Ok, so you want a refund after you know his method? I'm pretty sure you can sell the empty card and if your customer want to load the card, you can simply ask them to give you the money + fee to load into the card. I have bought your ebook. No, I bought this method because I need new VCC verify PayPal to load Bing for my job. I don't sell VCC.

Everybody can buy and afterwards come tell me they bought this e-book for a totally different purpose and come ask for a refund. That's why i am very clear on what i'm selling.
