Is anyone here from the Philippines and has tried depositing using our local e-wallet, Paymaya? I'm trying to deposit using Paymaya and I was directed to this link:
Code:
https://udnb.udpay.beauty/api/payment_direct/redirect/1786630764852223197
. The link seems strange to me like it looks like a phishing link. Can someone confirm that it's not phishing link, because this link really came from bc.game

[...] Does anyone know if the giveaway is still active? I have got some time today so planned to do it later today to claim the 10$.

It still is, they've sent to the first 50 participants a couple of weeks ago, and currently open themselves for another 50, I am quite sure they still have some slot if you or anyone else interested, I believe they'll announce it if they've reached the 100 participants quota.

Have you ever experienced any emails like a reset password from a BC game recently? Or is it just me and my friend who might have gotten either our browser or our email exposed to some third-party site?

I use BC games a lot, even when their thread is not active here. I still play win and withdraw, but it has been close to a week since I last visited the casino. Today I got a message from my friend asking if I was the one trying to reset his password, which I declined because it was not me, and I taught it was an error from his end, but getting the same email this evening again is what I don't understand, and I did not request a change of password.

I have used one dedicated email for all my casino accounts, and they are just used for casino only, so I don't know if this issue was from my end or that of theirs. If anyone has received such a password reset email, please let me know.

I have been conscious of my mails recently because of the promotional mails that I have been receiving but I haven’t seen any form of a reset password message yet.

If you know you didn’t initial forgotten password yourself then just disregard the message and if possible see if you can change to a different email address because since they (attacker) have your email address it’s highly likely that you’ll be getting more phishing messages from them, so to be on the safe side just create another email and make some changes to your accounts.

Can you provide the address of the sender of that email? If it's a phishing attempt and the email was not from BC officials, they can confirm it here. In form of a screenshot with your credential censored will be much appreciated.

Yes, I deliberately forgot my password to see who will send me a password reset email, and I can confirm if it's the same one as you provided, so a phishing attempt can somewhat be crossed from the list. Do you mind checking your gmail online session? See if someone accessed it from different place than yours and he's been the one who keep requesting a password reset to gain access to your account.

Anyway, whatever that is, I noticed that the reset password email only give a link to reset and not a link that said "this is not me" that'll prompt them to lock the account from any further breach attempt. By your consent, I will send a PM to their support team and asking him to temporarily block your account for requesting any further password reset and perhaps isolating your IP that only your IP can access the platform, at least for the time being.

~cut out~

Maybe you and your friend might have registered in some Casino which is not real maybe they are just after stealing users data and trying to use it to enter other casino to see if they can get their hand on something, if you can be able to change the email on your casinos then I will advice you do that, but for the main time even as you use same email for other casino hope you don’t make the mistake of using the same password for all of them because if the error is from any fake casino you might register on and the password used their is able to match anywhere else then I think some of your account might be in danger.

Can't you remember any of those third party websites or services that you've used? I think that this is the same case that I've been receiving from other website(not bc.game) and someone's trying to access or unlock my account. If you are aware of those things that you've mentioned and you think that you are not at fault and you never have logged in elsewhere. It might not be you that have triggered this and allowed some bad actors.
Since you've mentioned that you've used that email for most of your casino accounts. Here are two things, maybe the problem is on your friend, he probably has some unknown or random websites visited and used the same login details for registering. If not, do you remember if you used the same login details from other casinos and bc.game?

Be careful if you didn't request a reset password email as bc.game just announced on their site that these emails are a fishing attempt. It should not compromise your account in any way and they also recommend to add 2FA to your account. Just report these emails and ignore them if you receive these mails.

BIG WINNER!

Email looks real:
Code:
 support@bc.game

I also received the same email, it's not the first time I have received a similar email from a casino, but I don't pay any attention to it, I simply ignore it and that's it.

Be careful if you didn't request a reset password email as bc.game just announced on their site that these emails are a fishing attempt. It should not compromise your account in any way and they also recommend to add 2FA to your account. Just report these emails and ignore them if you receive these mails.

I didn't notice that news on the BC site, but here is the confirmation that something is happening. Anyway, 2FA and ignoring these emails is the right thing to do.

Happy New Year, I hope that we will have more luck and some really big wins next year!  Smiley

We are in the same group. If you have used your email on several websites for several purposes, you don't know if one of them sold their database online. Now, they can check if these emails were registered on certain platforms or not. There was a time when my email was compromised and my old ETH wallet was hacked too. I remember getting an email from block.io that I requested for password change which I did not. Not only from casinos, someone tried to reset my facebook password too. But, what could I do except ignore them? Now I know that I am not the only one who have received such emails.

