Hello,

last month, ePay went rogue and stole a lot of bitcoin. The amount isn't known.

After all this time, I came upon this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1955169.msg19676553#msg19676553

After just google-ing that name, you can find some results.

I don't want to post any personal information of that person, but if you're interested to know more, just go on linkedin and you'll find him.
Search for epay.info and it's there.

You can find him on facebook as well, just by looking at those 3 profiles with the name there.

665  Economy / Auctions / Re: ePay.info For Sale on: June 20, 2017, 10:13:20 PM
I would like to share my observations during the whole period I was using epay.info. I saw only firstnames, never any fullname...thus difficult to call a guy to get my money back now. However, in looking few months ago a video in the help section of epay.info, I saw a full name, which appeared in the middle of the video (scrambled in the first part). I rechecked it recently, the owner of the computer where the video is recorded is "Farshid Mehrtash". Yes you forgot to scramble your full name :-)

This guys is definitely connected to ePay.info, question is what is the position of Farshid Mehrtash, admin? tech?. In googling his name, it seems several guys have the same name. However, one is living in Iran (coherent with timezone defined in Bitcointalk) and wrote on his resume "Bitcoin specialist". It could be definitely our guy.

Farshid, is that you who are selling ePay.info? Would it be possible to help us getting our satoshis back now that the whole planet knows your name?

Quoting this for a few reasons, and, thanks.

Hi!

Thank you for clearing my first transfer order in Blockchain. That's cleared and I received BTC.

I placed two sell orders (#11814 and #4141) for exchange BLK to BTC.
Now it is showing that my order is closed.

But I didn't know how much BTC added in my BTC Wallet.

Kindly inform me how do I get to know.

I just tried exchange for the first time, it works like a charm  Grin (Lack of time lately)

So the ETH is next coin to come.

Is there any indication that there will be a new coin which is not among the most popular and constantly, something like BLK?
Yes. It's (Raiblocks) XRB. I just need to make sure their wallet will be fixed in the future, so our users don't have issues downloading blocks

I have one question: In terms of fairness of distribution, would it be fairer if 5% was removed?
I believe 5% donation amount shouldn't be removed, but my views are 100% based from my own dev view.

I've done open source and I contribute to open source.
Got a lot of thanks, but those thanks didn't pay my bills, my time, etc.

Ask yourself, would you create something very useful (epic, actually) which makes people happy/solves big problems and get nothing in return, except users thanking you?
669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: June 18, 2017, 12:30:30 PM

@BitPotus, you're doing more damage to the coin than good. You're being rude and extreme for no reason. If someone doesn't agrees with your opinion, ignore them, don't be aggressive on the internet, you're just making yourself look like a fool.
Being nice costs you nothing and gets you much, being an a**hole costs you your account's reputation, if that even matters to you.

no.

idiots like you who are fucking snowflakes are the ones who do damage to the coin.

the sooner we cull the idiots from the flock, the sooner XRB will take its place in crypto history.

twats who complained the whole time and gave death threats are the reason why Cryptopia delisted XRB.

I have no time for stupid cunts like these.

so please spare me your "indignation" you fucking faggot.

Smiley

I believe idiots like me who run communities of 250k+ users are supposed to protect their community (and every sane person) from people like you, actually.

The only idiot I can see on this thread here, is you. Insulting people in a illiterate way, trying to push your own views and beliefs like you're an extremist. Maybe you should show yourself some respect and stop insulting everyone, and this includes you, too.

You talk like someone who hasn't finished the primary school. Calling people names on the internet is like competing at who's the biggest idiot in the room.

People like you got no time because people like you were never educated enough to understand the meaning of "time". You've already wasted your time replying to me with your lowlife insults.

Regarding my "indignation", um. I possibly own more XRB than you'll do in a lifetime, so, joke's on you, I guess?

Also, trying to trigger me wont work.
I'm not a talker, I'm a doer. I do things, so people like you can motivate me with their negative comments.

My view is that actual donation rate is good. 5-8% as I saw.

When we started this project we invested some money and a lot of time, some headache still now happens.

This is also a free give away, no ICO, no pre-sell, no special hw required. I really can't figure out what's wrong.

There are a lot of coin wih ICO or binding % to dev.

Explain again the donation:

- 5% to donator -> instant help, it's hard to win the 100 Mrai
- 100 Mrai -> long time help, hard to get but it give satisfaction for donator.

I think it's balanced.
What's wrong?

People don't understand open source. (Well, some of them don't)
People think all coins are made/distributed equally and they think they should have a word in specific topics. This topic is one of those, when a few will try to poke you in the eye.

For current members, I am readjusting the points into XVG.
Thats cool, I have never used that altcoin. So does the current point system show in XVG or is it not completely fixed yet? All the decimals are giving me a headache.  Huh

I suggest you to keep the point system in terms of points, then only converting them into XVG during cashout. For example: Each question answer + 15 points, 10000 points = 1 XVG, something like that. Smiley
That is a must actually, so the price can be auto-adjusted as it moves up and down, otherwise it'll be pain in the butt to manually edit those values whenever the price goes 1 cent up or down

Can the +5% be removed?

