21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all pro traders on: October 16, 2021, 10:44:06 AM
Hi experts in the house, is it true that present crypto market moves is like 2017 4th quarter? Is it true that there will be another massive bull run mostly on altcoins? I sucks at reading charts so I don't know how true is this
The current price movement of BTC at the end of 2021 is not the same as 2017 because if the price of BTC goes up with the current price of $62k, the altcoin price will certainly increase in accordance with the BTC, but you can Seeing that the price of BTC is up now but altcoins are falling, it shows us that this year the market has been quite complicated and if anyone is thinking like me, I am sure that this year the market is going down for the most part. Most of the investors only focus on the top coin which is BTC.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen with eth 2.0. releasing? Lower fee? on: October 16, 2021, 10:39:33 AM
Hi, do you expect big changes after eth 2.0. come, when will that happen?
ETH 2.0 network i have heard a lot of people talking about this to be able to release the pretty high gas fees nowadays, but still can't believe the gas fee will be low because we don't know if it's the mainnet or just is a separate network to replace this it is difficult because the old networks we will still have to perform and the fees will continue to increase because the old network and the new network do not exist at the same time, it is two parallel blockchain networks.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market activity on: October 14, 2021, 12:36:27 PM
I love this sub. But I feel it lacks information when a certain crypto is booming or plunging. Why is it no one comments their thought real time.
Because many people come to the forum not to share and update information about the market, but some of them just log in and participate in bounty hunter projects. Price is essential, but to update information about scam projects, problems or need real sharing information, I think this forum is the best way for you to search and share about its difficulties in the market.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT is an interesting space on: October 14, 2021, 12:30:04 PM
While NFT is an interesting space, NFT projects are the ones that help international criminals launder money. My guess is it's just a passing hype that can't last forever because it's just priceless works that inflate for tens of millions or hundreds of dollars. I'm not zero. believe in the value of NFT but it is one of the solutions that money launderers choose first.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold: Superiority on: October 13, 2021, 04:02:16 PM
Question

The price of gold fell 10.5% since the beginning of the year, but the price of Bitcoin gained 332%. Bitcoin, in the same decade, has returned 146% annually, compared to gold's 0% per year. Is it really necessary for us to still debate which of the two is superior?

Here are my thoughts

A valuable store of value and medium of exchange, gold has been around for five thousand years.

Despite Bitcoin's success, do not let your enthusiasm for it turn into arrogance or (worse still) stupidity. In addition to bitcoins, the world values many other assets, including gold and oil.

How do you feel about this?
On the matter of Bitcoin or gold, I do not consider gold an investment but just a safe savings for myself. I think the price of bitcoin increases not because it competes with gold but because bitcoin competes with a weak currency with high inflation rate. Therefore, investing in a project with a high rate of return like Bitcoin is one of them top picks of traders and i think we all see the potential and huge profits from bitcoin rather than gold.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is important for a country? or not... on: October 13, 2021, 01:15:38 AM
Cryptocurrency is essential for the development of a country?
Does cryptocurrency play an effective role in the development of the country? Or does it hinder the development of the country and cause extreme damage to the country?
What do you think about this?
All should not make things too fanciful and delusional about the power of virtual currencies. Imagine a day when the world no longer has internet, surely fiat is still dominant. We shouldn't put too much emphasis on cryptocurrencies and get rid of fiat money because it's still something we actually own and spend pay for daily life. And I don't think cryptocurrencies will have a big impact on the development of a country, it's irrelevant in this regard.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PreSearch search engine|| A crypto friendly browser on: October 12, 2021, 01:25:30 PM
At the beginning of last month, September, Google added Presearch as a search engine option on Android devices in the region of the U.K. and Europe. After the announcement, pre token's price skyrocketed and ranked up to the top 300 list in the and now, market cap become over  170$ million.
Presearch is now the default option on all new Android devices in the U.K. and EU regions. Over 1.5 million searches are done in the presearch search engine. Usually, 75% of mobile users use Android devices, which means the search engine has massive potential to grow more. After the announcement, Presearch developed many UI interfaces to look more user-friendly.
Now a question will come up that why do we need to use it as a crypto enthusiast?
First of all, Presearch is a crypto ecosystem-friendly search engine; you can feel the crypto vibe while using the browser. Presearch is directly a decentralized search engine that will keep your data safe and secure.
Pre token is built on Ethereum blockchain, and the userbase can earn Pre tokens by searching and running nodes. Both options have own rules and condition. You can research them all. Pre searches have a unique way called keyword staking to run ads on their platform. You need Pre tokens to give any advertisement on their platform.

