361  Economy / Collectibles / Re: WTB- MYCELIUM RED ENTROPY and SMART CARD on: January 21, 2019, 06:08:16 AM
All I could find was cgi images of the red one.

There is this white one that was used in the original indiegogo campaign. No idea if it was a mock-up or a working device but it looks like at least one was made.

The coins look great, but I think the secondary market for these will be a minefield.

The hologram is the same as the first two releases, which means someone can peel, copy the private key, then re-hologram with one of the DIY ones. They can then sell as loaded and then in the future they can redeem it. If the coin goes through several people before being redeemed then the last person who sold it could be accused of stealing the funds and there's no way to prove they didn't.

I have brought this up with Minerjones and Hhampuz and they are looking into ways to make this a bit more secure, so hopefully they can fix this before they get released.
363  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO] Overview of all Kialara pieces on: January 17, 2019, 11:50:08 AM
Is there anything missing from the list?

I've heard whispers of 12 Artist Proof Bars but there is very little known about them. Perhaps Kialara can share some info and/or images.

I believe someone on this forum was given one, so if they're lurking please share with us these secret treasures.
364  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] Coin Cards - A new way to store & display your coin collection [Auctions] on: January 15, 2019, 01:29:30 PM
Auctions started for #1-5 of early production XL BTCC 10k Bits Wood Cards

These were printed quite a while ago so they do not have the final mintage on the back. A final release will be made using this design with the updated information. Only 16 of these incomplete cards were made.

Also, less than 9 hours left on the Regular 5k Bits Black cards.

Looks great, will the cases for the older bars be ready at the same time?

Great work. I think the only thing you're missing is the Atmospheric Escape with embedded Moon Coin.

370  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [POLL] What is your favorite collectible? on: January 08, 2019, 11:16:54 PM
Guys please keep posting stuff (and include source/images whenever available).  I'm brand new and LOVE this sort of stuff.  I come from a different type of virtual collecting and this has my interest big time.  Looking for ideas of what my end-game collection will look like!

Welcome, a great place to start is the Encyclopedia of Physical Bitcoins and the Coin.Community Wiki. Heaps of information there to keep you busy.
371  Economy / Collectibles / Re: TitanBTC are ignoring my questions about their 2fa coin on: January 07, 2019, 06:02:15 AM
Sorry AFAIK Titan can not bypass their own 2FA security you need to get the registration email and password from the owner who registered the coin and sold it to you.

Thanks for the link, I haven't seen that page. You have been infinitely more helpful than their support.

I will try to contact the guy I bought it from.

Were you able to contact TitanBTC and was the coin ownership 100% transferred to you?

Still nothing from TitanBTC.

I am in contact with the original owner but they don't remember the email/password. They have also tried to contact TitanBTC to see if there are any options here, but as far as I know they have not heard anything either.
372  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Problem with titan one coin redemption on: January 05, 2019, 08:23:29 PM
Good luck. I tried to figure out if I could redeem a 2fa coin that was registered to someone else but never received any reply from them, not even when I private messaged them here a day after they were active.

373  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [POLL] What is your favorite collectible? on: January 04, 2019, 11:18:42 PM
Like my favorite, are the drawings that were sold for $100 with the idea of them always being $100 no matter how much bitcoin went up or dropped. There is a particular piece that I have that inspired the idea for my pirate ship coin. Sadly I lost it.

The Bitcoin Mint - Transition of Power? They were a really cool concept. He was supposed to make one every day, not sure how many were actually made. The concept of writing the history on the back is cool too.

I think my all time favourite piece would be the Kialara Thug Life, but I don't have one and the chance to get one of these is very low.

From what I actually have in my collection I think the Autograph/Hologram set is one of my personal favourites.

374  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] 10 year Polymerbit Note 03/01/2019 on: January 04, 2019, 02:04:22 AM
Count me in, look forward to seeing it.
375  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] Coin Cards - A new way to store & display your coin collection on: January 03, 2019, 12:36:22 AM
Well done Cheesy

Like a trading card album / encyclopedia all wrapped up in one!!

That's the goal. I'm not sure how much information people want on the cards. Do you want the nice image on the front and basic info on the back, or more detailed info on both sides? (like the ravenbit card above)

Also, I have put two prototype XL cards up for auction. One is a DIY style card specific to the chip with full address/QR code, funding information etc.

The other has a wallet under the hologram instead of the serial number.

What are Coin Cards?
Coin Cards are a new way to store and display your coin collection. The cards have some basic information about the coin as well as a QR code that links to the Coin.Community Wiki for more images and information.

There are two sizes, regular and extra large. Both are designed to fit into standard card album pages. The regular cards are also designed to fit into standard graded coin slab pages. The coin cards use Lighthouse coin capsules to safely attach the coin to the card. The card does not interfere with the capsule so the coin is as safe as it would be in a normal capsule.

XL Cards in UltraPro Page

Regular Cards in Slab Page

Where can I get them?
We will be making and selling official limited edition Coin.Community Coin Cards in the Coin Shop. We also will be making lower cost, unlimited production versions. You can also create your own cards using our free templates and some basic tools. We encourage anyone who wants to design and make their own Coin Cards to do it.

Several prototype/early production cards have already been created and will be auctioned to raise funds for the production of more cards.

Feedback on what information should/shouldn’t be on the cards is encouraged. There are a lot of possibilities so let me know what you would like to see.

378  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [H] GEEKBTC 5MBTC COINS [W] OFFERS on: December 28, 2018, 09:55:52 PM
For anyone wondering about the chests, this is what they look like:

Looks great, are they made of metal?

They are, with a velvet lining inside. There is no bitcoin related markings so I'm guessing they weren't made specially for Geekbitcoin.

Added a very special item, an extended set of Autographs/Holograms from the Encyclopedia of physical Bitcoins. This is something I have been putting together for a while, it includes 11 additional holograms not included in the normal autograph set.