Not saying you guys don't deserve the donations but it is seriously taking over the distrubution.

It basically forces people to donate and I think 7% of the daily distribution going to devs and is making the distribution unfair. Scary thing is, this proportion is only going to increase as more people claim.

https://faucet.raiblockscommunity.net/wiki.php

1. first and foremost, if you don't want to donate, you should uncheck the box.

2. This was not an ICO coin, so the devs have been breaking their backs to give YOU FREE MONEY.

3. Nobody is forcing you to DONATE.

4. Idiots like you are the reason why cryptopia did not want to deal with XRB.

5. FUCK YOU.

1 & 3. True but if people are going to get +5% for donating, everyone is going to donate, as the reward for donating far outweighs the the reward for not donating (0).
Can you really say it's not forced when the loss from not donating is so high?

2. I said I'm not saying they don't deserve it. They are getting around 1.5btc a day right now (45btc a month, $3810 a day, $114,300 a month [1btc = $2540] ), which is only going to increase as value of xrb & number of claims increase.

4 & 5. I'm not the one who can't see this is making the distribution unfair... What is going to happen as claims increase? Donations for devs is going to reach 10%+ of the distribution. Still think this is fair?
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zcash
20%, hard-coded mining donation. You can't remove it. Look at its market cap.

You have the option to remove it from XRB. Developers have proven they're capable of helping the community regarding all matters.
Look at its market cap.

This is a open source project which is very fairly distributed, unlike any other distributions we've seen (except a couple of exceptions)
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: June 18, 2017, 08:55:49 AM
I asked one of XRB developer's to give me his private XRB address, so I send him some coins as a "thank" you for helping me with my private wallet.
Guy gave me their shared developer address, instead of his private address.

Had to ask him for this -private- address again in order to get it.

This folks, is great news.
Developers that aren't selfish. This is something you don't see every day in crypto.

After all the issues are sorted out with the wallet, XRB will be added on our site (check signature) and after that, you'll see a lot of services/faucets opening.

Long live XRB!
674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: June 18, 2017, 08:00:01 AM
Yesterday I bought some XRB on bitgrail and whitdrawn to my wallet. But nothing received yet. When I look at the "transaction id" the raiblockscummunity website states: "INVALID BLOCK."
So I guess something must have gone wrong?

Opened a support ticket with them, so will see how good their support is.
You'll need to wait. They've broadcasted the transaction but their node isn't up to date.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [DEV] Ethereum on: June 17, 2017, 01:56:43 PM
Hello everyone,

I'm looking to integrate ETH into my MicroWallet service FaucetHub.io. As things stand I've built a Bitcoin compatible engine to handle all deposits and withdraws. Since Bitcoin and altcoins allow for multiple inputs and outputs it makes sending out withdraws and splitting amounts very easy/a non-issue.

However looking at Ethereum I have seen that there is only 1 input and 1 output. This is proving to be a challenge to integrate it into FaucetHub the way we work.

In order to create a "deposit address" for each of my users I would need to create a new ETH account in my central geth wallet, is this correct?

The issue with this is that our entire "hot wallet" is not a single account, but potentially unlimited accounts based on how many users deposit. So when we come to do withdraws of any size, these funds are potentially split between 100s of accounts containing small dust. This is not something we can afford to pay for fee-wise, and users should not have to pay for it either.

Is there a way to have 1 ETH account with multiple addresses pointing to it? This would allow for all of our funds to be stored in a central wallet and when we do a withdraw the fees will be for a single transaction.

Hi Admin

I have a suggestion and i think both users and Faucethub will benefit.

As you know btc transaction fees are too high. Because of this many people using faucethub as a wallet .If i have 10 usd worth btc or other coins why would send it to my regular wallet and pay 5 usd worth transaction fee if i want it back...They even started to charge very high receiving fee... So adding both receiving and sening fee my 10 dollars would melt away... Most of the coin users (i think millions) have less than 100 usd worth of coins and they dont mind to wait for a weekly payment comparing the fees of the wallet companies. So i have two suggestion... please give us opportunity to send you coins (especially btc) from coinbase, xapo etc.. via your coinbase or xapo account , second suggestion make your advertisements as a wallet with weekly paymentand give us the futures that wallet companies give. If you show up with a wallet with no or almost no fee i am sure coinbase and xapo will lose half of their customers. I would make an agreement with you if i were the ovner of any wallet company.Because sooner or later they will have to stop charging people about 200.000 satoshies and there is a gap in the market and you are our only option....

Who is they?

The system is designed this way so the site can self sustain itself. I'm not a corporation backed up with millions, I'm just another faucet owner taking care of faucet owners and users Sad

No, that's not possible, otherwise the antibot/fraud system would be useless.

Hello,

as the title says, I'm looking for the owner/admin of bitcaptcher.
If you can get me in contact with him I'd appreciate it. I'm interested about his bitcaptcher script, so I don't have to write one from scratch.

Thank you!

EDIT: I got his telegram ID from another telegram user. That ID was temporary ID I think, so this one goes down the drain.
