Third attempt to sync the wallet also failed, wont sync past block 290132
Dev, if your wallet is synced then upload blockchain somewhere.

I got a same error too. Its because high RAM memory usage when wallet sync.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=157457.0

I will try to delete Fantom folder in %appdata%  and try to resync.
Dont forget to save your wallet.dat if you going to try same.

Wallet worked fine till 00.17 today.
I have more than enough memory, this must be something else.

wallet does not respond - EXCEPTION: St9bad_alloc
WTF ?

I get exactly the same error, tried to sync again but it fails at block 290132 with the same error.

What we need is more exposure, past few days hashrate is showing some improvement.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMN] MAGNATOJ Untraceable payments. CryptoNote Tech & ForkNote [8bit contest] on: December 03, 2015, 02:02:56 PM
Only one remark on forknote you don`t have 32 windows wallet.

I have but I have a 64 bit OS Windows Server 8

You will have to use ForkNote to create the wallet/sync . Also i recommend using https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=632724.0 W0lf's - CPU miner .

Well, Claymores miner is faster.

Miner seems to be working well, only problem is high cpu usage.

Link is not working.

That's what I get for typing them manually. Fixed.

Thanks!

Catalyst version 15.8 beta

Please help Sad

Uninstall Intel video drivers, disable integrated graphics from bios first, worked for me.

Miner is working now but it uses only 60% of the GPU and CPU usage is over 70%.

What CPU, out of curiosity? I've not added a lot of sleeping code to it, so it likely does use a lot of CPU. Still, that sounds a tad high.

i5-3570k
280x and 270x

What OS are you using and what tool is telling you 70%?

It's worth noting, in the Linux Mint that I use, System Monitor %CPU goes all the way up to 800% for CPU usage because I have an 8 core CPU. So if it showed 70% for me, that would be OK.

Only 280x and 270x are mining, CPU is not mining and usage is still 70%, it is not normal.

Are you using Windows or Linux?

Win 7.

Mooo's does AFAIK. Just append .xxxxxx to your username, and the pool will set your miner diff to .xxxxxx.

Edit: If not obvious: replace .xxxxxx with some meaningful difficulty value. Could be .5000, .20000, whatever you desired. Note that there is some minimum difficulty value set by the pool, but I don't recall what that is.

Yes, it does. The minimum is 10k, to avoid larger hash miners from spamming the pool with a lot of fast shares. I've just checked the logs and at least one person's using fixed diff at the moment, so it seems to wotk Smiley

Note that the pool is on aeonpool2.mooo.com now, not the original hostname without the 2.

Thanks!

Fixed diff did the trick but the miner uses too much cpu.
280x and 270x mining with average 60% cpu usage.

If the pool you are using supports fixed difficulty you could try setting yours to 30 seconds or one minute. That's your hash rate times 30 or 60. That should eliminate the possibility of 10 minutes with no share

None of the current pools support fixed difficulty.

Miner is working only for 10 minutes and then loses connection to stratum.
Win build 280x speed is only 550 h/s, unfinished it is.

There is a timeout on pools, if no shares from you for X time pool will drop connection.

Timeout happens only with wolf's amd gpu miner.
