The payment issue depends on the communication between Yasbet and Gianluca though. Technically Gianluca should have posted a message in the campaign thread if he was waiting for funds or communication from the casino. He should have been trying to communicate with the casino a few days to a week before the campaign ran out of funds to see what the next step was.

Now I don't know if there was or wasn't communication but there wasn't a pause or waiting to hear from casino post.

i even submitted my case in scam section and still no answer in there

live staff answer : "It is being investigated and we will inform you after receiving the answer"

So yasbet in considered a scam bookmaker in my opinion and all you do is spreading the scam by advertising it !

I just checked your thread in the scam accusations section and I noticed it was locked.
Did you lock it yourself? Because in general, you are not supposed to lock a thread where you have such a problem until your issue has been solved, specially when you make reference to that thread there, saying you have received "no answer in there", obviously if the thread is locked a response from anyone is impossible.

Anyways, I hope you case is cleared and you can get your money back as soon as possible, since it seems to be an important amount of money.

I guess you should continue to push forward with your case if you are sure that you have evidence to show that Yes bet has violated your rights.

Yesbet has been around for a while now, and to this point, there has not been any verified case of abuse against the casino unless yours which is why I will advise you to unlock the cam thread so that others may respond there even Yes bet admin may choose to answer you there.

You are assuming that the manager was aware of that update on 25 October and he delays communication up to 28 October ? It would be great read some comments by OP since this is his campaign/promotion.

A couple of weeks have passed but the topic is no longer updated and OP, even if connected, has not given new information.
Even the campaign manager has not provided any info about this issue.
Ok it's not a big problem but an update / clarification for users is always welcome ...

As per they latest response, the team is already working with your problem but I don't know why it took them so long to response.

Anyway, I also have concern with @YASBET especially on their last campaign which I didn't get any payment even if you comply with the requirements and follow the rules. Tried to contact the previous manager and @YASBET but still no response.

You can give more evidence of your involvement with yesbet and how their have cheated you, am sure the admin will respond to this accusations and if your case has already received acknowledgment from the team I advise you wait for the outcome of their investigation and what their will suggest for you to do.
Yesbet has been active since its entrance into this forum and is sure your problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Who are you talking about, you can't just come randomly on the casino ANN thread and start saying trash without any exact point. You did not mention Yes bet in your comment and yet you posted this on their thread, well if you must know, Yes bet has been around for a while and to some level, there has maintained its consistency and also improve on some of the features, am sure if the casino has any questionable character their wound have been exposed by now.
But to the extent I know is that their customers have not complained of any withdrawal issues.
