And why not? There are even casinos out there with weird names which aren't any relation to their platform whatsoever but the name doesn't really matter to some players. What is only important for them is if the casino offers a great features. I check metaspins.com and I don't see that there are metaverse features on them like what we see on a typical metaverse projects like sandbox but they support web3 which I think still have a relation to metaverse. Metaverse popularity is very strong before but I think the hype have lessened though there are still metaverse projects which continue to develops. Early why? What I see here is a serious project, well worked, and that has made a serious investment from the beginning. A casino is a money-making machine as long as it is able to attract customers, give them a good experience and properly manage their bankroll. On the contrary, we have repeatedly seen crappy projects, with a crappy Ann, with a forum account that doesn't even buy a copper membership to post images, and as a result, those projects don't usually succeed. 3 - explain in detail when your customers will be asked to KYC, which is on many sites Is just that: "in case of suspicious activity customers will have to KYC" but don't give details of suspicious activities. therefore the casino can withhold the customer's money on the grounds that suspicious activity has been detected in his account

We are aware of this and the reason for it is that, currently, the currency selector will show that the balance is updating ‘in-game’ while you have a game window open, and the balance is being updated real-time in your account, however, since the game rounds are converting real-time in USD equivalent the balance shows as a total converted to USD in-game and once you have completed your gameplay in that game and navigate to another page you will see the updated crypto balance in the currency selector drop down. This is something that is common with other crypto casinos, but we are working on a way to further improve it and will announce any update to this functionality here and in our other community channels as soon as it's ready!

I honestly think you need to redesign the interface because at first land, it's not that good for me but, you can improve that later if you want to as this is just a suggestion to make it better.
It's also better if the scrolling page will be the whole page without that side to side background and covering all of it.

I didn't find any explanation about the level up, what's the requirement of minimum wagering to level up? does higher level will need higher wagering requirement? or it's just same like level 1, level 10 etc. Also does the XP we gained are same to any providers?
You're right! Quotes it is For the level up there is a min bet of 0.2USD to contribute to the progress. I am not very sure about the switching of coins inside the casino, because it doesn't have exchange tab. But they do have buy tab, where you can use Onramper and Changelly third party services.  Also, do note that whatever coin you will deposit is the same coin you can withdraw as per their Terms - Section 12. So it doesn't mean that if you deposit BTC, you can withdraw TRX or LTC.
