1362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel when the market is downtrend? on: June 06, 2022, 05:41:47 AM
How do you feel when the bear market is happening and do you hate it?. Every time a bearmarket happens, I always have valuable lessons that the bull market doesn't have. So always be grateful when the market goes down, it gives us many lessons, lessons about emotions, lessons about capital management, trust and patience.

The bear market is not the end but the beginning of a new and better start, the bear market is a measure of our confidence in the market. Worthy rewards will only come to those who truly believe in the market.
In the past when i was holding lof of altcoins the market downtrend fears me lot as once they went down it's impossible for them to recover but later on when the market experience and knowledge came then portfolio was reduced to some coins like bitcoin only. While holding btc there is little sadness in these dips but if we see long term then you will see profit coming your way so not a big issue.
1363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You See Or Tell If A Fight Or Event Is Fix ? on: June 05, 2022, 05:25:51 AM
There are these sort of fixing in most of the games where they see lot of bets would be there say for million of dollars so the outcome of these matches is totally the opposite of what it might seems to you.We can feel it to some extent that they are losing intentionally or not if you are associated with the particular game from long but can't do anything about it but still think there should be fair play.
1364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I buy BTC or DCA other coins? on: June 05, 2022, 05:13:26 AM
A core bitcoiner will always tell you to buy bitcoin. And that is a nice advice. The great difference between bitcoin and some altcoins is, in 5years time, we are sure to see bitcoin here, but this cannot be said for many altcoins.

In the other hand, a lover of altcoins will give you some good coins you will buy which can do x2 to x5 for you and that cannot easily be said of bitcoin. So, it all boils down to what you want.
True. Most Bitcoiners look at investment opportunities in the long term, while altcoins are more of a short term instead since majority of them are built up on hype and they die off after a few months or maybe even weeks of release. Nothing odd about it though, that's just how most of them goes.
^ I rather apply the DCA way of buying BTC than altcoins.
For peace of mind, BTC is the right answer, you can invest it and wait for it for a long period of time purpose and if your profit was there of course it is easy for you to sell them all and invest back when there is a correction. Altcoins nowadays did not have a real utility, aside from those at the top of the coin market cap. We should avoid them, especially those meme coins that price increases through the hype. Remember that a high yield return coins are possible to turn out into scams.
If we don't look at the graphs then we can have peace of mind otherwise btc price movement is really upsetting these days but yes if you are not into trading and want to hold long term then you don't need to worry a lot and you will get profits in near future. While if you are into DCA then it could be beneficial even more as you can have more btc with you.But the altcoin market is mostly manipulated with fake pumps and once the market crash they are unable to recover so stay away from them.
1365  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 05, 2022, 05:01:58 AM
They have sold 10k and 10k two different collections, which means that they collected possibly over 2+ million dollars easily.

Its actually alot more than that

V1 Rollbots presale price was $500 for 2000 pieces and public sale price was $1000 for 8000 pieces. So thats a total of $9 million

V2 Sportsbot public and presale price was $1000 for 10,000 pieces so thats a total of $10 million

Considering that Rollbit gave away decent amount of prizes through all those competitions in discord as well as the marketing expense, they probably pocketed atleast $15 million from those two sales
That's lot of amount from both of sales but yes they are also giving away good amounts as you see the above loot boxes prizes are worth millions which could be win by any lucky player. There are many projects which only raises money and don't do anything but they are progressing and giving back to community.

Just noticed while browsing the site again after almost a year, that the license logo is not showing properly, I think the page for it is crashed. Is there a problem?

Anyway, glad to see that they have a sportsbook now. When it was added? It's been a long time since I took a rest from my gambling activities.
It's been quite a time when they have added sportsbook to the site and have good promotions for it as well like free bets and similar bonuses for players and have so many sports to bet upon you can check yourself. You have taken long break but you can see lot has changed till now.
1367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kenyan energy company entices Bitcoin miners with geothermal power on: June 04, 2022, 05:30:42 AM
I find it a little ironic that the country's main electricity producer is inviting Bitcoin miners to take advantage and purchase its excess power capacity when 30% of the population still doesn't have access to electricity.[1] Secondly, the producer is offering excess power which is generated from free underground heat and yet Kenya has expensive electricity cost. I don't know, I somehow find this invitation a little odd.

