Bitcoin Trader is a different case it's nowhere near the success of Cryptory. Many people here are so jealous of Cryptory including other scam hyip's admins. It's nothing surprising to see people attack them.

Yes, they were all different cases. I was listing some of the pretend ways that hyips say they make money.

What they have in common is that they are all lies.

Can you find any evidence that any of the people bringing the Cryptory scam to light are admins of other scams? I think you'll find we're mostly well known and respected members of this forum. We attack scams here because the scams attack Bitcoin, this forum, and its newbie users who might be dumb enough to lose their coins to them.

Earlier you mentioned that you had proof that Cryptory wasn't a scam.

Are you ready to share that proof?

I am not saying you are doing this on purpose. You are just suspecting it's okay. You are a highly trusted member here. There are some neutral members here who attack me out of blue.I was referring to them being jealous of Cryptory.
5  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: • CRYPTORY • — MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL WITH CRYPTORY! on: July 03, 2014, 10:12:28 PM
By condoning the existence of this sort of trust abuse and dressing it up as some sort of libertarian progress, Bitcoin's acceptance by the wider community will be made more difficult, seen as just another way to rip people off.
But hey, just so long as you're getting your 10% a month, or your referral bounty, or your $1 a post, who gives a fuck, amirite?

Yes, you are spot on.

This kind of thing is bad for Bitcoin, because when it inevitably turns out to be just another scam, it won't hurt the idiots selling their souls for $1 per post here, and it won't hurt the people running the scam.

It will hurt the people stupid enough to believe that this could be real (but you could argue they deserve it), but mostly it will hurt Bitcoin's image.

When MtGox went bankrupt due to massive mismanagement or other dodginess it hurt Bitcoin's image. The media portrayed it as Bitcoin going bust, and the uninformed masses ate it up.

This will be the same if it gets big enough, so let's continue calling it out, and marking the shills as untrustworthy whenever they make new accounts. Anything that helps end this scam before it does any more harm is a good thing.

Agreed.

If we stop posting, then it'll just be a constant back and forth between the shills about how great this scam is. At least now a large part of every page is filled with posts that draw attention to the fact that Cryptory is a Ponzi scheme and that should hopefully be sufficient to discourage potential unsuspecting victims from sending money their way.

Obviously we're not going to convince the shills, because they have no opinion for us to change, they just post what they're paid to post.

(edit: In other news: Bitcoin-Trader is neatly hiding away in the Service Discussion forum, but is just as much a Ponzi: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=527395.0)

Bitcoin Trader is a different case it's nowhere near the success of Cryptory. Many people here are so jealous of Cryptory including other scam hyip's admins. It's nothing surprising to see people attack them.

Woow, seems everyone is busy arguing.Just for my 2 cents, skeptics always suffer in the long run. Here we know who are skeptics of Cryptory. Wink

You seem to be new here.Fan of Cryptory?

Lover of Cryptory. It was my most successful project.

Um making some profits too,I doubted first myself but after seeing in and outs I knew I was wrong.Cryptory rocks.

Isn't it strange that the official registration of the Cryptory is at an address where they are not located. Surely a "professional high-tech business" such as this could've taken 5 minutes to update their address with the Irish authorities.

No, not really, there are two companies involved here.
The original company is Dublin Cryptorium Ltd. which is registered at the Rainsford street address, and there is also Cryptory Investment Partners Limited, which manages the Cryptory.com business from the Clonshaugh Business Park.
This is presumably where their hardware and main admin are, as in this pic of the "Office and Data Center" from their site

Which looks very impressive. I haven't been able to reconcile this with an arial picture of the Business Park however.
It does also seem a little strange that this is the only exterior shot of their 'data center' and that there is no identifying "Cryptory" sign anywhere.
Maybe they like to keep a low profile, with all those expensive miners humming away.

You wouldn't want to point people where you have BTC,would you.Cryptory is just being cautious with their facility.

Their own facebook page has reports from customers being unable to withdraw for 3.5 days now:

I am withdrawing fine without trouble:

I told that guy at facebook to open a support ticket about it.

OK, but try to withdraw 0.5 BTC

Show us that Cryptory don't let us down hamza171.Make a withdrawal and post the shot here.
10  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: • CRYPTORY • — MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL WITH CRYPTORY! on: July 02, 2014, 10:17:50 PM
They have been paying for almost 1 year and you think they will stop now after expanding so much?
If they are getting more in then they are paying out, why would they stop?

Cryptory is paying not ticking like a bomb.Because it is not a bomb.It is a hyip.
Ok, it is a hyip, which by definition is not sustainable. They need new investors to pay out old ones, at some point they will not be able to find enough new investors.

Cryptory can sustain their business better than ever with all the users and their deposits.
How can they sustain their "business" if they are a hyip? What happens if they stop getting new investors?

They don't just sit down with the money they get from investors. The money is reinvested to make more and they are paid to investors containing profits.Even Cryptory itself makes profit even after paying users.,it's a business they can't run themselves without profit.

I have invested the minimal 0.1 BTC 4 months ago, so nothing important. I don't plan to invest more, but I like the way they treat investors (weekly reports, regular news...)

