Been over a week, the issue hasn't been resolved yet, I am thinking that I should write a scam accusation thread now.
I remember promising to send you a pm once the issue has been fixed, but I completely forgot about it due to some bad habits that led to some users accusing me, so I was still stuck with that one. Back to your issue, I’d advice you go back and check again – I just did and I saw that twist verifier has been added now. I have tried it with my last few bets. Been a long time player on bc lost a lot and won a lot. Today i played twist game first time with big amounts i had tried it earlier a few bets. I lost a little over 89000$ in 6 bets on it, all were 0 multipliers, I have had lost 15 bets in a row at 2x too in dice and other games on bc and other sites but this twist game 6 looses just with a new seed seemed a little suspicious to me. I wanted to verify the results as the game is "Provably Fair" I thought it wont be an issue and site is legit but still had some doubt and wanted to verify. Now strangely after searching a lot, I am unable to find any documentation for how to verify the bets. On the bet slip when Verify is clicked it takes to a page which throws a 404 error as seen - https://prnt.sc/f4y7mx5IdagCOk no issue might be some error. Then i clicked the provably fair tab on bc and clicked on twist game, there the description it shows is no where related to twist game, you guys can read it here https://bc.game/help/provably-fair by clicking on twist game or see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/5yKZZdUMUpwA . And on the twist game if validate is clicked it takes to verification page of classic dice - https://prnt.sc/WMi9XC23376sOk no issue might be some error, I have a vip host on bc since over an year, I sent him the screenshots and asked him to get me an email id so I can raise it to proper person, because normal chat and email are mostly unhelpful, chat told me to clear cache check mirrors, change browser I did all that They then said try again later lol. Now the VIP Host first told me - "Asking around! Getting back to you once i got the correct info" After 4 hours I texted him for an update And 2 hours after that he got back to me - "Nop sorry it's compplicated i heard" This is what raised the alarm bells for me, is the game really provably fair or I got scammed of 89,000$? I have documented and captured screenshots for all I have said, someone from BC please help here, if the game is really provably fair please share documentation and prove the results of my bets! Apologies for any confusion earlier. We have fixed the issue with the validation link specifically for the Twist game. It should now be functioning properly. Please clear your browser cache and attempt to use the Twist game's validation link again to verify your bets. Additionally, we are currently working on fixing the error in the Fairness Verification description. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Thanks for your response, But unfortunately the same 404 error is coming please check again! I have tried using 2 mirror sites, cleared cache in firefox and used with that and tried with chrome incognito but same 404 error is coming. Don't know how nothing about twist game exists on their site properly, all other games have working verifier i think, i checked for 4-5 games, and previously also there was wrong link and how did they again put a wrong link.
I also checked the other links, they all pointed to the correct verifier. Then I wanted to have a look at the Javascript behind the "Verifier" button (the one you have to press to get to the verifier page). The navigation is most likely wired incorrectly there ... but unfortunately I haven't gotten around to it yet. It should be quite easy to fix the problem, the main problem is that they have to build and deploy a new release, which may take a while depending on their internal processes. You could otherwise ask support to simply send you the correct direct link in the meantime? Which links pointed to correct verifier? Can you share that? So I can use that to verify. Have already messaged support here to solve if they send direct link which is correct I have no issue then. You didn’t get what he’s trying to say, @Lakai01 wasn’t referring to twist game verifier. If I understood him correctly he was saying that the verifier of other games are working correctly, only that of twist still hasn’t been fixed (I just checked and it still redirected me to slot verifier). But since the support here is aware of the issue give them a few more days to sort it out. If there’s any update even if you’re not active I’ll make sure to send you a pm so that you can go and verify the game that you want to verify. Ok thanks man! |

