Hashnest has massive problems since April 2021, and i hope they come back to normal payouts at any time.

the hashnest member get me an answer of my post from early May, that i received no payouts for my RX590 cards since 15.04.2021
i have to read all the announcements, they planed to move, then power outage, finally they have to move in advance

i take time to read all the announcements, i picked up the announcements for ETH Cards, here is my resume:

at 14.04.2021 there was an announcement #164 for an relocation of mining farm for 10 days from 30.04 - 10.05.2021
payouts stopped at 15.04.2021
at 16.04.2021 there was an announcement #167 for an inspection by power supplier
at 20.04.2021 there was an announcement #169 for resuming payouts of ETH, nothing happend
at 26.04.2021 there was an announcement #173 for relocating in advance. All hashrates may be restored around 1st May 2021    (it was 12.May)
at 10.05.2021 there was an announcement #176 that some 590 cards turned on and fully payout of 590 cards will be around 16th May (it never happend)
payouts resumed at 12.05.2021
at 14.05.2021 there was an announcement #177 that there is  a lack of water and power is strictly rationed, All mining contact will be affected (yes, this happend)
at 15.05.2021 payout go down to 1,50$ per RX590card
at 10.06.2021 payout go down to 0,56$ per RX590card
at 15.06.2021 there was an announcement #181 that 5700 cards turned on today, and for the other nearby mining farms power issues will be resolved around end of June

payout per RX590card is still down to 0,56$  per day, and this is a kind of nothing

this is an endless string of announcements since April, and nobody knows what new announcement comes at end of june

maybe it will be a kind of this one:
30.06.2021
Dear valued users,
Thank you so much for your patience!
The new Antminer E9 is coming to market and the maintenance fee for 5700 and RX590 Cards is greater than 80% of mining revenues, market will be closed
...

i am massive disappointed of this company and hashnest seems not willingness to give any kind of credit to his customers

You need to read all the announcements, we planed to move, then power outage, finally we have to move in advance.
i was looking for some missing posts and see that a lot of announcements are on your support site, and not here in this forum.
this is my failure.

you can write " dear customer, take a look at the official hashnest support site, there are some announcements for the downtimes"
but thats not your kind of conversation, and i have to deal with

i am good with you kind of business, your contract terms give you the right to do what ever you want, and i have accepted that (big mistake)
but i am not happy with 4 weeks of GPU RX590 downtime.. (yes i know, you have announced that)
5  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: May 09, 2021, 09:41:44 PM
I have been receiving payouts on the GPU RX590 since January but stopped receiving on April 22nd.
I have left a support ticket more than once with no response.
The ETH INN A10 PRO started paying again on May 6th. after the move.
I think the 590's are at a different farm that they may have no control of.

They postet on 14.04. that there will be no payout from 30 April 2021 to 10 May 2021.
in my Wallet there was no Payout since 15. April, there was a minimal payment at 21/22. April, but only minimal amount.

As a gift for the 3-4 Weeks without any Payment, they will adjust the electricity fee of ETH mining contracts from 0.075 to 0.095/KWH.
You can say thanks Hashnest, after Weeks without any Payout it will be a pleasure for me, to give you more fee as befor ;-)

++++++++++++++++++++++++
"Dear users,
Due to an increase in electric cost of our mining farm, we have to adjust electricity fee of ETH mining contracts to 0.095/KWH. Only A10Pro, RX5700 and RX590 have been affected.
Due to Carbon neutral, we will relocate one of our mining farms to southwest of China from 30 April 2021 to 10 May 2021. During these 10 days, payout allocation of all mining contracts except K5, RX5700 and RX590 will be affected and paused.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

I didn't even notice the date on that.  Ouch.
Also heya Toni! I remember your name from the GAW forum post way back when.
Hope this isn't a repeat.
hey PeaMine, i´m in this business since 2014 and was one of the people scammed by GAW and LTC Gear and other bad company´s
but bitmain and hashnest was trustworthy for years, i hope this will be unchanged

in the dark years of crypto it was a bad sign if payout stopped, first days, then weeks, then it went to never

8  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: January 12, 2021, 04:57:24 PM
the payout rate for GPU598 change from 0.00224ETH at 10.01.2021 to
0.00187 at 11.01.2021  ==> this is a drop to -16%
the payout rate today is better, seems that we have to talk about it ;-)
0.00296 is the best rate for the last days
9  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: January 11, 2021, 07:30:08 PM
Same here. Every day i got half of amount that HN calculator showing durring previous day.
seems that it is hard to calculate any payout as an hashnest customer.

