Web 3.0 until now still i don't know what is that.
The main point in Web 3.0 is decentralization. So if casino doing KYC, that is like wrong idea. Casino will know our identity.
But on other perspective, i think really hard to make casino without doing KYC.
People will be easy come to gamble and go out... casino don't have any database customer to make them come again.

If Bitcoin wasn't created.
I think no any different.
Bitcoin is created to give us opportunity to have decentralized finance. Where if Bitcoin not created, Banker always become number one.
Where Bank only giving us very small percentage for Certificate Deposit and high fees for transfer from country to country. Because no any competitor..
Also stock market will be leading market for speculation.
But now people has option to choose stock market or crypto market.
Many people come to crypto market because the believe on innovation about technology.
There is different with stock market where people believe on company.

For example if we doing futures, the date set expired is 1 month, is it can't closed until expired?
I have not tried future contract before, I have have only preferred to go for perpetual contract that do not have the expiration date which is the difference. But in accordance to what I have read about future contract, you can close the position opened at anytime before the expiration date, if not closed by you, it would close by itself after the expiration date. If we get liquidated, is it true all our money gone, nothing left?
Yes, all the money would be gone (lost). That is the meaning of asset (or trading fund) liquidation. All are risky
Yes, it's a derivative instrument because it's price "derived" from the spot price of the underlying asset
Ok. Thanks for the information. That is seem very risky. Very different if we compare with spot trading, we only get unrealized loss if don't sell the coin and the coin still there. |

After Ethereum move from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake... I am not interested again for Ethereum.
Some my investment is on PoW algorithm coin.
Yes PoS is making the energy used more less. But there is the risk we get.
From decentralized going to centralized. Because mining with PoS algorithm more cheap, many people coming to mining.
If bad actor come they can have big portion in mining pool and make it more centralized.

I think casinos should write in their TOS that if a person is inactive for 6 months then the account will be blocked, and that person would have to create another account, this would be a better solution than the casino letting the inactive person relax and then and 6 months later that person comes back and logs in and is faced with something like: - 1000$ in the account balance, that is, the person will have a debt with the casino of 1000$ definitely I do not agree with that, it is not fair. the casino should block the account of inactive people for a long time, something like 6 months or more than putting a fine or fee
That is really stupid casino see their dead customer account have zero balance and then deducted until minus balance.  Even if there is a casino that charge a fee for dormant account, I dont think the casino will do until that far (till player has negative balance or a debt to be paid).
It does not make senses at all if there is a casino like that, casino may charge a fee for dormant account if there is still some balance in the account.
If there is no balance in the account, casino should not charge any fee and casino can simply delete the account.
If they doing it, we as player just create another account again.  |

They are both dangerous with higher leverage. The difference is that futures will close itself if the date set expires, but perpetual has no closing date.
Ok thanks for the explain. For example if we doing futures, the date set expired is 1 month, is it can't closed until expired? If we get liquidated, is it true all our money gone, nothing left? |

I started to trade in derivative market on some exchanges sometimes ago, to access it, you will click 'futures. This is confusing or am I the one that is not getting something right?
In my opinion, there is difference between future and perpetual trading, but both are on the same derivative market which is different from spot trading because their profit or loss is set at a predetermined date (future trading) or price (future and perpetual).
In future trading, it can be weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly. If a position is opened, there would be future date set for the trade to close.
In perpetual trading, no future date set for the open position to close, a trader will close the trade by himself if the liquidation price is not reached.
Perpetual trading and future trading are both derivative trading. Why are both referred to as futures on exchanges when no predetermined date set for perpetual? Even if perpetual trading is left for long, maybe it can be considered as future trading? If sclaping with perpetual, should that be regard as future?
Can perpetual trading be regarded as futures?
I am still new in derivative trading concept. Always trading on spot. What you think the risk more dangerous, Future or Perpetual? Is ETF like BNB3X is included in derivative? If we want doing derivative trading, is borrowing money is must? |

I think Trust Wallet is trusted....
but I recommended only put some crypto on Trust Wallet where the money you don't mind lose if something bad happen.
Because there is still risk, where for example Trust Wallet has our private key on their server, then get hacked. If you think it's to be trusted, why would you deposit only a little bit of crypto into its addresses? Or if you think it's not safe and might store your keys on their own end, why would you use it at all even for pocket change? Why even risk losing $5, $10, $50, or whatever you consider a small amount if you can use other reputable bitcoin wallets that have been around for years? I don't get idea, why if i trust the wallet i must saving all my Bitcoin on that wallet. I use Trust Wallet as hot wallet only. because i only need some temporary place for my Bitcoin transfer. So if something wrong on that Wallet, for example my Bitcoin gone, i don't lost much. Why i risking to place small Bitcoin on Trust Wallet?That wallet is really easy to use, also the apk support in my cheap phone, it is different no laggy like other wallet. |

This sounds like a dumb question but after seeing what happens with FTX i really worried about any centralized company i am using for my crypto. Trust multi wallet is really a decentralized wallet? I am using a multi wallet in trust wallet that has BTC, ETH, BNB, dot and most other blockchain which i can access through one mnemonic phase. So if something happens with trust wallet company and their apps become inaccessible then how i will be able to retrieve my btc,dot and other blockchain assets by using that one multi wallet mnemonic phase?

