1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Native Americans + Bitcoin on: March 05, 2012, 02:01:02 PM
I'm a native. All you white wetback illegal immigrants need to stay out of our business. If we wanted a currency we would have a currency. At this point we're content to run you into the ground financially with our casinos you just can't seem to stay out of.

carry on.

Hey there,

If you look around the forums you will see TradeHill's US Banks accounts got frozen suddenly.
They can give you some more info, but it took a week to get a new account up and money from the old account is in process of being sent over to the new bank.

I know its frustrating, but we are working on the issue now and you should see a resolution and announcement from us and TradeHill in a few days about getting your money out.

If its a super emergency, send me a PM and Ill see if we could help

-Charlie

Thanks really and truly for that but this is a BTC balance. It's what i sent through BitInstant just yesterday. By the way, *you* rock! I'm totally impressed with what you have going on. That's how to properly run a business and gain someone's trust and support.

I just hate that the price is down since the trade and I'm still waiting on, apparently, a manual approval that should have certainly been done by the time I woke up this morning. 22 hours is well long enough in my estimation.

BitInstant - seriously, virtually instantaneous

Tradehill = WTF?

That just really sums up my entire feeling right now.

Regards,
Chris

When did any appearance of being properly run disappear? Tradehill has nearly 1000 USD of my money and after many, many emails I've still not received a single response. It's well past their "up to 12 hours" time frame for BTC withdrawal. Has anyone else had a massive screw up like this happen recently? I've searched around here in the forums and can't seem to find a large number of instances such as this. It is however, very disturbing.
7  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Crypto X Change TRADE FREE 0% Trade Commission's Until the End of January 2012! on: January 24, 2012, 02:41:38 PM
This is *truly* excellent news considering the rate at which TradeHill and Mt.Gox routinely screw with large sums of *other* peoples money.

The second I get my BTC balance off TradeHill, I'll be moving to Crypto X Change and not looking back even once.

Outstanding work being done at CryptoX apparently. Well done.

i *really* can't have someone just arbitrarily hold A FUKTON of my money with no explanation or response.

cryptoexchange it is! thanks for the good feedback on that y'all!
9  Economy / Currency exchange / I need a new exchange to use! on: January 24, 2012, 01:14:08 PM
i'm trying to solicit some opinions for a decent exchange that doesn't fuk about.

tradehill are screwing things up *badly* they have several hundreds of *my* dollars that I've lost money on now because of the WELL past 12 hour xfer time and still no sign of my BTC.

Anyone have any experience with cryptoexchange? that's looking like a good call perhaps.

I'm having the same issue as well. With nearly 1000 USD worth of bitcoin. Seriously, wtf makes TradeHill think I'm OK with *them* sitting on a THOUSAND DOLLARS of MY money

12  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [BitInstant] Instantly Deposit Cash at 4 Different Banks into MtGox and TradeHil on: December 31, 2011, 03:43:38 AM
When exchangeB closed, I was bummed. Really bummed. BitInstant has brightened my day quite a bit now though. I've used BitInstant twice now. Once with a Dwolla deposit and the next with a cash bank deposit. So far, this service is epic. The longest part of the Dwolla transaction was waiting on Dwolla/my bank. The cash bank deposit was credited to my Tradehill account before I got home from the bank....it's only 3 miles ffs. My only, relatively minor, complaint is the bank deposit fee is a little steep when it's a large deposit. All things considered, *outstanding* job BitInstant. +1
