wallet win ?

I think he was confused.  That is the link to the lucky number giveaway at the top of the OP.  The windows wallet from the OP is listed further down LandangGalau.  I will not post it here because it should be downloaded from the OP and the OP only.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ████████████████████ [X˛] ██████████████ on: December 07, 2015, 09:49:26 PM
hi, when I get the coin on exchange? are there any deadlines?

This isn't always up to the dev...  the community should email / tweet all exchanges and request it be added.

Getting listed on an exchange isn't an automatic process.

It is for some exchanges.  They charge you a fee and the coin gets listed.

Other exchanges however do not follow this practice.  Every exchange is different and they each have their own listing/delisting policies.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SDP]SydPak Coin[X13][POW/POS]NINJA RELEASE!!!!!!! on: November 28, 2015, 09:45:22 PM
What a bunch of garbage, there is no online nodes, I cant sync, and I have over 10 nodes listen from ip's i have pulled from the postings in this forum. Your DNS Seeds are the same and you dont even have any additional nodes set inside the code, What the fuck is this? a shit show? Do you need some real help from someone who knows what  the hell they are doing? PM me if you do. Otherwise fix your shitty coin and post nodes that are actually online with the proper ports open, Thanks.
Straight Copy Paste yet your trying to convince people your serious, not to mention the first 5 addresses on the richlist have more than 95% of this coin. LOL?

Pretty bad distribution isnt it?

I can't speak for the quality of the coin or anything that has to do with development because I have nothing to do with it.  I do currently run the block explorer though, so I may be able to help with the wallet not syncing by providing the IP addresses of live nodes here.  The 5 nodes that it currently is connected to are as follows:

Code:
addnode=198.199.95.130:54321
addnode=159.203.18.164:54321
addnode=75.118.11.55:54321
addnode=151.226.171.180:54321
addnode=81.107.187.223:54321

Also dev: Why did you remove the link to the github from the OP?  That is useful information that many would want/need, especially if they are to run a daemon.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LiteDoge - such Community coin | no premine | very fast | much profit on: November 23, 2015, 03:15:01 AM
What happened to LiteDoge exchanges? I tried going to the Bittrex exchange site, but it looks like they have removed the LDOGE to BTC market. All I get is a message stating that the Page could not be found. Any hints? Also, I've checked Coinmarketcap, but on the markets list there is 0% volume trading on all of them. Is this coin dead already?  Huh

LDOGE is currently trading on Yobit and Cryptopia.  It's a shame that bittrex delisted due to inactivity, but that is because most are staking the coin right now.  It has currently been raising in difficulty to the highest level of difficulty that it has ever been at.  Fewer are selling and instead staking.  Bittrex does not like that because they make less money off of people holding their coins rather then selling.

Great news guys...we now have official raspberry pi wallets (thanks to Fuzzbawls)!

These wallets were built using a Raspberry Pi2 and have been tested on both Raspbian Wheezy and Raspbian Jessie.  They should run on the regular Raspberry Pi Model B+ as well but have not been tested on that platform.

Here are the download links:

heavensopen - Please add to the OP when you get a chance.

That's GREAT news ctgiant!  Don't you also have a working wallet for the ODroid?  It costs about the same and is faster than the RaspberryPi 2...

I do.  I'm working on a static build instead of an image though to make the download size more reasonable.  That and people can just add it to their existing ODroid Ubuntu OS if they are already using one.

Hey, anyone know how to make a decent conf. file?
Every time, my wallet gets closed, I have no nodes.
I have to add nodes manually in rpc. Then, if wallet
gets closed. I have to add nodes manually again.
I could just add the nodes in note pad, then put in
roaming app data folder. But does not seem to work that way.
If someone make a decent conf. file that works, i will give them
500k Lite Doge. then put it on the OP also, so others can use it.
I get the nodes from presstab's block explorer.
http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/LDOGE/nodes.php

Peace, Dennis

P.S. I will check out Yobit for the coin giveaway, I have a few I could add there as well!

Dennis - Here is a conf file with many addnodes taken from my block explorer a few months ago.  It gets my local QT wallet 20-40 connections.  Name it litedoge.conf (lowercase) and put it in the AppData folder.

http://pastebin.com/wfdjASQD

Hope this helps you and anyone else who might be having issues.

130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]~GenesysCoin~1st in Wallet Web Based Games [~MANDATORY UPDATE TO v1.3.8~!] on: November 16, 2015, 11:35:09 PM
We are now Officially running on the Latest Genesys-Core v1.3.8 - Please Update your Wallet As Soon As Possible. Download Links in OP.
We will continue to test and Improve the Currency Core - If you encounter any BUGs, please let us know and we will fix them in the next version.
Our next version will be Upgraded to the New Bitcoin Core Code - we may do a Coins Swap if it is necessary for a clean Blockchain - but if
everything is Tested and working well (with the current Blockchain) then there will be no Coins Swap.
We already started the switch to the New Bitcoin Core Code.

Our previous Posts have Few images showing the Development Progress of GenesysConfront. Due to the heavy load of work and testing, we cannot guarantee
an actual Date for the Confront Demo release but we are doing our best to have it ready between January and end of February 2016.
A good and Unique Project like Confront cannot be done in a short Timeline - so please stay tuned and have trust in the Genesys Projects. We will have more
Demos to show until the Release date of the beta version. We made a Big Progress up to now but we still have few Features that need to be done before Confront
can be usable in production.