Have you ever experienced any emails like a reset password from a BC game recently? Or is it just me and my friend who might have gotten either our browser or our email exposed to some third-party site?
I have never received any e-mails for password reset and I believe an hacker might got information about your e-mail and that hacker is trying to send you those e-mails as a phishing attempt to hack your passwords. Be careful from such e-mails and also tell your friend to be careful because those hackers can damage your account a lot if they get access to it. That's why I believe 2FA is a good solution because even after having someone's password the hackers can't do much hard and the user can easily change the password in such conditions.

I agree It's okay to stay vigilant and take security measures to protect your accounts. My question is, does your bc.game account have a balance? If it has no balance hackers will not waste time sending emails to accounts without a balance. Anyway, my account has no balance either haha probably thats the reason why we didn't receive that phishing link attempt email. Hackers may use many methods to gather information about our account including our balance.

I don’t think the balance in an account is a criteria that hackers use to send phishing emails. My account still has some funds in it yet I didn’t receive any Reset password mail, this user just happened to have exposed his email address one way or another and same with others that have also received it.

And another thing is that they (the hackers) only have his email address they still don’t have the password or login details of the email so it’s impossible for them to have known if his account or his friend’s account have been funded or not, they are simply just trying their luck.

I also received the same email, it's not the first time I have received a similar email from a casino, but I don't pay any attention to it, I simply ignore it and that's it.
By any chance did this happen recently? Or is it something that happened in the past?

It happens from time to time... Except for this case with BC.Game, which happened on December 30, a few months ago, something similar happened to me with Rocketpot. Or it was more than a few months ago, I couldn't find the mail. Messages in the trash are being deleted after 30 days... I don't even remember the others, I have been gambling in crypto casinos since 2015, and I was active in many casinos and crypto services.

I don’t think the balance in an account is a criteria that hackers use to send phishing emails. My account still has some funds in it yet I didn’t receive any Reset password mail, this user just happened to have exposed his email address one way or another and same with others that have also received it.

I agree with you, these hacking attempts have nothing to do with the current balance. I received similar messages from casinos/services where I have not been active for a long time and where my balance is zero.

That is what bc.game also stated on their website that no other details about your account have been compromised. I also have some small funds on the site left and didn't receive the mail. As iv4n mentioned, it happens from time to time on multiple casinos even on those you have not been active on since a while.

Been a long time player on bc
lost a lot and won a lot.

Today i played twist game first time with big amounts i had tried it earlier a few bets.

I lost a little over 89000$ in 6 bets on it, all were 0 multipliers, I have had lost 15 bets in a row at 2x too in dice and other games on bc and other sites but this twist game 6 looses just with a new seed seemed a little suspicious to me.

I wanted to verify the results as the game is "Provably Fair"
I thought it wont be an issue and site is legit but still had some doubt and wanted to verify.

Now strangely after searching a lot, I am unable to find any documentation for how to verify the bets.

On the bet slip when Verify is clicked it takes to a page which throws a 404 error as seen - https://prnt.sc/f4y7mx5IdagC

Ok no issue might be some error.

Then i clicked the provably fair tab on bc and clicked on twist game, there the description it shows is no where related to twist game, you guys can read it here https://bc.game/help/provably-fair by clicking on twist game or see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/5yKZZdUMUpwA .

And on the twist game if validate is clicked it takes to verification page of classic dice - https://prnt.sc/WMi9XC23376s

Ok no issue might be some error,

I have a vip host on bc since over an year, I sent him the screenshots and asked him to get me an email id so I can raise it to proper person, because normal chat and email are mostly unhelpful, chat told me to clear cache check mirrors, change browser I did all that
They then said try again later lol.

Now the VIP Host first told me - "Asking around! Getting back to you once i got the correct info"

After 4 hours I texted him for an update
And 2 hours after that he got back to me - "Nop sorry it's compplicated i heard"

This is what raised the alarm bells for me, is the game really provably fair or I got scammed of 89,000$?

I have documented and captured screenshots for all I have said, someone from BC please help here, if the game is really provably fair please share documentation and prove the results of my bets!

You are right and I completely agree with you, there are some gamblers who are fond of posting screenshots of their gambling account online, it could necessarily be that they are or were trying to share something else, but their account balance is reflecting in the background. So, when scammers see such, what they normal will do is save that shot, and then try digging to find the email address associated with such or that account, once they luckily get hold of the email address that belongs to that account they have its screenshot in their possession, what they do now is to start sending doctored emails to that address, making sure that the emails look exactly like the ones sent from the casino where the account is registered.

This is why it's very important that gamblers do well not to be exposing their account balances online through screenshots, for we know not who is watching, and in times when a gambler must share screenshot that have their account balance in it, they should do well to blur the balance.

But again, its important to also not that, even after blurring, if the scammers still sense that there is a good amount of funds in such account behind that blur, they still can try to get the email of such account to try to hack.
