It is good to know it is your issue but in my opinion, visually it is not a big problem. At least I see small differences in visual displays on mobile and PC. The last competition with a total value of almost $500,000 for 10 players, had as a prize for 1st place a Porsche 911 Carrera 4s or $200,000. Each time the winner of the 1st place was asked if he wanted the car or the money and so far everyone chose the money (for the car there were additional costs that had to be paid by the winner such as transport, taxes, and time until the car was purchased and delivered). Did you just say the leaderboard is static and does not change until towards the end of the race? I can't find any disclaimer anywhere on the website that elaborates on this, so what you are ultimately saying is players are duped by numbers on the leaderboard purposely not updated and misled to bet? Did I get that right? Don't resort to the peace and respect facade, stick to manipulating the leaderboards. I'm usually reserved but in rare instances I hold reservations on bad actors. Trust is earned over time, not through endless advertisements. 17k registered players is a big number, but the question is how many of them who are actively playing regularly? I'm lurking your live bets tab, there are not many players imho because I can see few different usernames only (around 5 different usernames). Chatroom is also not that crowded as well, only few players who are chatting to each other or share their bets in the chatroom. Of course it is not enough to know the actual activity in your site because you are the one who knows about how many active players you have and how much is wagered in average every single day. By the way I have to agree that trust has nothing to do with advertisement, trust is given by your real players who are playing and expressing their experience in your casino. There are 1000-2000 active players who deposit regularly and a total of 860245703 bets for 12 months. The bets that are in the All Bets section are not all the bets made in that second. One bet is displayed every second, if 100 bets are made in that second, just one will be displayed. Contradicting indeed,but all the complaints of the accuser I think has been actually counter with the screenshot provided by the OP and I think these stories of users getting their account is actually not a new thing anymore here in the forum and the most annoying part is that most of these so called accuser don't actually provide enough proofs to what they are actually try to claim and we all know how thats makes you look as a complainer. As you are trying to stand on a claim proofs is actually what gives you an edge over such cases because most casino tend to blame the players always where whereas most times latter is the case.

People, run as far away from Cryptoplay as possible. It is the biggest scam in the betting world that I have seen in the last 20 years.
Yesterday they stole all the profit I made on sports betting with the ridiculous explanation that I used arbitrage with another service, but they couldn't provide me with any proof. Apparently, their sports provider has that evidence, but they don't even want to tell me the name of that provider.
If you take a closer look at their competitions and rankings in the casino, you will see that there are very few players. I managed with a rollover of only 6000 dollars (everything was played in the sportsbook) to enter the 80th place of the ranking list in which they supposedly share 2 million dollars. Don't be naive...
OP had easily countered your claims with a simple screenshot they had posted here. If you are confident with your claim against this casino, you can post a scam accusation in the proper board and make sure to put some screenshots. You are lucky enough that OP is willing to return the differences despite the explanation about the the violation you had made. Though I'm still not sure who is telling the truth since no one had provided some strong evidences between both of your claims. Of course I will publish a scam accusation because I do not intend to stand against a house that has unfair practices. I have screen shots of all my bets, deposits and withdrawals. Cryptoplay can't prove anything because they don't have any evidence. It was confirmed to me that through my personal data that I submitted to them for verification, they allegedly managed to get data on which services (sportsbooks) I have registered accounts on. I am even willing to go so far as to publicly publish a list of my bets from all sportsbooks where I have open accounts and everyone will be able to see that I did not do arbitrage. If the casino (sportsbook) has solid evidence against the player, then it must also present it, and Cryptoplay does not do that. The OP just says that their sports provider has the proof. It's funny, they don't have any sports provider, they only publish odds for a dozen football matches every day. They certainly don't need a sports provider for that. After all, the OP wrote this in post #12, which clearly means that they do not have any sports provider or third party: "Cryptoplay is a more classic crypto casino, every game is made by us, especially the sports." They simply have no money and need new naive players. People, run away from them... 1. You make accusations for which you have no evidence to support them. 2. It is logical that we take the events from a provider (not the iFrame), or maybe you think that we have 200 mice that sit and create odds and all the events just for us. 4. So far, I have had a total of 10 deposits and three withdrawals. I made the fourth withdrawal on Saturday and after that they asked me for KYC. I sent all the documents they asked for and after that they don't reply. Yesterday I asked in the chat what the problem was, and I got the answer that my account is under investigation. I never got an answer to my question about why and what type of investigation. This morning I asked the question again in the live chat and I got the answer that I have to be patient because their sports provider does not work on weekends. Since you don't have a license and have no intention of asking your customers for kyc, then why didn't you remove this part about kyc from your TOS? I spend around 15 minutes to find some information about any licensing. I think they don't have one yet but that should not be a concern at all. We have many casinos in bitcointalk who does not have a license and they are doing well. Hopefully Cryptoplay will do well too. The site looks very different at-least the homepage than all other casino those launches regularly. I answer honestly to any question and do not hide the fact that we do not have a license. One of the requirements of the license is to implement mandatory KYC, this is also one of the reasons why we did not add providers, because in a cryptocurrency casino, players must remain anonymous and we don't want to have mandatory KYC at Cryptoplay. We are mostly Classic Crypto Casino and not a "face of providers casino". I don't think I and many others who do not like KYC, they do mind at all. A crypto casino does not need a license but you need to accept the reality too. There are gamblers who feel safe [false hope of safeness though] when there are a license involved. But I have seen very little time when things went wrong a license provider was a help for the gamblers. Trustpilot has a very good system to detect fake reviews, most of the reviews are from Cryptoplay users, some names I recognized. I answer and try to solve any problem in the shortest possible time, my Telegram is public and with some users I talk on WhatsApp. It is impossible not to have complaints at a casino no matter how big and safe it is, after all the casino is a place where some users lose money and get frustrated, and because of this different complaints can appear.