GSY-Team

chain.genesyscoin.com wallet is up to date, but the latest transactions have stopped at 149305.  Thought you guys might want to know.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Faucet coin [drop] Exchange give away on: November 15, 2015, 02:26:47 AM
I think before jump in a big exchange we need volume, and a working block explorer

The block explorer is back up.  The owner apparently had some issues with the server and was working hard to fix it.

We are currently using both threads for informational purposes. We are transitioning to the above alternate thread for bounties and such. Feel free to fund the faucet! I am waiting for a block to split to send payments for the faucet, faucet funding, Mac wallet, and updated source.

Ok Whos taking over as developer Huh Grin because I have submitted spouts to a new exchange and got a reply today that the developer needs to send a support ticket in to VERY possibly get on this new exchange which is about to take off! Its a start so please post who is in charge cause it looks like if we don't respond in 7 days we get denied!

To the best of my knowledge, no one really knows.  It's someone over in China that hasn't updated the github in several months.  Maybe someone who speaks Chinese can find out on one of the Chinese forums.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CON] PayCon™ HI POS | LiteStake | Multisend | TOR | Android | Cryptsy on: November 07, 2015, 01:43:55 PM
4-5 more months and we will reach the max coin cap. I think the price will skyrocketing at next spring. Smiley
These is a max coin cap? Never knew that lol

From the first thread:

Specs
X13 - POS/POW
Block Time 60 Seconds
Max Money 20,000,000
Diff adjust per block

The supply now is 13,8m so 6.2m left.
6.2m/30 coins=~206k blocks.
60 seconds*206k=206k minutes=~3400 hours=~143 days

In the source code You can find this in the main.h, line 41:
static const int64_t MAX_MONEY = 20000000 * COIN;

So in about 5 months - POS will end due to max coins reached?

I dont think that is the case. Most likely just a small mistake in the original post. Smiley

And in the source code too, right? Tongue

I'm pretty sure that:
Code:
static const int64_t MAX_MONEY = 20000000 * COIN;
does not mean what you think it does.

It is commonly mistaken as the maximum number of coins that can be produced, but that is not actually the case.  The constant MAX_MONEY actually caps transaction size and not total coin supply.  The behavior of the wallet based on MAX_MONEY is just to refuse any transactions that are attempting to send more then that number of coins.  This is why several altcoins that were supposed to be capped based on the developer's misunderstanding of MAX_MONEY have gone over their stated total coin supply.

Because of this, CON staking will not end in 5 months.  Based on the current code in main.cpp, it will go on with a reward of 30 + fees indefinitely unless the code is changed in the future or if I missed something in the code pertaining to GetProofOfStakeReward.

Here is a link to a Sprouts Staking Mac wallet that I have built:

http://www.filedropper.com/sprouts-mac-qt

I have also added a new pull request to the sprouts github that removes the checkpoint warning in the wallet.  It can be found here: https://github.com/sproutcoin/sprouts/pull/6

Since it will probably not be merged because the repository seems to not be maintained anymore, you can get the source with the merged request included from my sprouts fork at: https://github.com/ctgiant/sprouts

136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]~GenesysCoin~1st in Wallet Web Based Games [~NEW WALLET UPDATE TO v1.3.1~!] on: November 07, 2015, 12:47:20 AM
Hi, I updated my wallet to version 1.3.1.0. Everything went fine (wallet is syncing,having 10 active connections).
Just one thing, now after the update when I want to unlock the wallet, entering the passphrase is not possible. The textfield for the passphrase is not editable.
Is this a bug or a feature?  Undecided

What scarce a bit, I have sent 1GSY to GNX2npLQoZapV8mb6etnMpcAswWQrLwLeT
with TX-ID 142ff48466ef21dc267577018ba8d831067cdce35b4710548c064c96bc0bae47-000
but after an hour still no confirmation and it is not visible in the network/blockchain explorer...

I can't speak for the wallet issue for unlocking as I don't have the gaming wallet installed, but the TX was sent.  It currently has 31 confirmations. To check it with the blockchain remove the "-000" from the end of the TXID

Hello @The dripper, i like you distribution method (ended now) but are you affiliate with @DoubleDROP.xyz
I just think it's a good distrib method for a high staking coin! But if only one try to build a staking pool and don't pay users, that guy had nothing to be here.(@DoubleDROP.xyz)

Nope, i warnt people for participating on that site and didnt put it in the OP you can read back about this.
Dont know who/where this person is. And its a ponzi handle with caution with that.

I just asking, and i think that guy @DoubleDROP.xyz had nothing to be here to propage is scam!
But some people believe in this and send coin.
Maybe we need a block explorer with a rich list to see!

@The dripper, believe in you! Your distrib is fair

EDIT: It's the FIRST wallet i can't see the total supply with a getinfo in console!

It works fine in my wallet:
"blocks" : 4246,
"moneysupply" : 20431.69003000,

It has been pretty quiet....we have been looking at new streams of brand recognition and/or revenue.   We have also been working on the wallet.  We are working to clean up the code, but we were hoping that others would get involved to assist in looking over the cleanup process to make sure that nothing is being damaged in the process.  Once that is done we will be working on updating the code and adding features to the wallet.  For the time being though, the wallet functions well and the staking rate is correctly decreasing by 2,000 ldoge per block per month, so we are moving forward with the mantra that slow and steady wins the race.

If anyone would like to volunteer their time to looking over the code cleanup, please PM me and will I assist in getting you involved in the dev team's efforts.

Thanks for all that are working on projects to further ldoge's brand recognition.  Also as a reminder -- anyone who creates any service that furthers LDOGE's functionality, such as a payment platform (or anything else for that matter) will be rewarded with bounties from the community bounty fund.