the Ethereum Network Difficulty change from 4.00P at 10.01.2021 to
4.11P at 11.01.2021   ==> less 3%

the payout rate for GPU598 change from 0.00224ETH at 10.01.2021 to
0.00187 at 11.01.2021  ==> this is a drop to -16%

and when you look to whattomine.com  GPU profitability ranking an similar AMD GPU will
mine Ethereum with 30MHs at an expected payout rate from 0.0030  (Hashnest pays 0.00187 ;-)

yes, maybe there is a difference between calculations from other services, but at the end the hashnest
payouts are worst at all

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEW BAIKAL MINER BK-G28 released. on: January 21, 2019, 01:35:21 PM
Vosk, what are the symptoms of the crash - does the miner lock up entirely, or does it just stop hashing (either on one board or all) ?
anyone have their g28 crash on groestl?

I have 15 G-28 and they randomly crash all the time. I cannot spend a day without having to manually unpower and power back at LEAST 6 unit as they do not cycle themselve upon a crash.

http://prntscr.com/llk8fi
http://prntscr.com/llk8ru
http://prntscr.com/llk90p

Baikal skype support has no idea what's up.

Oh, as some other said, got multiple board that were not in the right slot and bent. 1 unit wouldn't power up at all because one of the board was missing a capacitance and now only run with 6 instead of 7 board.

Seriously, never again will I purchase from Baikal unless they do something about this.

Has anyone found a fix for this? Two of my three G-28's crash atleast everyday while one of them seem to be able to go for a week or so. I am forced to power cycle them to get them to hash again, but about 50% of the time of when power cycling them they fail to boot up correctly and will not hash. This forces me to power cycle each machine sometimes multiple times in a row.

My solution to this was to put them on a switched PDU and/or smart outlets on a schedule to cycle every few hours; however half of the scheduled resets result in a non-hashing machine until the next scheduled reset (which is every 2-4 hours currently, I will have to adjust for more frequent resets however it seems they will still only correctly cycle about half the time.)

At this rate; since about 50% of my power cycles result in a non-functioning machine, the BK-G28's are effectively only hashing 50% of the time. This is catastrophic.

Anyone else with similar experiences?

do you found a fix for this?
one of my two G-28's crash atleast everyday like yours, I am always forced to power cycle them to get them to hash again.
but last days, it crash 2 or 3 times a day

Finally got my stuck withdrawal returned after almost a month and now I can't even withdraw 20 LTC without a "approval from management".

What is going on Hashnest!?
for about 2 days maintenance on Litecoin Wallet, so you cannot take
out your LTC before Fork-Time

Nice Try Bitmain

is there an announcement about the 2 day maintanance ?
if you go to wallet and then try to withdrawal LTC, there is a blue Line with error code:
"wallet server is in maintenance, please try again later"
this message shows up for 2 days now

My A3 was showing the fault light and lost hashing power.  My hashing chart on SIA looked just like VOSK's.  Not a hardware issue.  Everything seems to be back.  Hopefully.

all the other a3 seems to be back to normal, mybe a test or a siamining-pool error
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 24, 2018, 06:32:12 PM
I got my popcorn ready..this is going to be fun to watch over the next few days.  Cool

Currently about 100 A3's being turned on per hour...looks like a big farm in china is coming online.

Hash will be over 10EH by end of the month.
I think someone just turned the power off in China, -10% hash rate ;-)
the top miners on siamining.com have lost the hashrate, all these 800gh miners lost the hashrate more then 50% in
last hour.
pick up the top miners and take a look at the workers
SoftFork is goin on?

20  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: January 02, 2018, 08:03:56 PM
order 2 Pcs
Shipping date: Jan 21-31 2018
arrival date:    Dez 22 2017

Tested just now.
They have different fans, from hardware version to bminner version everything different.
Both take longer to start mining than usual.
One of the them is howling louder than usual, changing fan-speed between 5'000 to 6'000 every minute or so (I think this was happening with the very first autotune batches).
Have a strange feeling on this.
Can it be, Bitmain is clearing they're mines in order to get space for 9nm ?

can confirm that
my 13.5th miner listed for 21-30Jan is arrived Dez 21 2017
other firmware, fans louder than all the other S9, more power consuption, like 1500W,  this pre shipped miners are crap

btw: flashing latest firmware helped a lot

I received one last month that constantly changes fan speed (4k to 6k), etc. - I tried updating the firmware, but it's still the same.   When you say flashing the latest helped - which version are you running now?  (Antminer-S9-all-201708151137-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz)?

Thanks!

Jesse

this one (Antminer-S9-all-201708151137-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz)
doesnt help (to me)
