This would make up for an interesting case of the year. Once the ruling is out, we will see how judges and juries treat bitcoin and whether or not they'll favor with crypto or the banks. For me, that's already a shady business practice on what the above-mentioned banks are doing, and it wiuld be injustice if the court would rule in favor of Chase. Idk but if Chase treat crypto purchases as cash advances, shouldn't other things bought using their credit cards be treated as cash advances as well for they are essentially buying things from the banks' money.
Watch video on article. Dimon told that blockchain is transparent and secure.Maybe he didn't want to say that

I think Tottenham going to win their semifinals against Ajax, In the last two rounds Ajax didn't play that good at home, but got some nice wins away in the 2nd game, where their opponent maybe underestimate them, in this semifinals they will play the first game away, I doubt Ajax will win their first game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
I think it is very much possible.Whatever we will have fascinating games Does anybody bet on English final.i think not that year yet

People are now mostly focusing and talking about Bitfinex , Tether case and yesterday price crash But there are more interesting news from New York also That article can be also good example of battle between crypto and banks,Wall Street https://www.ccn.com/federal-judge-rule-crypto-is-cash-chase-bank-lawsuitBy CCN.com: A Manhattan federal judge will have to decide whether crypto is cash in what would be a landmark decision for the budding industry. The ruling would have major implications for what laws and regulations cryptocurrencies are subject to. In April 2018, Chase customers sued the bank. The plaintiffs accused Chase of charging surprise fees after it abruptly stopped letting customers buy crypto with credit cards and began treating them as cash advances.
To make matters worse, Chase Bank refused to refund the extra fees it had charged after customers complained.
The lead plaintiff in the lawsuit, Brady Tucker, says Chase charged him $143.30 in fees and $20.61 in surprise interest charges for five crypto transactions he did between January and February 2018. After he called to dispute the charges, Chase refused to refund the money.
Moreover, Brady Tucker says he’s not only victim. In his lawsuit, Tucker says hundreds or even thousands of Chase customers were assessed these same fees — again, without prior notice.
Similar lawsuits over “cash-advance fees” for crypto purchases were filed against Bank of America in California and State Farm Bank in Illinois. The judges in those cases did not rule on the question of whether cryptocurrencies are cash, and did not dismiss the lawsuits.
Bitcoin fans point to these lawsuits over shady bank fees as examples of how hypocritical and dishonest legacy banks are, even as they slam the crypto industry as sleazy and illegitimate

Odegaard is an idiot, why the hell would you join Real as such a young player. When you’re young you need games. He was never going to get into the Real first XI. He’s probably ruined his career or at least majorly stagnated by not playing & developing.
Hard to expect that 16 years old boy can decide about anything His manager sold him his parents agree but he went on loan to some Spanish last year he spent in Vitesse Problem with Bale is his 15 mln euro a year contract for next two years Because of that is hard to find buyer He already told that he is staying in Real.It is why Madrid fans don't like him much It is all about money

https://www.romania-insider.com/romania-parliament-gold-repatriationRomanian Parliament passes gold repatriation billThe Chamber of Deputies adopted on Wednesday, April 24, the draft law that obliges the National Bank of Romania (BNR) to repatriate most of the gold reserves held in London, at the Bank of England. Romanians saw clearly what happened with Venezuelan gold stored in UK. It seems that and Bitcoin is teaching National banks, that if you dont hold your private keys then that is not your Bitcoin. If you don't have gold in your own account then you don't have gold It is similar to bitcoin or any other form of money My private key are in my pendrive my money are in my pocket Germany has finally withdrawn all his gold from USA stored there from the end of WW2 That gold was mostly Nazi gold in fact

