1  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Can Bitcoin save a nation that owes a lot of money / Debt on: March 08, 2024, 01:49:36 PM
As this talk is going maybe I am wrong in my views but still I am going to give few points which are not belonged to bitcoin but related to country Pakistan with as I read and understand this is one of the twelve fertilizer countries which are full of sources, but sadly they have never been able to use them as they wanted due to corruption and many other factors which are not point to talk here but still as mentioned above main issue is Army as well which is controlling this all for decades.
Now they are in deep trouble due to heavy debit and things can go worst with a government which is not backed by common peoples due to rigged elections but still IMF is standing with them because they are also having their own agenda with this all can bitcoin save them, I believe yes but now this all need good strategy and big decisions which are surely not easy but still things are manageable with bitcoin and crypto if you want to solve things, but I have no idea who is going to do this all for this country.

Lmao, now that I read this I see that I probably already have a golden ticket for the 10th roll. I didn't know about the promo but I usually play the free rolls and unknowingly took advantage of it. Now I see that if I reach 20 I will get 3 more golden tickets. Very nice promo by freebitco.in.
I am also trying to have some Golden tickets, but sadly I am having issues as today I try to have my free roll second time site is down and have no idea when its coming back online because time is running out for this promo quickly
3  Economy / Lending / Re: Small loan request on: February 19, 2024, 06:56:43 PM
You are newbie with just 8 posts from this account and asking for non-collateral loan which can create problems for you and your account so better try from family or friends for this amount instead of asking here non-collateral loan.

Lock this thread and have better way of this amount from other sources, no one going to give you this loan here on this forum.

It's down for me too

Why doesn't Quin post here anymore ?

Is this site going downhill ??
Peoples are too quick to give their reactions and spreading negativity about anything, site is now back normal and all working ok this was down for few hours with unknown issue but all back and settled.
When you hold funds there it's normal to be a little bit worried when yhis kind of thing happen IMO, because many platforms have closed like that without warnings because they've been hacked or because they are doing an exit scam. For me it's still unavailable currently. I have a Bad gateway Error code 502 from Cloudfare.
Yes anything can happen because we have the worst history of crypto scams now again site down for me and many others, hopefully we will have official update about this soon because things are suddenly gone on wrong way on this site in last few weeks.

7  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cannot convert my ltc to usdt on: February 11, 2024, 07:31:26 PM
I have around 2 dollars in ltc in mexc exchange and I cannot convert my ltc to usdt because minimum is 5 dollars...

If I send that ltc to another exchange will I have the same problem?

So all the exchanges have that 5 minimum dollar rule?

I dont want to buy anymore crypto at the moment

Before doing any exchange or buying/selling read the rules which are clearly post by sites for having no issues like this is also better for you and all others.

This topic is not related to here please move this from here to Currency Exchange for the better response from the members of this community.

8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Warning] Trezor users are receiving fake emails with phishing links. on: January 24, 2024, 10:30:28 PM
There is no doubt this is troubling time because I also received an email, but good thing happen I not click on this and deleted because through social media I already have few warnings from my social media friends about this all now reading here mean things are not going well sometime back I already lost my skrill account because I have done one mistake and click on one suspicious link which create problems for me and I also lost my $5000 in this account which is now not refundable as skrill blocked my account.

I really appreciate we have this problem here and now many can check emails before clicking links which are creating problems and members are losing their hard-earned money quickly.
9  Other / Meta / Re: Use of AI on Bitcoin talk on: January 22, 2024, 12:31:33 PM
I am of the following opinion: if a person needs to use an AI tool to interact on a forum, they seriously need medical help, as they must have serious mental problems to not be able to interact with another human being.

Note: English is not my native language, but with a little effort you can talk to everyone without any major problems. The most important thing is the content of the message.
I am new here with having not too much knowledge and rules of this forum but till I found this is one of the best reply for AI users because it's never been ideal to have things like these while you are talking to other humans.

English is not my native language also, but I am trying my best to have things which others can understand easily and without any problem.

12  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: 3 Days but have no 1st confirmation on: November 08, 2023, 09:52:36 AM
One thing is if they pick the first hundred is that what will be added to the next block they mine? Say they mine a block in two hours space and the free entry is above 100 since every 100 is an hour (although not realistic since they don’t get that number too often), also do there cooperate mining pools also help them include the free transactions into their bocks or it is for paid services only
As long as your transaction is accelerated and show successful without no other error, it would be accelerated and be confirmed when ViaBTC mine a block.

I really appreciate your all suggestions and helpful knowledgeable tips as well which will help me in near future with this advantage I just check my transaction having first confirmation, and now I understand few new things as well.

For the better understanding about blockchain and this wallet Electrum what is the best way if anyone can guide this could be also appreciated thanks again.
13  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: 3 Days but have no 1st confirmation on: November 08, 2023, 08:44:09 AM
Today fourth time I increase fees which is now 5612 Satoshi $1.98 40.0 sat/vB it's nearly two hours lurking in last three blocks but still not having 1st confirmation any solution or guideline for this could be appreciated.
The mempool is around 46 sat/vbyte now, the transaction may likely be confirmed if you can be patient, but you can use ViaBTC free accelerator.

