I thought you already established that this user is already a scammer? Your previous post here is very certain and you want to close this accusation due to your previous investigation. Why not publish the findings here instead of re-checking the case? The support on your website seems just prolonging the conversation by posting generic reply to extend deadline of waiting. Since you're don't have any proof and not that active in this forum, I left a neutral feedback on your profile in order to make people know if you have an unresolved accusation. $7,400 is a big number, so it's not really surprising for a small casino which don't want to pay such amount winnings. Moreover I don't see any user in this forum give any review about your casino, so we're don't know whether you're trustworthy or not. I've sent the required documents along with information related to my "multiple account situation" The casino owes me 24,727 USD & 2345 EUR. They can deduct a fee (because of breaking the bookmaker rules) (i haven't used any bonuses and the only reason of creating multiple accounts as I've mentioned several times is low withdraw limit) And close my multiple accounts (I'll continue to make bets using your bookmaker if you can change withdraw limits up to 100k USD otherwise i won't)
Was creating multiple accounts solved the low limition of the withdrawal? As for me the way I look at it, they would understand the issue as a scam attempt because of the multiple accounts. So I don't think they will release you funds without a solicitor to involve in the case. And if you have contacted their support team and they asked you to wait then wait a while before taking another action because there are procedures to follow in a case like this. Multiple accounts in one casino company or site is a serious offense. Even though their payment system was very small for a withdrawal, you would have laid a complain in the customer care service box and hear from them to know the reason why they limited the amount of withdrawal. But now you have put yourself in a big trouble. Hello yes because of Fraud we block the players and team start review them the only action in this time after KYC we can return the fund to players under the term and condition .
