Lets put about the campaign and promition aside first since there is bigger issue is happening now in jackbit which is about withdrawal related to the current accusation against them.
It is not good situation for a new site and they should solve the issue as soon as possible, otherwise potential gamblers from this forum will think twice before joining.
It means that what they spend for advertising in this forum will be just something useless.

You're right about this, Jackbit really needs to sort out their customers' pending withdrawal issues, and obviously that's going to seriously affect their reputation on the forum if not.

The money they spend on promotion will not be commensurate with their bad reputation if they are slow to process every customer problem. As a result, negative tags should be received by their representatives in the forum, but in any case they should be responsive enough in problem solving even if it takes some time to do research.

We have seen 1xbit promoting their casino with the signature campaign but at the same time they are doing scam on their casino. I do not want Jackbit to run on the same lines that at one side they are not giving any withdrawals and at the other hand, they are promoting their gambling site.

Since their have decided to extend their signature promotion by 1 week it shows that the team value this forum, but as a new casino their may not have the finances to run a long term campaign for now and if the business become more established i am sure the may relaunch the signature campaigns again.

it's actually not just about appreciating but trying once again to test the promotion in this forum whether to benefit from this campaign, as a week trial it doesn't matter as long as it gets good results from the campaign

And again we shouldn't pay too much emphasis on a signature campaign as the only model for a casino to become successful or popular,  we still have some casinos that have no presence in thos forums but are very popular in the gambling market, so if a casino decides to have a signature or not as long as they're up to date with providing their services and building their good reputation.

I think Jackbit should take immediate actions to sort out all the pending withdrawals requests and make a post here stating that these withdrawals issues are fixed and won't happen again. If this is not done and the tag persists, i am afraid jackbit will lose a lot of business.

I still don't believe newbies or beginners create a thread on the Scam Accusations board to claim the casino because of many factors we have to see and calculate. The OP might use multiple accounts or anything is forbidden which is intolerable. If real by the rules, they will use a real account to make complaints.

Scam or non-scam, it is case-by-case investigation and conclusion. We can not say this one is non-scam and another one later is automatically non-scam too. I read the accusation against Jackbit and also saw their representative replied in that thread. Take their time and wait for their reply including conclusion about that case after all.

I see it is not good to let a case unresolved after a few months but let's consider it as a missing case now. If they can resolve it with solid evidence, they are not scam. I have my belief on Jackbit team to handle the case.

I don't feel like the 1 tag motivated them at all. They were very slow to respond and as you said gave a basic generic reply. Tags are not a weapon and I would rather not use them to look like 1. Let's let them have a few days to communicate amongst their team. If no resolution happens, maybe i'll revisit the subject.

As a matter of fact, they've been only holding his money for 2 months. The investigation can take 6 months but it doesn't have to. I see no reason for it to take this long.

I feel like 6 months should be there only to give the casino the most time allowed by law, but it should be a margin of error, not a routine.

A normal investigation should take up to 2 weeks and after that time the player should get an explanation.

A mechanic can have it in their TOS that it can take up to 6 months to fix a car if the damage is extensive but it doesn't mean small problems can't be fixed in a day.

Ok i agree too that we should jump to any conclusion now and also it will be unfair to compare Jackbit and 1xbit at this moment but the way things are moving does not look good for Jackbit.

Also, you should know that it takes a lot of time recover from negative reviews. Well, the fact that the user posted some evidence to back his claims is something I will advice you to take a second look at, because from the complainant's message kt seems the incident is eas a result of systems abuse but a pure case of violation of the players right because I do t see a reason why someone withdrawal should be disabled for 6 months without any reasonable reason.
- But also after the investigation, there may be a possibility that the players are guilty in any form then his punishment may be justified.

Haven't had a great experience with jackbit since I made my account and played there in November. I made a withdraw request on December 7th and was asked to complete a video verification. I submitted the verification on the 27th of December, and since I use gmail it automatically sent the attachment as a google drive link. I was told that they could not accept google drive on January 25th, I've sent 3 follow up emails since then with no response.

Believe me, if you use (example) the real account (legend, hero, senior and etc) the problem will solved only an hour not a day, week, or month. the higher your rank, the more is solved, because it concerns on reputation.

I dont think this forum works like that, reputable casinos will not see how high your rank but they will look into any cases without looking at your rank. Having higher rank is not a guarantee that your issue will be solved faster than low rank/newbies. In this case, yahoo tagged them but the related issue is not solved even after few days. We should change the mindset that higher rank will be served better in case like this as it has nothing to do with the solution. Newbie, as long as there is solid evidence, it will affect the reputation as DT members will support it.

If the Jackbit scam has security issues, I do not recommend to deposit and play there!

You can't just call them a scan because they asked for KYC. In the terms and conditions of all crypto casinos it is stated that they can ask for it when they notice strange behavior. Not sure why your account  got flagged but if you want to get paid, you will need to provide KYC.
