No i havent recieved my withdrawal or had any contact from BitLucy/Royse outside of what is public in this thread. The site came back online today after being offline for the last few days. When i logged in my withdrawal had been cancelled and put back in the account (yet again) so i have attempted to withdraw it again. Considering i submitted my previous withdrawal request within minutes of the site coming back online, and it sat pending until they cancelled it... i think its safe to say they haven't processed a withdrawal request for weeks (if ever?).

Update: No withdrawals were sent at 6pm GMT, lets hope they start to process some tomorrow. I re-submitted the one they cancelled at roughtly 4PM and still havent recieved anything. Its now over a week waiting. The site seems to have hardly changed and interestingly the excuse support were giving me all last week was that they were busy upgrading to add instant withdrawals 'within the next 24 hours'... 6 days later they clearly havent done that at all.

This one should be ignored imho. I would happily post screenshots of my conversations with multiple support agents, including their management, and my entire account history. However, yet again, the website is totally offline. Rather than dismissing the issues myself and other players are reporting - i think its important that players thinking of depositing know what is really going on here. It is not a casino in any position to pay players their winnings at the moment. I asked your live support where my withdrawal was on Saturday. They said wait 24 hours. It was at this point i told your support that I'd be posting my experience on here. At which point 'BitLucy' took over the conversation and assured me that my withdrawal would absolutely be processed the same day and they would email me as soon as it was complete. I check on Sunday and of course no money has been sent and the whole site has been taken down again. And you're saying its me/other players that are the fraud? I cant speak on behalf of the other complainers. But as was pointed out above, its ridiculous to dismiss their allegations on the basis that they had an issue with other casinos as well. Plenty of these issues where solved in the players favor, or involved scam casinos. I have no issues with anywhere else stake, fortunejack, bustabit are all exemplary casinos which i use all the time. There is no excuse for the continued lies your support team are giving about payouts, which simply aren't being processed.

Another update. Support promised me same day withdrawals for the last 2 days now and have sent nothing. I even spoke to the owner yesterday who gave more false promises. I think its quite clear they are trying to buy time to continue their scam and have no intention of paying. BitLucy.com is 100% a scam casino. They do not pay players.

I'm not sure if this place is a scam guys. I made a withdrawal 24 hours ago but still have not received it. I talked to live support and they are saying they are updating their payment system. But it seems like they have been saying this for weeks without paying players.
