It has now been the 3 months they said it would take to withdrawal my funds. lets hope and pray I can get my money and jackbit is not scammers

Like the site but it mentioned instant withdrawals on the main page and I was told by chat I might have to wait 3 business days
withdrawal process 3 working days, that's very long in instant withdrawal. but sorry, do you really make withdrawals on this site? because as far as I know all withdrawals are completed in a few minutes and a few hours. so, if you really did make the withdrawal and you were told to wait 3 working days, please provide a few screenshots so we can all know the details. for Jackbit representatives, is it true that every withdrawal has a long process? if indeed all withdrawals require a long process, what about the words "instant withdrawal"? My funds are still locked more than two months later, beware! |

Okay I would like to report my withdrawal was processed within hours without problems. Although I am at a big loss overall, so this does not say everything yet. But a good sign at least.
Okay, after first 2 withdrawals were processed fast and without problems, I today requested the 3rd withdrawal and it got rejected. I was asked to provide KYC which is ofcourse totally fine. Am doing that now and will report how it goes. This can be a great test for the Bitcointalk users in general to see how quick and trustable Jackbit is. Will update here in this thread. I would avoid this book at all costs if you like your money, i was told here my case would be addressed but it hasnt been at all.

How long has it taken for the investigation and what is the level of response from the team, sometimes the time frame for investigation is not specific and all that a play could do is to continue waiting for an answer and in some cases, the casino will not even border to communicate the outcome of their investigation to the player since the belief so much in the judgement of their security team. Jackbit is a relatively new casino and with the level of commitment their displayed in the last few weeks am sure they will come out with something better than this getting to resolve your issue is the best possible way will help increase the confidence of players and also increase the reputation and ratings. I have been waiting for more than a month, was told to wait up to 3 months though a representative here told me my case would be expedited last week with no luck |

I could provide a video of my account to prove that, i have no affiliation with the other person who is having withdrawal issues. Think we have screenshots showing our different accounts and Jackbit has my KYC and im pretty sure his including a video with ID.
I don't accuse you affiliated with another person, I just tell on my 6 years of experience on this forum on how newbies make a thread get scammed to damage an opponent's reputation. Believe me, if you use (example) the real account (legend, hero, senior and etc) the problem will solved only an hour not a day, week, or month. the higher your rank, the more is solved, because it concerns on reputation. well, this is what usually happens, there are no real high-ranking accounts in this forum who make a report, if there is one, of course, it will damage the reputation of the casino directly, but most of those who make accusations are newbie accounts and just registering, it's a little strange in my opinion, people say maybe of course he is a new user, but why did he just create an account on this forum since being scammed, to be honest I have never heard of any accusations to casinos with beginner accounts for fear that they are being paid to damage the reputation of a particular casino  I came to this site because it is the only place i can maybe get attention and help for my withdrawal.. I still have not received any notice from Jackbit with more than 1 month of locked 16 bnb |

I think Jackbit should take immediate actions to sort out all the pending withdrawals requests and make a post here stating that these withdrawals issues are fixed and won't happen again. If this is not done and the tag persists, i am afraid jackbit will lose a lot of business.
I still don't believe newbies or beginners create a thread on the Scam Accusations board to claim the casino because of many factors we have to see and calculate. The OP might use multiple accounts or anything is forbidden which is intolerable. Almost, sport bet is always on there right?. because it's easy to trick by the cheater, then found out by the provider, and create claim they was scammed. If real by the rules, they will use a real account to make complaints. and surprisingly, there is still a lot of high-rank members who respond to that stage seeker. I think we should stay away from this site for now, since there is a strong causation of funds block and withdrawal refusal for up to 6 months, those limit was placed on the players without any reasonable reason behind that action.
I appreciate the community support. Jackbit rep on the forum told me they would be in touch but i still have not been contacted 24 hours later |

So in this case, @Jackbit.com must check "Allow newbies to send you PMs." on ( Personal Message Setting). Because as customer support, which has an announcement thread here, @Jackbit.com must respond quickly if any customer has a problem like the above. And, I read a page above, a user has success withdrawn the money, so you don't need to worry if you gamble according to the procedure. Well, I had clearly said that they are scammers. After reading what I wrote, everyone can draw their own conclusions. Anyone who wants to throw their money away Hey LEVSKI7, We asked you couple of times to send us an email and we would fix your problem if there is some We are still waiting for your response and will be glad to help you out. you don't need to bother this case if you read LEVSKI7 trust because he always does like that everywhere. Spoke with Jackbit support again today, as their agents not been active on the thread for a few days and still getting the generic response of
"Your case is being investigated still. Please wait for an email with an update or resolution" the same response ive been getting for 3 weeks.
Very much hoping the representative here can solve my case quickly, having thousands of dollars locked up for no apparent reason is very frustrating.
Same response I'm getting as well So their support has not actually expedited our cases it seems. |
