I suspect the problems are at blockchain.info and not at Scrypt.cc.
When look at the Hotwallet, you can see the last 10 hours no transaction was confirmed.

It is therefore unnecessary to write tickets. It is not the fault of Scrypt.cc.

Blockchain.info has also tweeted that there were problems with the database (and may still).