Presearch started its journey in 2017, and still, they are developing and updating its platform quarterly.
For me, as a crypto enthusiast, Presearch is a better search engine than other giant engines. Giants also collect data while browsing in incognito mode, then using a crypto-friendly, privacy, decentralized browser is far better.
Presearch has grown over 300% in the last few years in daily search volume, which is comparably low than a giant search engine. But we can't deny the potentials and opportunities of the pre-search ecosystem. Hopes that a decentralized blockchain-based search engine will come into the mainstream of life.

Presearch I joined this project a year ago. when you register you will get 25 PRE and if you recruit someone following your registration link you will get 25 PRE. This is quite an interesting and google friendly project with blockchain combination, you can earn money using this platform's search and you will get 0.1 BEFORE every search max up to 30 times. This way you will earn 3 PRE/day but need 1k PRE as minimum to withdraw to your wallet. I calculated every day 3 PRE x 334 days = 1002 for almost a year and the price is now PRE ~ $0.4 x 1000 = $400 / year, seems to be a pretty good cumulative amount for those who can afford it. patience.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: satoshi symbol on: October 12, 2021, 07:15:22 AM
I just see one that is not merged by the name satoshi and BTC coin. Why does BTC have a B symbol but not an S or $. I wonder if it was Satoshi's name or just the idea of a name or a memento to form this symbol. Can anyone give me an explanation of these problems? Or do you have an opinion on the satoshi name and the Bitcoin logo symbol?
29  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Bitcoin stolen on: October 12, 2021, 05:52:21 AM
Hello. I have logged on to my electrum wallet to find out 0.5 btc was transferred to an unknown wallet and my wallet is empty.

I havent found an email for Electrum support, only a link to these forums.
How should i proceed?
Is there a chance to retreive the money?
Looks like my phone was hacked.

Thanks in advance for the help.
I would like to offer my condolences on this, unfortunately you will never get 0.5 BTC back and you will lose it forever. Chances are you have used and downloaded malware that infiltrates information data and it can read your password and 12 seed phrases which is why there are so many warnings about it. Cybercriminals who steal their money from malware are becoming more and more common these days. Recently a friend of mine faced the same thing but he used NFT AXIE game wallet and had all his SLP stolen.

31  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 11, 2021, 06:01:15 AM
Currently, there are many usd-based stablecoins such as, usdt, busd, usdc and maybe many others.  To be honest, I used to think that crypto would completely eliminate the usd's dominance of the world economy but I was wrong, it turns out that usd is now evolving to crypto (stablecoins).  What do you think, whether in the future bitcoin or other crypto can replace the role of currency in each country and leave fiat currencies such as usd, euro, yuan and others.
Not going to happen now countries are developing their own stablecoins through CBDC and they will use it as their own managed currency. But personally I don't like about the strict regulation of fiat all of which is within their framework and without my privacy or financial freedom, from the moment I arrived at the BTC cryptocurrency I was feel real ownership of your own property.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: Fuel prices hitting an eight year high on: October 11, 2021, 12:22:25 AM
I'm really worried about the oil price hike right now it's really difficult for my family because now every day going to work and filling up gas has taken up a part of my own salary income has become a thing too big , hope in the coming days there will be measures to make the oil price drop , so that my family can save a part of travel expenses.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The top 3 the best anonymous wallets and practices to anonimize Bitcoin in 2021 on: October 09, 2021, 10:14:50 PM
it's not a secret for everyone on this forum that full-scale regulations will decrease Bitcoin privacy dramatically. Registration and verification of self custodian wallets sound like a bad joke.

