PSA: Scrypt.cc is guilty of Fraudulent Misrepresentation, a crime in every financial jurisdiction in the world. Anyone who has lost money buying or selling their fictitious 'KHS'/'MHS' token is legally entitled to recover their funds back in full.

Fraudulent Misreprentation
Under contract law, a plaintiff can recover against a defendant on the grounds of fraudulent misrepresentation if (1) a representation was made; (2) that was false; (3) that when made, the representation was known to be false or made recklessly without knowledge of its truth; (4) that it was made with the intention that the plaintiff rely on it; (5) that the plaintiff did rely on it; and (6) that the plaintiff suffered damages as a result.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

He still has to be making money.

Why else would the site still be running?

The site may still be online, but only because operator has left it.
He cannot be making any money if the deposits have stopped Wink

I doubt the deposits have stopped.

There would be no point and a greater paper trail to leave a site up that is not generating income especially a site that is ran by a thief.

No need to doubt it, take a look here : https://blockchain.info/address/19mcjofGwKxGwhaZwDwPjdWd1KrFCZgoJJ

Last deposit 2016-04-30 19:07:39

Paper trail? you mean fake credentials left with a hosting company that is hidden behind cloudflare?
The site will be left until the paid for hosting and site certificate runs out.

Has it been a month since Carlos Rodolpho got his scared & frightened @$$ thrown in jail?

It's a good start.

wait, karl is in jail already? how the fuck did I miss that

Here you go.

Bit suspicious as to the silence about all of this everywhere. Quick checking the usual suspect's facebook pages, no pics. of Homero at a mother's day function when most of the others were there.

Just came across this interesting site.

https://vinelink.com/#

did a quick check around maybe that was part of Homero's plea and all the sealed nonsense, no luck but checking Vermont....

Wow...just wow....

I mean, its not totally destroyed. He could have looked and researched the layers of the board, tried to get the DWGs of the PWB, and matches 1 to 1 of the traces he destroyed with some jumpers. Really not that hard to do (especially if he can just observe which traces he ruined). But im guessing based on him drilling it, he didnt have the experience to do that.

I'm surprised he didn't just go straight for the hammer!

What's the ONLY possible defense for Garza?

I have made Withdrawal BTC from scrypt cc but more than 3 days my btc still not coming. Beware

As i know, last withdrawal/payment from script.cc was around month ago from this BTC address:
https://blockchain.info/en/address/14EpJ4shpnWBkw5dLoKBuQD9ayngGktG9a

It looks like now is empty..  Sad

I stopped looking into scrypt.cc last year. Glad that there are still people receiving btc from them as late as last month.
And this time scrypt cc was scammed. Ok it is risk of cloud mining. We must keep patient.

Just walk away, it is over.

Why would people use ParkByte over BTC?

Have you not tried purchasing anything with BTC? it can take hours for the transaction to go through, days in some instances.

Still waiting for my latest payout, quite a sum now that BTC price is better than ever.

I am just busy with my other business in my signature.

For "quite a sum" read "91 cents"

Dont spend it all at once dumb ass, that's if you even get it.

Keep collecting those cents, you will be rich soon™

57  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: April 07, 2016, 02:31:44 PM
What is this math?
Look at the last transaction:
0.0326237 BTC + 0.00002789 must be 0.03265159
But Bitmain says it is 0.03262922.
And there are many errors like this.

Instead of relying on the broken transaction page, try downloading the report and view in a spreadsheet. Mine looks correct there and matches up with my current balance.
58  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: April 06, 2016, 02:45:20 PM
Presently there´s 1,322,848,711 GH/s chasing about $1.5 million worth of bitcoin per day. So, I doubt that there´s much money to be made in mining. Electricity sales, mining gear etc. is where you want to be.

When there's a gold rush, be the guy selling picks and shovels Wink

is it me or do we have  a problem again with block found and not paid ?

My last transcation was at 8.02 but block found around 11 and no trace of it .

I thought you would be familiar with delayed blocks by now, happens often. They do eventually get credited.

I have open a ticket 5 days ago...
no answer...

Why would you think the scammer would reply to you?