Any veterans please check the twist game and if you are able to verify the results something is problematic with this for sure.
First of all, sorry for your loss, which is of course very bitter. I have just tried the page and when I click on "Twist" I am also directed to the Slots verify page: https://bcgame-project.github.io/verify/slots.htmlUnfortunately, it is not enough to simply replace "slots" with "twist" in the URL, the veryfier for Twist is probably hosted somewhere else. But I couldn't google anything about this in a hurry. Nevertheless, that wouldn't worry me any further for now, there is simply (again?) an incorrect link and probably needs to be fixed with an update. You guys need to check yourself first before asking me to try, till yest on the provably fair page then selecting twist and clicking validate was taking it to Classic Dice page Today it is taking to slots page which shows results as left, middle, right, ghost and blank. If i consider this to be twist game results then also i made some new bets to check how it will work as you guys dont have any document like other games for how the game generates results and how to verify, I spent like 30 mins on it but I couldn't understand how it will work, something seems off in that probably cause its not for twist game. Take 1-2 days, properly fix it add a guide on how this game works and how it should be verified and get back to me please, lets not waste each others time. I retraced all of your step to verify and see it for myself so I can understand your situation. It's probably a small error, like you initially guessed. Though your host's answer is indeed not satisfactory, let me try to get in touch with their representative here and see if he can take a look into what happened and address this matter. My host also recently messaged me - "I forwarded all your messages to devs. And they would keep me updated bro, ill ask again if they can hand me an email" so lets see if they do anything |

Ya, I don't know why I wrote about new seed, I know it won't affect chances, My post is not to draw a scam conclusion this early, I just want them to help me verify the bets as provably fair and if they are unable to do so then I will move on to creating new post in scam accusation. Sorry for your loss as it is a huge amount. Ya maybe the bets are fair but maybe they are not whatever the chance that maybe its a real possibility thats why the bets should be verified as per industry standards and I just want BC to help me verify my bets, lets see when their representative here comes online because he hasn't been here for a week or so |

I completely agree with you, the only thing I am asking the casino is to help me verify that my bets were indeed provably fair, a system error is ok, but the description on site where the explain how each game is provably fair is also wrong for the game and vip host and support haven't answered in a positive manner, if the vip host had just said that it is a system error and our backend team will fix it and get back to you, then it wasn't a problem.
But he said "Nop sorry it's compplicated i heard" that means he can't help, and support just says clear cache and try mirrors and close the chat.
Well, now I get the picture more clearer, and let me start now by saying that that response from the vip host is very unprofessional to say the least, and like you right said, the comment from customer care is also not helpful for me assuming I was in you shoes. What I did advice you do now is, get in touch with the Op of this thread, he or she is an official member of bc.game, get in touch with him or her by sending a pm if you haven't, and wait for him or her to respond, last online I see here was on 21st of December, last year, thats actually a long time but let's hope he or she comes online soon, I believe you will get a proper answer from him or her. But if actually you are feeling that you've been scammed, and can't wait too long to get a good response from the bc.game team, then go create a scam accusation against bc.game, this you can do in the scam and accusation board, make sure to read the rules to creating a scam accusation, And make sure your accusation is detailed enough. provably fair system is not working for the game
Vip host says its complicated and doesn't offer any help or solution
Provably fair article where they mention workings and verification process of all games has wrong info about twist workings of crash game are mentioned
Even the description of twist game show wrong description of crash
Normally a 6 streak loosing with a new seed wont raise suspicion but combine that with the above 4 points
AFAIK need seed won’t affect the chance rate of the outcome because the result is pure random. You can lose more than that even if you keep changing seed if you are unlucky. Your post is a form of question that main intention is draw a scam conclusion to the casino. Can you provide screenshot of VIP host message saying that it’s complicated? Do you mean that they can’t provide transparent result of your game? It’s very hard to conclude that their game is scam with just 6 lose streak in a game and use the error on Probably Fair verification as excuse to your lose. I believe you are using other games on BC because you mention above that you win and lose a lot in the past for a long time while other games on BC definitely doesn’t have probably fair feature just like slots which you are not complaining before. I understand your sentiment about can’t verify the probably fair of the game but it can’t be use as evidence to conclude a game as scam especially that you lose using small sample. You just lose huge amount on this 6 bets that’s you are questioning the integrity of the game. But I agree that BC should provide the transparent result of your game. There are actually several gamblers who fail to understand that anything is possible as long as its gambling we are talking about, and even old players aren't excluded, some Old players still seem not to fully understand the risks involved in gambling. Any amount of money, can be lost even in a single roll, it could be a hundred thousand dollars, it could also be a million dollars, as far as they system allows a player to make or place such huge bets, there is a chance that it can be lost, the system can not because the money you bet is high, make you win when you are supposed to lose, and this is why we are being advised to always gamble with as much as we can afford to lose. And concerning being unable to prove or check that the game is indeed provably fair, that is a simply system error and it happens from time to time, it's nothing new, and I personally do not see that as a red flag that should make a gambler or gamblers suspicious of the activities or genuineness of the casino.
