Simply removing binaries isnt enough.
If you have downloaded the windows wallet AT ALL - YOU ARE INFECTED
Change your passwords, reimage your machine. Swap all your 2fa and backup everything. Your infected with malware that is persistent and simply removing binaries are not enough. You need to clean *everything*.
Over 3k+ Machines are infected, and this appears to have been going on for some time. (months for sure, if not years as some of the signatures for this date back to 2015)

So how does one know if their computer/laptop is clean? I have run a few scanners to see and yes they did pick this up and removed it but can my machine still be infected with this malware? Is there anyway people can check to see if this malware is running on their machines?
I think your misunderstanding what I said.
You downloaded the wallet? Your infected. Reimage your PC. End of story. Anything less, assume you are still compromised and anything in the future will get hacked. Your choice, but negligence in a scenario like this will result in a loss of funds.
Would you rather play it safe, or get fucked in the future?
I could give a fuck less what an AV says, even if it says your clean, AV isn't the end all be all. People think AV is some magic creation, its not. More shit slips by the AV than an AV picks up.
Reimage, be safe, or risk getting hacked in the future.
I'd much rather reimage to be safe than get fucked in the future, but hey, thats just me!
