it seems the problem from the Os of windows7 32 bit
Maybe your os installed anti-virus app, and banned our built-in QR code function. Please run vpncoin wallet app under VMware, and don't install any anti-virus app, it will work fine. BTW: i using Win8, not install any anti-virus app, because Win8 built-in "Windows Defender". |

I think these small amounts of Reward Coins may not effect the price of VPN.
The it is simpler to receive a coin, the price is less it. And developer is right, i think most people using VPNcoin just to get free coins and sell them fast. The real question is: why so few people see any value in vpncoin/BitNet? The answer is: it's not usable enough at this moment. This must be changed. Sad but true. It's true, Our propaganda is not enough, No many people know BitNet and Vpncoin, and most people is coin speculation, they did not need vpn service. But we do the really things, I believe people will be understand and accept BitNet. |

I mean its uniqueness, its value, reason why it's here, etc. I think that you should stop giving the coins in free distribution and stop the dumps that they are doing with their free coins just to make some free & quick pennies, and on the other side, start PoS like 10k or MMXIV with higher staking %s or rewards, so that they won't just kill the value of their hard-earned coins. Just an opinion and not an offense towards community, the final decision is yours... I think 2015% stake rewards annually would be great as it's 2015, also must be on compound interest... Is Reward Coins are Over? There are no Reward Coins from last two days.
If it continues, Interest on VPN Coin may lower and many of our community members leave VPN..........
1, IRC reward not stop, but have a bug, Repeat sent coins, We are considering solutions. 2, Many people took the free coins to sell, it's not a good thing for BitNet. You should ONLY send rewards to addresses that have and hold a minimum fixed amount of (let's say) 50K VPN. This way the ones that want to come in for the quick free money to dump will have to purchase 50K VPNs first, so they will think about it twice if what they want is to dump the free coins. On the other hand serious newcomers will consider it an investment that will keep generating new coins for them - both by POS and with the rewards. The ones who were dumping all this time will probably move to something else, and you are left with the ones that hold. Of course the price of the coins will go up as there will be demand for it, and not so much dumping. Also, this is just a suggestion and I am sure there is probably a much better way to do it. Yes, we need to change something. Else Vpncoin will be killed by our reward free coins. |