I am thinking of investing about value equivalent to 1BTC at today's price 16.K in a dedicated solar power panels at my roof and use the energy produced for mining bitcoins.
If I buy second hand miners with 200TH hash power included in the package, how I would calculate time of investment return?
well assuming you can get 10 k-watts for 14000 you only have the power to run 10000/5 =2000 watts 24/7 best case. or 10000/6 = 1667 watts 24/7. you can get a used s19 for 1500 use braiins down clock it to burn say 2000 watts gives you around 60th that is 60 x 7 cents = 4.20 a day or 4000 days to break even that is 11 years. I also left tons of constants. 7 cents a th in earnings constant difficulty constant 16k for a coin constant I left out all the incentives you government may give you for having the solar panels. Wow that is very long time to just only break even. I prefer use the money to buy some goods to selling on the marketplace. Maybe i can lose my money but atleast.... i can learn something how to make money more fast than waiting 11 years mining. |

Agar tidak hanya sekedar menulis di media, kalau memang agan punya informasi dan dokumen pendukung, jangan ragu untuk melaporkannya. Sudah lama dilaporkan. Cuma sebatas formalitas doang gan. Tidak ada tindak lanjutnya. Lalu untuk "hanya mengurusi perihal pemberian izin" silahkan digaris bawahi adalah tugas utamanya, bila mau dipecah pecah secara detail tentu menjadi banyak tugasnya. Ibaratkan pekerjaan KPK, tugas utamanya nangkap koruptor. Klo mau di rinci tugasnya tentu menjadi banyak, ada evaluasi, penyidikan, pengumpulan bukti, dll... Mari kita lihat korelasi Bappepti dalam perlindungan investor di dalam tugasnya, apakah ada? tidak ada. |

Menurut opini saya Bappebti ya hanya sebatas kerja saja. Tau sendiri kan lembaga pemerintahan hehehe... But, sejauh ini sepak terjang Bappebti sudah cukup baik di dalam lingkup cryptocurrency. Misalkan pada peraturan exchanger, hanya dibatasi 25 exchange lokal yang di ijinkan dan saat ada yang mengajukan exchange lokal baru pasti ditolak. Listnya : https://bappebti.go.id/calon_pedagang_aset_kriptoDengan diberlakukan pembatasan exchange, tentunya akan memudahkan Bappebti untuk memantau perdagangan di setiap exchange. Lalu exchange lokal hanya bisa memasukkan coin2 yang masuk top 100. Tapi sayangnya memang masalah korupsi tidak bisa dihanguskan dari para pejabat2 tikus ini, ketika ada permainan uang coin2 micin pun bisa tetap masuk ke exchange2 lokal dan bahkan disetujui Bappebti sendiri hahaha.. aneh. Contohnya ASIX token. Jadi soal melindungi investor menurut saya Bappebti sangat sulit melakukan, karena tugas utamanya adalah hanya memberi izin kepada penyedia perdagangan seperti exchange. Saya yakin investor crypto yang bener2 investor, pasti tahu token mana yang perlu di invest. Lalu misalkan kena rugpull atau duitnya dibawa kabur, pasti mereka akan belajar dari kesalahannya dan tidak menyalahkan Pemerintah atau orang lain... |

I never hear rules like that. That is seem crazy.
But we know gambling company get money from your gambling not for saving your money.
So... that is fair.. if they giving us atleast information about it when our account going dormant account.
Email the customer is enough. Let them withdraw remaining money..
If they taking action by itself, that is not different like ponzi scheme and that is hurt for the customer itself.

Just found your thread. This is what i need for research purpose. I still think that is still not worth. First in WOF there is very small chance to get 500 satoshi or more. Also in WOF if you get lottery ticket the worth i think near zero, very small chance to win prize, i never got the prize from lottery lol. FUN token price also decreasing. In one month already decreased around 8% in USD. Anyway if just experiment. Let's see what happen. |

Hello i just want clarify about my account.
I don't know what happen. I am the real owner of my account.
Today i get email from Bitcointalk, my last login on June 2020. My last reply is on the Bitvest thread.
Please remove my negative trust. I don't know what happen. I never do anything to harmness someone.
I will change my password and also maybe my email. Or tell me how to full control my account again.
I think i just get hacked. But i don't know how the hacker get access to my account. I only access my account in my personal computer or my phone with high security and never install anything software.
Also please don't banned my account. I build my reputation in long way. Very sad if that happen. I swear this is out of my control.
I can confirm that the account was silently used by someone else to post the fake miner but it appears that now, it's back in the original owner's hands and the email and password were changed. My suggestion would be to perform a complete clean-up on your device and have another go with changing the password and email. Only after that, you can provide a signed message using a previously posted BTC address in order to have Lafu remove his negative feedback. It so happens that the first ever post using this account is a BTC address, so you can use that one if you're still in control. Thanks for the suggestion. But my first BTC address is created with Multibit Wallet, now that wallet is discontinued. The private key also already lost on the old laptop, where the laptop is already broken and can't turn on again. Maybe any other option. My BTC address now is always changed because i am using Coinomi wallet. If that is only the solution, no problem about negative feedback. Please give me one chance to control my account. Please don't banned me.
Edit :I already PM Lafu with details and sign message from my oldest BTC address. I hope he taking best decision. Thanks. Sorry for double post. Long time not come here... |

Looking at your profile, it aged account and I believe you should know that this issue cant be solve in this thread why dont you create a thread and explain the issue while you also notify Lafu about it. Meanwhile, using secure computer or phone to access your account doesnt guarantee your account safety if you dont use strong password. Yes that is right. This is aged account. I create this account and build rank very long time. If get banned because this, i am really sad. I think about password already strong enough. Long password with combination number. Now i already adding some special character and adding more char. Hope the hacker can't comeback again. Thank you for the suggestion. May i know where i must create the thread? |
