The exchanges offering IEO are just too much but all the same it is still better than ICO because of the instant liquidity that IEO provides. An average investor will prefer to invest in initial exchange offering (IEO) knowing fully well that he will be able to sell his token after the fund raising without wasting much time like in ICO

Bitcoin has returned to recovery and in the future bitcoin will be brighter, and I think bitcoin won't take much longer to reach 6k.

I just can't see how anyone can take this project seriously. You buy-in with real money using ETH or BTC then they award you in the unlikely event you win with untradeable worthless market crashing play money. And even if you could trade it in, what stops the people controlling the supply of cashing it in themselves? Do you really trust some randoms not to cash in on hundreds of millions of dollars if they could? Do they have any proof of solvency, history or proof of reliability in the past?

Looks funny at first, but then it looks quite serious and actually fun. I am excited about this. It was like betting on a real horse. I read this in a book about habit, scientist use mouse to study habits with the same idea with tracks. So I think in the future these races will mostly be won by older or more experienced rats. Because they tend to have the habit more engraved on their mind.

The main goal of the project - create ecosystem where is your reputation will be more expensive then profits that user will receive from frauds. If you will loose your reputation, there is no chance in future to create new account with "clear" reputatuion again. So first of all - to create your ICO, you need to register and complete special KYC and AML procedure. All this information, received after KYC procedure will be hashed and hash will be saved, so there is no chance that you will complete KYC twice using same information. After that, founder will got to complete special agreement with Illuminates platform, and define project soft cap (if project wouldn't reach soft cap, all invested funds will be returned to backers). Project owners will receive special instruments to creating financial and technical reports about project stance and this reports in future will be obligated. Besides that we will control projects spendings, after fudnraising, and if we will find some suspicious activity, like for example creating order on our freelance exchange for development (will be included in next releases) and picking specific developer who takes 100k for 1 hour of work, gathere fund would be blocked on the smart contract.
Another level of security - judges system. There will be special cotegory of users - judges. To became one of them user first of all will need to proof his/her expertise on illuminates freelance exchange. Have you ever thought of this before?

When I first heard of IEOs from smaller exchanges, I thought they were simply catering to one of the demands of ICO investors which is immediate exchange listing.

Then came the bigger centralized exchanges like Binance, Bittrex, and Kucoin. It somehow made me wonder why would they open up their platform to crowdfunding. Maybe because they also think that the ICO market is dying? If so, then that would mean less new projects. With less new projects, less potential source of income (listing fees). 

So in the end, it is still all about the $$$. These exchange are probably afraid of losing one of their major source of income 


What's your take on this?

As they say, there is a buyer for each product, it was and always will be, I personally will think about this many times

This is the first time I read about BitcoinSV as I search this is an altcoin hard fork from bitcoin. Most of the site that I know still don't have this kind of coin in their platform, not to wonder this was just fork last November.

Since you already have substantial community members, although more is needed, listing on global exchange and CMC or other market watch sites, might also help to bring more increase.
That is just my opinion, I do not know if I am outrightly correct.
