I have put MIN_TX_FEE at 1000 but it calculates the fee as all the coins in the current wallet. Anyone know what may have happened and where to fix it ? Not sure how to change the fees back down, I'll pay for advice for anyone who can help.

If I have 1000 coins in the wallet, and try to send 1 coin, the fee is set to 999 coins.
