The earliest address that I used publicly and I still have access to is from September 01, 2015:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=360311

He pmed me after I posted a buy request. I gave him all my info and made the payment(included a ~$10 tip) to the following address: https://blockchain.info/address/19hD17dVVTNfv3F7pP54bjrhTyb9nrtsLw

Hopefully he comes back and refunds me. Either way this is a serious dick move leaving me hanging like this.

@adidas

my address for refund is 1KJcGmkP4HCzJQ9nPW9J1qaAnGkkSr6tyK

I would strongly recommend Hhampuz - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=881377. He is easily the best bounty/campaign manager and escrow in the forums.
6  Economy / Services / Re: [SMART CONTRACT DEVELOPERS] on: April 11, 2019, 06:02:36 PM
I might be interested depending on the project. My freelance thread covering my general abilities, github links, and vouches from a couple forum members regarding previous work is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5124627.0
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investors wanted for poker stake on: April 11, 2019, 05:11:55 PM
I contacted an escrow and his response was not encouraging as well as the lack of responses here is not encouraging. So I'll probably end up funding this myself and just not offering this sort of profitable investment here again.

edit
I decided not to waste my time or profit by doing this. The response from the escrow and the lack of responses here have frustrated me, to say the least, and I will never offer this community anything like this again. The overall response was almost identical to the sort of response I got when I talked to people about cryptocurrencies in 2014-2015. The only person to even respond to the thread had never even heard of poker staking. The escrow was worried about it hurting his rep and didn't seem to understand the basis of how this would work. So this whole thing was a complete and utter waste of my time. I will make sure not to do this again. This is literally a loss to the community. You guys can stick to buying your obvious scam ico tokens while a legitmate and profitable investment vanishes like a fart in the wind.

update
3 tournaments in and I over doubled the starting bankroll.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investors wanted for poker stake on: April 10, 2019, 09:41:49 PM
Investing in poker players can be extremely profitable depending on the "plan". Generally speaking the more games in a plan the less the risk. For example, I cash roughly 34% of the time so the chances of me not cashing in any of these tournaments is 0.66*0.66*0.66*0.66..(100x times) or basically 0%. I win first place in about 8% of the tournaments I play in so the chance of me winning at least once during the 100x sample is (1-0.08)=0.92 0.92*0.92*0.92.. or 1-(Math.pow(0.92, 100)=0.9976. The true percentages of wins could range over 100x samples from between 2.2% to 13.2% meaning I expect at least 2x wins out of 100 games and upwards of 13x wins. In addition to first place wins I cash roughly 34% of the time so I expect to cash between 24% and 48% depending on variance over the 100x games. Having just 1x win over the 100 samples would mean between 40% and 60% profit for investors.

I have never heard anyone willing to invest their money on gambler even if the gambler is a professional or well known gambler. Dont be offended, but I think it wont work as these days it is not easy to trust others in this online world especially if we are dealing with gambling activity.
If it is possible, using an escrow for the investment will help you gain trust, indeed it will not easy to be implemented as you need the money to play. The main problem is, how we can trust you with our money?

Just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist or that is isn't common place. A quick google search for "poker staking" will show literally millions of results. It is extremely common.

As far as trust goes I have 110 green trust, have had no collateral loans which I repaid, and have completed several freelance projects here in the forums. I can also prove ownership of this account dating back to 2015. In addition to that I have nearly 1200 positive feedbacks on bitify.

edit
Here is a decent article explaining why a profitable poker player would want to setup a stake like this: https://cardplayerlifestyle.com/top-10-reasons-you-should-consider-getting-staked-to-play-poker/

edit
I have asked one escrow so far if they would be interested in escrowing this. I wouldn't need the full balance of the stake to play each day. It comes to just over 10% that is actually needed to play on a given day except sunday when in profit and playing the 2x $22 tournaments. With an escrow each day I would request a top-up if needed. Should investors wish to stop they can simply post and tell the escrow. Obviously there would be fees assoicated with the escrow so I'm thinking 55% profit for investors, 5% for escrow and 40% for me with me personally covering escrow fees should there be no profit, the stake not fill, or investors wish to close out early for some reason and it is not in profit.

I hired nomadcrypto to create a AI model in TensorFlow.js. He delivered earlier than the scheduled deadline, made the code available for me before receiving his money and was helpful throughout the whole process. He also answered any extra questions I had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and give a huge vouch here.

Thanks for the awesome vouch. That was a really interesting project and my first javascript based ai project. It seems odd writing an AI model in js but actually it is really easy. The language is actually almost perfect for it.
12  Economy / Services / Re: Paying BTC for researching information on: April 03, 2019, 06:23:53 PM
I doubt I would be familiar enough with the process to charge a fee but a couple years ago my half brother went through something similar. He is from the Ukraine and was studying in the US. One of the sites he suggested was https://www.internationalstudent.com/scholarships/search/ it has a pretty comprehensive listing of scholarships across the world

Thanks! I know she has already checked a couple of such sites, but I don't know if this site was one them. I'll tell her.

