. Those who sell at this price will be broke later. Who cares whether you bought at $350 or $360 when it goes to $5000 ? BTC does not even have to replace currency or payment processors to break over 1k per coin.