Why exactly is Cryptory a scam or a ponzi ? I didn't read facts, just arguable doubts because of "high" returns.

Did somebody notice any blatant lie ? False address, false building or team photos ? Impossible mining rates ?

Thanks

You might be getting the exact return promised for your 0.1 BTC investment.

A ponzi is a fabricated plan to run away with investors money. Some people her thinks Cryptory is one.But I am trying to prove they are not.

As you may have hamza171 here has quite some BTC invested and he is getting exact returns. So Cryptory isn't a scam and they are not running away.

If you're trying to prove that they're not a ponzi, then you're doing a terrible job at it. Your only argument seems to be "they're paying", but here's a little secret:

Every ponzi scheme pays out perfectly ...

... until they don't. Go read the BTC-Arbs thread, people getting perfect payouts from an obvious Ponzi scheme until the site "got hacked". Apparently someone managed to find out the real-life contact info of the operator of that particular Ponzi, so the guy caved and is slowly (very slowly) paying some of the money owed back.

The only way you can prove that Cryptory is legitimate is to show that their mining operations are real. Mining at a public pool or signing a message from a Bitcoin address that receives regular mining payouts (or more elaborate methods of having a third party visit the facility).

Well for you concern, very few hyips run for almost a year perfectly and paying instantly at demand.Who is it again,Cryptory.

Now I can't open that link for some reason but I know it's easy to fall into a scam. I've done it myself a few times and it's not funny.

It seems like blockchain.info is having some "technical problems" at the moment. I expect they have a bunch of guys in masks from 2010 peering into microscopes right now trying to fix it.

Here's how the link should look:

Did Cryptory claim they were fixing their issue with microscopes. It was a news in their blog, they didn't address anything with current issues in that news.

Man now you are crazy about Cryptory.

Where did you see that?I just withdrew today and it seems to be working fine.Cryptory won't let us down.
15  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: • CRYPTORY • — MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL WITH CRYPTORY! on: July 02, 2014, 04:34:30 PM
This is the best hyip ive ever seen its on like for half year now isnt it? and still paying

It's been more than half a year close to one year.Still paying. This is Cryptory that's why we have seen it happen.
16  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: • CRYPTORY • — MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL WITH CRYPTORY! on: July 01, 2014, 09:23:02 PM
Cryptory is still the top rated hyip in all monitoring sites.

Let me guess, they're still paying too?

Your arguments are getting tired.

I am sure you know that  a hyip gets blacklisted when it stops paying.

If it keeps paying on time and with accurate returns it is listed among the top.Cryptory is among the top for some time.

Are you having fun from the argument?

I was sent a copy of a Skype conversation between a forum member and someone calling themselves "Bitcoin Referrals" who was offering $1 per forum post to shill for Cryptory.

So if you're wondering why there are so many positive posts over and over again from just a couple of accounts, I guess this is why: they're getting paid $1 per post to try to trick you into losing your life savings to this scam:

$1 a post, $8 a day, no wonder there are people defending the scam that hard...  Wink

$8 is actually quite a lot in Marocco. Ask hamza171.

But he already got a way to "make more enough"  Cheesy

Put your money in Cryptory and see for yourself, than you will understand. You are just making assumptions here.
19  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: • CRYPTORY • — MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL WITH CRYPTORY! on: July 01, 2014, 02:40:11 PM
Okay, now will open

Cryptominig, we have discovered a super algorithm that generates 100 BTC per hour

You guys don't even believe Cryptorys plans of long term small returns.Which are in fact real.Let alone you will believe in a gambling of 100BTC.

Even Cryptory is still on paying the users today in the technical difficulties which started from yesterday.

[2014-06-04 00:30:05] John Doe: "Never mind! The live support helped me quickly. Bitcoin deposits are instantly. 0.1BTC deposit already and it should give me 7%/month, that's pretty sweet. PBmining and cox.io's days is over. Cryptory is best right now.  Grin Grin Grin"
[2014-06-04 00:32:13] Bitcoin Referrals: quote?

[2014-06-04 00:33:54] Bitcoin Referrals: [den 4 juni 2014 00:29] John Doe:

<<< 7%/month?
[2014-06-04 00:34:16] Bitcoin Referrals: rate increases exponentially
[2014-06-04 00:34:52] Bitcoin Referrals: In the first month total profit will grow 7-10% on the deposit. With the passage of time monthly profit will increase up to 15%.
[2014-06-04 00:35:17] John Doe: right now the calculator says 7% for 0.1BTC
[2014-06-04 00:35:28] John Doe: you can just have someone else correct me

[2014-06-04 00:41:30] John Doe: Never mind! The live support helped me quickly. Bitcoin deposits are instantly. 0.1BTC deposit already and it should give me 7%/month, that's pretty sweet. And apperantly it's exponentially so will increase. PBmining and cox.io's days is over. Cryptory is best right now.  Grin Grin Grin

The name of the op here is Bitcoinplus not Bitcoin Referrals. Why should we believe they are same.

If you think this from an outside perspective, suppose you are running a scam, would you leave a big conversation like that with a stranger about your plan.Of course not.

No one here is making a conspiracy to promote Cryptory.Cryptory itself is the real deal, which is being promoted.