I talked to him about this post and your offer but he is super busy. He did mention that smaller scholarships are more abundant and easier to get. Many can be used in combination with others. So a 7k scholarship may be hard to find but 7x 1k for example are much easier to find/get accepted. Any scholarships that do not allow a recipient to hold other scholarships will state this in the eligibility criteria so you can basically assume it is okay unless they state otherwise

Thanks for the responses guys. As per shasan's suggestion the buyer and I went with Hhampuz from his list of escrows. He is responsive, has great feedback and has been an escrow for a while.
14  Economy / Services / Looking for responsive escrow for a small dev project on: April 03, 2019, 04:34:35 PM
I contacted an escrow roughly 24 hours ago and have yet to get a response. Personally it irks me a bit when escrows do that but life does happen and I understand that. I had one previously charge 1/3rd of my total while flaking and holding the funds for 2 days after being told to release by the client. Basically I dont want any of that this time. This is a small project where I'm writing a fairly simple AI model for a client here in the forums. The total is $200 and will most likely be done today. It is generally a bad idea to start a project before I get a payment but the user seems legit and the project pretty interesting. Please post or PM with links to your existing escrow threads.
15  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for someone Proficient in Data-Mining [Python ] Clustering & Classifcatn on: April 03, 2019, 06:26:41 AM
Hi, I need some help with making some models for the data that I have. I need to perform Clustering and Classification techniques on the data. You should be knowing how to use Python with libraries like SeaBorn, MatPlotLab and jupyter-notebook. Payment will be in BTC for the right candidate.

Post here or send me a personal message. Pajeets with unsolicited offers stay away.

Hi, I can do this for you. I've never really gotten into working with jupyter-notebook but that wouldn't be a problem and in general I am very familiar with the subject matter. Depending on the type of data and status(how much cleaning is required) I should be able to cover most clustering/classification tasks fairly quickly. I'm currently working on a nodejs(using tensorflowjs) implementation of a linear regression lstm model that will predict a patient's next glucose level based on their previous x tests. I should be finished with that some time tomorrow and would be available after that.

Hello,
I need to start accepting Credit Card payments for a crypto trading platform.
So far I managed to implement crypto payments and bank wire.
I am willing to pay to someone who can do this ASAP.
Thanks!

Hi I have a few questions and depending on the answers I could probably do this for you. What language would the developer need to code this in for you(python, javascript, php, etc)? Do you already have a processor and if so do they provide some sort of api?

also, I'm sure you're aware of the fact the most banking institutions take a heavy handed approach when dealing with crypto companies. I personally had a lot of problems with firstdata for example
I am looking for a person who can integrate a payment gateway which works, I do not have it so far.
THanks for the answer

oh well you've got a bit to go before you get a developer. You'll need to find a processor that wont shut you down instantly that also has an api, then decide which language to write it in and then finally get a developer to implement it for you. The last part is something I could do assuming the language is php, python, nodejs/javascript or ruby.

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can research some information for me.

A relative of mine got a positive answer for a semester abroad at an American university. Unfortunately only a part of the fees and tuition is paid. However, she or her parents cannot afford the costs. The search for scholarships hasn't apparently been successful yet and she is a bit devastated. I would therefore like to support her finding ways.

The scholarship should meet the following requirements:
- Coverage of at least $7000 in tuition or other fees
- Elligable for foreign students (Europe/Germany)
- Elligable for majors of Business Administration and Data Science (she studies double major)

Before anyone starts to search I would like to find one person with which I agree on a remuneration before the research if the person finds a suitable scholarship.

20  Economy / Services / Re: willing to pay ethereum for help w/ ERC20 Token on: March 30, 2019, 01:45:43 AM
In short, I'll pay someone Ethereum to assist in making an ERC20 token. Mostly because I'm too busy to keep up with the weekly ERC20 revisions and can't get the compiler to work in its current form.

Through Skype (or something) I would like assistance - from start to finsih- to making an ERC20 token on a testnet (without using 3rd party software/websites)
I will be creating the actual token on the mainnet during this call on another computer. (it's purpose is for a tech company contract to be used for testing. we're not making ICO's here).

I'm computer literate enough to not cause much hassle but I don't have enough time to figure it out, hence why I'm here..

What I need help with right now:  Create an ERC20 token that will send its token to your ethereum address, after sending ethereum, preferably without using MetaMask (I don't know if this is possible since MetaMask is so popular). But by using something like MEW, a user can send his/her ethereum to an address and receive tokens immediately back.

What I need help with later (not important for me until Fall 2019): Create an ERC20 token that will send tokens, just like the abovementioned, but send 2% of its deposited ethereum to an address while keeping 98% in a smart contract with keys that will ultimately release the balance to another wallet address when a contract is fulfilled.

Conditions:  Must be in English. Must be done in Windows. Must be able to present in a professional manner - I will be in an office setting during this call with other colleagues possibly listening (so please, no cursing/drug use).

Lastly, please be sure you can do this. I was able to create ERC20 tokens on testnets with 3rd party utilities but I was only able to receive tokens if I sent Ethereum through Meta-Mask. I need to be able to send tokens from users who are sending ethereum on MEW, mobile apps, etc..

I am a competent solidity developer and can do this you. My freelance thread is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5124627.0

Msg me with your contact info if interested
