I don't know about that, thanks for sharing. Actually since we're in bear market, it make the trading volume is less than usual, so that's make the fees is currently cheap. I don't think Metaspins wouldn't charge any fees when bull market happen since the fees will be expensive even though you're already use segwit address. Just scroll down the main page until you find the language configuration below, you can set it to English. It's weird how you can open the site and the language is France by default? any chance you're use VPN to access it?  This is a fair statement to make for sure.