Several years ago it was just enough to have several bitcoin wallets and to use a mixer time by time to remain anonymous. Nowadays everything turns upside down. If you registered in any centralized exchanges, you linked your identity with your bitcoin address and probably to your entire financial BTC history.

In this thread, I would like to collect advice and best practices on

1. How to stay anonymous when you buy and sell Bitcoin?
2. How to anonymize Bitcoin if you purchased it from a centralized exchange?

Besides this, I would like to find out what is the best anonymous bitcoin wallet for 2021. Please share your top privacy-protecting bitcoin wallets and highlight the reasons they this or that wallet in your top.

*Please do not advertise, but be honest about why do you like/dislike a wallet.

You want to be anonymous and exchange on decentralized exchanges is a possibility. Currently, the exchanges are reputable and have a high trading volume in terms of trading volume they have required by KYC forms and if you do not KYC you can withdraw 2 BTC per day this can still help you hide name. you can sell BTC to Coinomi wallet , trust , saffepal ... in this case you remain anonymous if you don't let people know your real identity address.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins as collectables in the future on: October 09, 2021, 07:41:50 AM
Like most of you guys, i have tons of shitcoins in my wallets and trying to look at it from the bright site. I was wondering, what if there will be a market for collectable early shitcoins in the far future. I am talking about rare shitcoins that left some mark in the crypto world like most notorious exit scams or hacked coins or biggest pump and dump coins or first meme coins...
I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when i see my wallets Cheesy
Investing in shitcoin is a big mistake, i have done a lot of projects and returned over 200 shitcoins, its really worth nothing and just to scam investors. Damn it's unbelievable that over 230 projects I've been in have almost 200 shitcoins returned, if at the moment the project is really just over 10%, the rest is mostly for take money from investors then it will evaporate and run away.

38  Economy / Economics / Re: Africa’s crypto market has grown by more than 1,200% since 2020: Chainalysis on: September 20, 2021, 11:16:22 AM
P2P transactions are easy, which means that in less time, the transaction will start if not already because the buyer and seller relationship is developing rapidly. When it comes to Nigeria I'm really not surprised by this. It may also be because the economies of many African countries have been trying to catch up with other economies to stabilize. Many African citizens fear the volatility of their economy prompting them to switch to a more profitable currency that can provide higher income.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge gains and still holding ? on: September 20, 2021, 11:07:44 AM
The biggest mistake anyone can do is still holding unto their altcoins when bitcoin touched 60k weeks ago and still holding strong when the fall began weeks ago, imagine someone still holding HEX token when the coin did 40x already? If you are someone like this friend I don't know what your aim is but sorry to say you are doing it wrong. Check yourself cos it's possible you are struggling with greed.
Smart investors always take profits, only fools see their investment amount turn into 40x and do not take profits, what else do they expect? 1000x or more? or 10000x as we see greed is the problem of many people, must learn to stop being greedy and take profits when they reach their desired number.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: AVAX token surge to afresh new ATH. on: September 19, 2021, 08:36:58 PM
The AVAX token is hot now more than ever, trading at $64 at the time of writing and with a 24-hour trading volume of over $2 million. Even more, it skyrocketed to above $68 hours ago to tap a new all-time high, according to CoinGecko. I think Avalanche has great potential and would tend to be the most attractive cryptocurrencies soon. Is this the right time to invest on this coin?
AVAX currently at $64-$68 surprised me quite a bit and it created a new ATH zone but when will we buy at a pretty high price and maybe it will be good for long term holders , but for short traders this will be quite a high price and risky.