You can also use https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ free accelerator. All you have to do is to copy the txid of your transaction and submit it. But your transaction should not be more than 500 kilobytes in size.
Thanks for your this new link which is giving me more information about this all with currently still it's staying on second last block, and I am waiting patiently to have confirmation.

My transaction is having Weight ‎561 WU so is this ok for copying and pasting here ?
14  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: 3 Days but have no 1st confirmation on: November 08, 2023, 08:37:32 AM
Today fourth time I increase fees which is now 5612 Satoshi $1.98 40.0 sat/vB it's nearly two hours lurking in last three blocks but still not having 1st confirmation any solution or guideline for this could be appreciated.

You still need to increase it a little more so your transaction can be added to the next block. I just saw a new block was generated and the Low priority transactions are 40 sat/vB for now. Still, it will be better to increase it to 45 to 50 sat/vB.

The fees are skyrocketing because of ORDINALS and Binance listing Ordinal token, if I'm not mistaken.

Exactly. Binance announced they would list a token named Ordinals (ORDI) and it has been skyrocketing since then. A lot of Bitcoin users are unaware of why the transaction fees increased dramatically. https://decrypt.co/204724/bitcoin-ordinals-daily-trading-hits-6-month-peak-ordi-token-surges-binance-listing

Currently, I am watching this https://mempool.space/ as my transaction is staying in last and second last block due 40 sat/vB and last block is having 42 sat/vB, but sadly I can't increase my fees as it's already empty due to four times increase and low funds know how much time needed for having first confirmation as its staying here for 2 hours.
15  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: 3 Days but have no 1st confirmation on: November 08, 2023, 08:25:07 AM
The fees are skyrocketing because of ORDINALS and Binance listing Ordinal token, if I'm not mistaken.

With 40 sat/byte you should expect your transaction to get confirmed soon, or you can increase the fees a bit more. See here: https://mempool.space/
I am watching this pool for last 1 hour, and it's showing 29 minutes left but as its jump in second last pool after few minutes I have back this on third pool its doing this for last two hours just because of this now I post this and want to know is this normal its lurking around here for last 2 hours.
16  Bitcoin / Electrum / 3 Days but have no 1st confirmation on: November 08, 2023, 08:17:49 AM
I recently study about few wallets and then download Electrum with first deposit works fine but as I send my first withdraw it's stuck in for last three days now I already increase fees three times, but it's not working.

Today fourth time I increase fees which is now 5612 Satoshi $1.98 40.0 sat/vB it's nearly two hours lurking in last three blocks but still not having 1st confirmation any solution or guideline for this could be appreciated.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Faucet Free Bitcoin - For Beginner Experience on: July 05, 2023, 06:35:42 PM
This isn't even viable anymore — you solve so many captchas then after a while, you just have enough for the transaction fee. Even cutting your neighbor's lawn to be able to afford a small amount of BTC is a far more viable option than this one.
I am feeling lucky that I have few good and positive suggestions in my early days because few days back I was also thinking to start earning from faucet but after reading few posts and now having this last, but most authentic feedback about faucets now change my mind and trying to have any other method instead of going with this most dubious method which is just waste of time nothing else.

Hopefully I will find something positive and better which will help me to have my earning from bitcoin in near future because now I am going for this and have mindset to take my savings into bitcoin.
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: how to get mod jobs on any crypto platforms on: July 05, 2023, 06:27:08 PM
I'd say...

1. Apply when they're hiring
2. Market yourself in directories/places where potential clients go
3. Send them personal invites

If you have a past experience (or anything related that could help), that would give you a plus otherwise you could try being active/reputable in the community you're applying. Having a good standing account in well known communities like bitcointalk could help too.

Note: if you're looking to get paid right off the bat, make sure to check if the job is for volunteers or nah.
You're all suggestions are good and important but here I need to add few things as I am also recently visiting few forums for having information about Bitcoin and crypto but mostly found they are not good or having mostly jobs as volunteers because they have no good income sources.

But still if you want to do then you need to be expert about all things which are important for the mod role or job with you also need to be good in bitcoin and crypto with following forum rules are also important because you have to guide newbies and others for this all just keep going hopefully you will get something positive if you will do this all with consistency.
19  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's the best and trusted exchange for UK? on: May 31, 2023, 09:11:00 AM
what about no kyc brokers?
I will recommend Bisq.

You make make more research yourself and check the exchanges on this link: https://kycnot.me/

o_e_l_e_o also recommend AgoraDesk.

I was also looking for exchange which works without KYC now heading for this Bisq hopefully this will work good for me in future.
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Receiving unwanted message fair warning to newbies. on: May 31, 2023, 09:03:10 AM
You can block newbies to send you messages. It depends on your view about that but if you are not disciplined with strangers' messages, blocking their messages proactively is a good prevention.

Code:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=UID;sa=pmprefs

Use this link, change u=UID to u=youruserID, then uncheck this option "Allow newbies to send you PMs."
Buddy thanks for this link and giving instruction how to prevent unwanted things from newbies, hopefully I will be having much better things every time when I will be on this forum for increasing my knowledge of bitcoin.