[1] https://tradingeconomics.com/kenya/access-to-electricity-percent-of-population-wb-data.html
From this it seems like they are only interested in making profits out of the miners by imposing taxes on them and earn through them with providing them electricity that they should be providing to the normal residents of the country. They are inviting miners which is good but this should not happen at the cost of people's need there as they are suffering without electricity. So they should focus on these matters also while adjusting mining capabilities.
1368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lucky Winners of the Day - Random Pick on: June 04, 2022, 05:20:19 AM
I played a lot of slot games and I'm never been become part of the winner with a large amount of multiplier imagine this kind of amount 0.10$ and then the player takes home a $1k dollars this player is full of luck afaik just around 500x multiplier i got but with this 15k multiplier is so huge.
Have seen bigger wins than this like few days ago there was thread about player who won a double jackpot although don't exactly remember the winning amount with low wager only.So yes they have bag full of luck while betting and these bags we don't have till date but might have at some point. The gambling is risk-reward game but above it you need to be lucky first of all.
1369  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounties and Airdrops on: June 04, 2022, 05:06:50 AM
Will suggest you not to invest your time and efforts in these bounty works as they are not worth it saying from my personal experience. In the past similar to you i also participated in them to earn some extra with minimal work but they all turned out to be scam and i get nothing but a lesson to stay away from them. The tokens you get out of their huge supply are almost of low value and you need to wait lot for payments also or don't get it last.
1370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What NFT do you recommend to keep an eye on? on: June 03, 2022, 06:45:12 AM
Hello everyone, I am new to this world, I have become very passionate about nft and digital art so I have decided to invest time in some new and interesting project.
I am also interested in promoting the best projects.

I would like your favorites.. come on!
See I would suggest if you want to invest small amounts then don't go with ETH NFT's as the gas is too high and prices also so you could be in loss so avoid it but you can go with Solana one's as they are comparatively cheap or try searching on Magic Eden the marketplace for them the top collections which will help you lot.But always do your research beforehand so as not regretting later because many of them are scam.
1371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook |250k$ Easter giveaway | VIP | on: June 03, 2022, 06:30:44 AM
One of the most popular sites, what exactly is their motivation to carry out attacks? Could it be just looking for blemishes  Huh
Money, my friend, money! Unfortunately, I could not find it now, but I personally saw on the day of the attack in the discord a certain user demanded a ransom for stopping the attack.
They see a legit and good casino in the market as an opportunity to earn money fast through these cheap tactics like this DdoS attack on duelbits lately but you see the situation was resolved as they have technical team also to look into these matters. But we will find these kind of people almost everywhere who are derived by greed factor.
1372  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 03, 2022, 06:18:52 AM
I also support everything that has to do with Rollbit, there is also something that I always highlight, they are rescuing what is good about NFTs, and Rollbots is a great use that they are giving them, for me they are doing things well, apart from being well established , for me they have generated a very good reputation and the best thing is that they are under the administration of their campaign by one of the best managers that there is in our forum, I also dare to say that if you are following some of his professional advice, That is why the site is constantly growing, I really think what they are doing is excellent and I hope they continue at the same rate.