I have found very good article explaining why golden cross is good long term bullish indicator There are many historic data from US stocks not just a one used like a example with bitcoin Worth to look You can see data from 1991 to 2015 https://bullmarkets.co/study-the-golden-cross-is-a-good-long-term-bullish-indicator/This Golden Cross will be a stop loss indicator for bear markets (in case a bear market ends before the model predicts the bottom). The Model has never failed to predict a bear market bottom before, but it’ always best to add contingencies.
It’s important to have long term stop loss indicators. That way you don’t stick with the model’s exact target until you make a big mistake. Here’s a very simple example (one that the model doesn’t use). Let’s assume that the model states “the S&P 500’s weekly RSI much reach 25 in a bear market”. But what happens if the bear market ends when weekly reaches 27? How do I prevent myself from being stubborn and missing out on the whole bull market?
The Golden Cross does this. It confirms that my model’s target won’t be met (because the bear market is already over), thereby allowing me to go long during the new bull market at a decent price.

Ronaldo has said he wanted to leave Juventus after the defeat in the Champions League. I wonder if lifting the domestic cup with Juventus will change his mind though. Looks like he wants another CL trophy and Juventus might not be the club to win it with.
It was sad to hear rumors that Ronaldo was considering going from Juventus on the grounds that the team's management was not good enough. In fact, the Juventus class team should be able to spoil the wishes of the players so that they are more motivated in achieving achievements in each season. Fake news. Ronaldo never said he wanted to leave Juventus. In a post-game interview last weekend, a reporter asked Ronaldo if he will 100% stay in Juventus for the next season, he said "I'll be here, 1000%!", so yeah, don't believe everything you read, guys (: Today we have Milan-Lazio Italian Cup semifinal First game was 0-0 Gattuso wants to play 4-3-3 very unusual for Milan .Lets see will it help
I won't be able to watch it because the Man United vs Man City starts around the same time (15min difference). The priority for Gattuso is without a doubt the top 4 in the leaguen table, but I think some silverware could help him stay in the club for another season if he fails to qualify to the next Champions League, so I think he'll do everything he can to at least reach the final. I don't think he'll use mostly subs today, probably a mix with some players from the main starting XI and some subs. I'd go with AC Milan win @2.45, and under 2.5 goals @1.65. Gattuso is in conflict with Milan sport director Leonardoo so if Milan will not qualify to CL can be good reason to fire him In fact it is not his fault that Milan is losing Milan need to make some wise shopping To watch Manchester derby for sure will be more interesting

Today we have Milan-Lazio Italian Cup semifinal First game was 0-0 Gattuso wants to play 4-3-3 very unusual for Milan .Lets see will it help
I would go full Lazio on this game, going by the recent form of both teams. AC Milan have been struggling a lot in front of goal for some weeks now, I think it will be a 2 - 1 victory for Lazio. You are bullish on goal I think it can be 1-1 or 1-0 Milan Can be 0-0 and penalties @ tokeweed all that news are produced by newspapers Ronaldo unhappy wants to leave Juve by Corriere Dela Sera Salah in conflict with Klopp to Juve Dybala to LFC etc etc all fake news only Guardian is more or less honest with transfer speculation

I saw one thread in the Bitcoin Discussion about Amazon accepting crypto--> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5135039.0. It's not a direct bitcoin payment though. You have to used a browser extension before you can used it to buy Amazon stuffs. It is really great and so smart. It can be used with Amazon any any other e-commerce site Maybe Amazon even doesn't know that somebody paying with bitcoin but for sure is happy if it can boost sale and bring more profit Yet another big news is that Japanise e-commerce giant Rakuten is testing payments with crypto.Rakuten is same bi in Japan like Amazon in USA With that extension btc can be closer to be currency

I wonder how many other crypto would have made similar gold crosses in the past few years. Not knocking this find at all of course, just cognisant that we got here because of the April Fool 20% burst, and that volumes haven't been mindblowing. May not be as significant as the 2015 one. Tried looking online and seems people didn't make a big deal about it. Hindsight, huh.
same golden cross we have on ETH now from yesterday but golden cross doesn't belong to crypto only Golden cross is bullish signal on stock markets from long long years Mostly it works with stocks after golden cross stocks was rising