They have developed so many new things for gamblers to bet upon like the trading experience in the past and then NFT but binding them all as casino games make their work more effective and well planned which is why they are getting support from the community and players like to gamble here.Yes the forum campaign has helped them to build reputation and also manager is well reputed on forum.
1373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4.45 million bitcoin untouched for 5yrs,do BTC community can retrieve in future? on: June 03, 2022, 06:04:08 AM
My questions is that ' is there any possibility that some point in time in future BTC community might decide something which can retrieve this lost BTCs?
The coins lost cannot be retrieved as you need the keys for the same and only the owner of the funds have it which is why it's said you need to secure it properly on your end.The supply is shrinking due to these lost coins and we all know there will never be 21 million coins in circulation which will boost the prices even more when demand gets too high.
1374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin drops to $8k on: June 02, 2022, 05:45:41 AM
So it tends to dip only according to this theory? The volatility factor is well known by those who have stayed in the market from few years and have seen the 2017 crash when it fell to $3k from ATH so those who wants to hold long term didn't care these dips and have your returns in future but with patience only.
1375  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook |250k$ Easter giveaway | VIP | on: June 02, 2022, 05:31:39 AM
It happens sometimes when fake traffic is diverted towards the site by some hackers or any other third party which blocks you to access the site at that moment but can't say some other less popular casino do it or not because the situation is resolved fast in these cases and see players have been able to access the site afterwards.Maybe there are more attempts on these casino to restrict people but that will not happen.
1376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paid the birth fee using bitcoin at the clinic, by accident. on: June 02, 2022, 05:21:32 AM
Congratulations to you man on having this beautiful gift of life first of all and hope your wife and child are healthy and fine. This is the case that whenever we need bitcoin we can use it as payment mode rather than only taking it as investment decision and you was lucky that doctor there was btc enthusiast taking from his tshirt logo and accepted the payment.

So best wishes to you and your first bitcoin transaction will be remembered by you forever which is so good to hear.
1377  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook |250k$ Easter giveaway | VIP | on: June 01, 2022, 06:17:43 AM

It's Novak Djokovic of Serbia my friend. One of the greatest tennis players of all time. I am not a big fan of tennis but his name and popularity exceeds beyond tennis.
I am already late in guessing this one but yes it's him and if you have tennis follow up not on a big level also then you can recognise him immediately and he's playing in French open at current and is really good player with his some sharp moves. You see how fast were people in making this guess and i would say this image is more clear then previous one or it's because we know him.
1378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you transact in the real world with your bitcoin or digital money? on: June 01, 2022, 06:03:05 AM
I don't transact much using bitcoin in real world if you are pertaining to actual establishments and businesses. It is because there are only so few establishments that accept cryptocurrency as payment method. Most of the malls and stores here only accept fiat, card, or digital money such as e-wallets. Hence, even if someone would want to, they can't because of the limited availability of those who accepts it.

When it comes to digital money, yes, I often use it. Digital money such as electronic money using paypal, paymaya, gcash, and the likes are the most often used ones in transacting because of convenience. In addition, it's available almost everywhere even in small business enterprises.
This is the condition at most of the places as btc is not widely accepted or say you can find a rare place accepting it as payment mode through LN also as we are not living in El Salvador or CAR to make legal payments in it.The fiat usage is being reduced and digital payments are rising after covid in most of the countries and you just pay with it instead of using fiat everywhere.
1379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The digital ID for Gambling on: June 01, 2022, 05:51:30 AM
Yeah, just probably implement to restrict underage to gamble. For sure it will be hard to 'fake' this documents or maybe this kids can find a loophole? We really don't know, still up to their parents though to really monitor them. As far as privacy goes, the casino's will have the responsibility to protect the data of all of their customers and I don't think there is privacy if you gamble either online or off-line. Offline casinos too require id if you wanted to avail of their cards to gain points or have perks like free hotel accommodations, food and drinks and everything that will make gamblers go back and play more.
I would say it's good to restrict kids from engaging in these sort of gambling activities as it could have adverse affect on them making them prone to gambling getting addicted at this age only.So there needs to be some steps like this by implementing ID decision although the government have profit motive on their minds first of all so as no gambler is left unnoticed. They always want to supervise these things which is what they are doing through these ID proofs.
1380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Legendary Forumla of Dip = Opportunity on: June 01, 2022, 05:37:46 AM
You can't decide that whether it's the highest point or lowest but you should be having satisfactory returns instead of regretting later on.Suppose you invested in around $30k and when prices went to $50k also you have made profits so you need to decide to sell or to hold as it could go above or down after that. But when it's dipping people start panicking as if it was supposed to always rise and we can't change this.So best is to make your decisions.
